Excellent Lawyer! Laurel Hook will definitely take care of you during a very difficult time in your life along with your family dynamics changing. - She along with her team are absolutely amazing! She definitely knows the intricacies of the divorce laws and is there to represent you to the fullest. She talked me off of ledges on many occasions, I came into her office terrified of filing for divorce but knew I had to and she walked me thru a very complicated process paying attention to so many details, I had no clue about. She explained her strategies to me in ways I completely understood and felt comfortable with. I finalized my divorce with confidence due to her support and knowledge. I was referred to Laurel by a friend. I was nervous because I was already working with an attorney but I was not happy with them at all. I was looking for guidance, strategy, and overall just a sense of being seen and heard. This woman is a gift to any family she represents. I trusted her with everything I was fighting for (my family) and she not only delivered, she was honest, she was sympathetic and she provided absolute guidance in a world of chaos and pain! She was worth every penny and then some. She is a strong advocate with a heart and also, importantly, not afraid to tell you the hard truths. She never treated me like my feelings did not matter, even though they may not have mattered to my case. I cannot say enough good about her. We had a three year long high conflict case that involved a transfer from another state and a lengthy parenting evaluation. Laurel Hook was my family's savior. There is not another way to put it. She was just that solid, reliable and trustworthy. She is exceptional, she is a valuable asset for your family and she will go to bat for you to defend you and your children. Ken is an excellent attorney. He fought for me from every possible angle. I was in a situation that could resulted in me losing half of my monthly disability pension benefit. I first consulted Shannon Hall after my husband decided to separate from me when I was 74 years old. She thoroughly explained what a separation agreement would entail, and under what circumstances it would be worth pursuing one. I was impressed that she did not push me to do so unless I felt it might be necessary. When he decided to divorce me a year later, she guided me through the whole process, with kindness and understanding. She knew how to obtain information about his financial activities, and how to protect my future livelihood. Without her experience and acumen, I could have been a victim of my own naivete. I am very grateful to her.

Sam Kuzma did a masterful job navigating the minefield that was my divorce. Since I was the Petitioner, he wrote the Stipulated Judgment. He did a fantastic job of preparing me for what was to happen down the road. I certainly wasn't the best client, but he persevered and did not stint on effort. I highly recommend Sam, especially if you are the Petitioner in a High Conflict Divorce case. 100% recommended

Chip was very good. My ex wanted to fight about every little thing. She opposed anything and everything. Somehow she found a lawyer just like her. It was hell, he was as sarcastic as she was. Anyway Chip kept his cool and kept me from do foolish things too. All of the emails and arguments, she even purposely damaged my car Chip could have charged me a fortune as I later found out other lawyers do. He is not only a great lawyer, but he's a good person too. I wish he were my friend. LOL If you have any questions make sure to ask him, he will give good answers without making you wait or charging a fortune.

I hired chip after another attorney didnt complete rhe needed tasks for my divorce and parenting plan. He was honest, straight forward, understanding and most of all easy to work with. Kyle Dundas is an excellent attorney. I received a citation for reckless driving and I was very shaken up as I'd never been in trouble before (after over 40 years of driving). I hired Kyle and from that moment I knew I was in good hands: he was calming, empathic, knowledgeable, and assertive. I live in California and other than the 1st court appearance in Eugene he arranged all further hearings remotely, saving me from traveling to Eugene and all the expenses that would entail. He answered all my emails, phone calls, and texts immediately, some of them just reassuring me --I was not an easy client. Because of him, I got into the diversion program and after fulfilling all the obligations of the program, the charge was dismissed. Gardner explained everything to me I was unclear about: his strategy, possible outcomes from the other team, and what he was hoping for...which was to win my case. Obviously, when dealing with CPS, a parent does not have many options, but he gave me sound suggestions and encouragement. Even if I did not always like my options, he broke it down in a way that was easier to take in. If he was not going to be present, he made sure a qualified member of his staff would be and that they had been thoroughly breifed on my case. He knows how to do his job and does it well. All of his staff are qualified and are not shy about doing their job well... I cannot say thank you enough for all his effort. He pulled off a miracle. Hopefully, I am never in a situation where I need him again, but if I am, I would not want any other lawyer. Funny guy who talks way too much, but deinitely one in a million.

