Wow. Carolyn has knocked my socks off since hiring her. She is very involved with learning every aspect of my case. Her communication is incredibly timely, specific, and often. I believe that I went through the worst divorce on earth, and I thank god that I met Ms McDaniel. She is tough; she fights for what's right and fair. Sadly, I was married to a narcissist and a monster, who manipulated me throughout our marriage, while I struggled with Stage 4 cancer. Ms McDaniel worked hard to find a way to ensure my divorce was as easy as possible, in order to ensure it will not interrupt any of my Doctor Appointments and Chemotherapy sessions. Divorce is a very hard process to go through, and even though it is not over yet, I already know that I could not pick a better lawyer. Before finding Lisa, I probably called 3 or 4 different lawyers. At the end of each 60 minute consultation I would find most of my questions unanswered and feeling just as confused and frustrated as before I called. I finally called Lisa and she answered all my questions and presented me with a plan to get my divorce started. I was finally getting somewhere! Lisa and Christie were professional, attentive, and patient when explaining the (sometimes confusing) legal process of a divorce and all the paperwork that comes with it. I’m a physician with a high level government security clearance. My spouse filed for divorce and initiated a DVI as a means of gaining an advantage in the divorce proceedings. This removed me from the marital home, removed access to my son, and jeopardized my career, security clearance, and reputation. After two months of having a lawyer who was inactive, I hired Nicole and her team. They quickly reestablished my access to the home and won my DVI case easily. I was able to walk away from the DVI case with access to my son and maintain my security clearance and career without issue. Later Nicole and her team obtained an expeditious and favorable outcome for me in mediation. Additionally, Nicole and her team established good rapport with me during the tense moments during the DVI and divorce process making the hard times of divorce as comfortable as possible. During the process, I have also recommended friends and colleagues who have also seemed to have favorable outcomes so far. I highly recommend the Ferry team for any family legal matters.

Nicole and her paralegal team have been a huge support to me over the two-year period from the time my ex and I decided to file to mailing my final alimony check. Filing for divorce while being stationed overseas (military service) is never easy, but Nicole and her team made it about as easy as one could possibly make it. Despite never meeting her or her team face to face due to my physical distance, I always felt like I had a team in my corner. Either Nicole or her team was quick to respond (usually within the day, or close to one day was the average), and they were able to work with me to set up times to have phone conversations. On the day of my deposition/mediation, Nicole was on time, ready to have me dial-in. She made great recommendations on when to stand firm and when I need to make some concessions. Even after the divorce was finalized, Nicole continued to work with me to ensure all elements of the divorce decree were adhered to by both parties.
While I hope that the issues with the divorce are finally over with and I can move on, I know that if something ever comes back up, I will have a strong team and lawyer who I can rely on.

Autumn handled my divorce. She was fast and was able to solve some hard problems that I thought would make our divorce expensive. But she knew how our judge liked things and worked a lot with the attorney on the other side so there were no delays. I hired Mrs. Waddell to represent me in my divorce action. My wife was asking for an unreasonable amount of alimony and wanted custody of our kids. Mrs. Waddell always took the time to explain everything, how to keep good records in case we had to go to court. The thing I like most about her was that she would always give me a good estimate of what it would cost for my case and was open to helping me make decisions on what to do in my case to find ways to reduce the fees. I felt like it was always my decision on what to spend money on in my case. I also was very impressed with her at my temporary hearing. I am very pleased with the service I received from Ms. Cook and Ms. Conway. They were very prompt in returning emails, answering questions, and filing paperwork. I received my divorce in 35 days! The entire process was painless and went very smoothly. Unlike other attorneys I've dealt with in the past Ms. Cook and her team promptly returned emails and calls. We had an uphill battle we couldn't compromise on, and needed a lawyer with maximum experience, network, skill, persistence, and availability.
We researched dozens of local criminal defense lawyers, choosing the most promising to talk with in person.