Kevin Lafky was successful in my lawsuit for my wrongful termination case, against a billion dollar company represented by a top Portland Corporate firm. I had success on other lessor issues with the firm. Beyond what this firm has done for me, such an advocate for the underdog or counterbalance against Government abuse. Most lawyers are too affraid to help the community the way this firm has helped. I don't care what any website or political complaint says to try to soil this man's reputation, this firm is huge resource to the community and is a better place because of him, by virtue of calling out or prosecuting abuse and corruption that other's won't. This man is like a local modern day Martin Luther king, fighting for the community, by way of calling out nonsense.

Mr. Zanotelli met with me a couple months back prior to legal action needing to take place and agreed to represent me. When the time came for action, Mr. Zanotelli would not communicate with me and refused to respond to calls or emails. After 5 messages, his assistant finally called to tell me they hadn’t actually made time for my case and he was several months out. Now, I’m having to start from scratch when it’s time to begin the legal process, delaying progress. I was not impressed with the lack of commitment Mr. Zanotelli has, the fact that he wavered or his lack of communication. - ‘Let your yes be yes and no be no.’

They have hearings without serving papers.They don't follow the law. They're sneaky and snakey. Update: my paralegal told me about how this law firm ran and I posted it on here. Now Brad Miller is questioning my mental health because I posted what my paralegal Nicole told me about how this firm runs. Because I posted an honest review Brad Miller is trying to retaliate in my current custody battle. Brad Miller emailed me May 2 2023 in the evening and had an immediate danger hearing May 3 without serving me papers. He has griped that I emailed him when he has emailed me personally. My mental health is fine Brad Miller. Had a psych evaluation done.

If you really want to stick it to your ex and you want that feeling that you beat them, this is the firm for you. This firm is effective! They will bend the truth for you in court and in numerous superfluous memos. They will bully your ex and drag out the process to ensure that your ex suffers. In fact, they copied me on an internal communication which showed that they will even lie to each other within their own firm. Now, when you come out of the divorce, they will have taken everything from you financially, but who cares when you succeeded in making your ex suffer and that their tactics make thing so toxic that you will hardly be able to co-parent with your ex in the future. To ensure this process drags out as long as possible, they will neglect to let you know that your ex has made offers to settle. For over two years, SKH will make no offers settle with your ex and they will encourage you to not accept any offers because why do that when they can make more money taking this to court. They have so many cases going to court that the judge rebuked SKH for delaying court for 4 months because they had so many court cases booked, but the judge can’t actually do anything to stop these grey area tactics, so it gives you more time to bully your ex! This firm will back you up and encourage you to take your ex for everything. And while this won’t let you move on with your life, who cares as long as you get to falsely believe that your ex is suffering more because of it. Thanks SKH! I don’t have anything left to pay you with anymore, but at least I can feel like my ex suffered.

Mary Biel is the bomb. She helped me and believed in me when nibody was there for me. She has a very kind heart and has a very spunky and eclectic personality. Gail Vore has been an incredibly knowledge and helpful attorney during a very difficult legal process. My StepMother is divorcing my father, who has Alzheimers and is not able to make his own decisions. Gail assisted me in dealing with the other attorney, and with the court in getting named Guardian Ad Litem for my Dad. This allowed me to be his representative during the divorce. Gail assisted me in understanding the processes, why things need to be handled a certain way, what questions should be asked and the best way to respond. She made the process less overwhelming for me, as I had no clue as to what I needed to do! (None!) Rarely do you find an attorney you can have complete confidence in, and the knowledge they're in your corner. From our first conversation over the phone, Gail put me at ease, listened completely, came up with a beginning game plan and made an appointment to meet in person. Her communications are very professional, to the point, and easy to understand. She does as she says she will do, calling at 10:59 for an 11 a.m. phone appointment. At her offices in Beaverton, she's on time and ready to get down to business. Yet, she also has the ability to listen completely and be supportive. As far as I'm concerned, I'm going to continue doing business with Gail Vore for any business I have in Oregon. She's just that great! I highly recommend her as being worth EVERY penny she charges. I feel like she gave incredible value for every hour charged.

He is an amazing man! I was so blessed to have him as my attorney.He was not scared of my case at all he was ready to take it n and protect my son and my family.He was there for me in every way of my custody battle.
