After meeting with two attorneys to represent me, it was clear almost immediately Phil was the right representation. The retention process was easy, his schedule and staff was very flexible and I really felt like Phil truly cared for me as his client. He was very thorough in his analysis and provided me with winning counsel and also just generally explaining state laws which can be very confusing. Marital agreements are not the easiest of conversations to have, and Phil provided me with guidance and ethics in that area as well. I would absolutely recommend Phil for any family law needs.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. She answered questions and concerns of mine whenever I had them I genuinely felt heard. She made sure she reached everyone involved at Family Court to do what was best for my case. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. Rizwan is a personable individual, but I wouldn’t trust him with serious matters. He earned his law degree later in life and seems to still be finding his footing. What stands out most is his expectation to haggle. He demands a high fee; a much larger, well-established law firm with multiple offices and a team of lawyers handled the same work for a third of Rizwan’s asking price. To make matters worse, he charges a non-refundable consultation fee, something most reputable firms don’t do. His office was in poor condition, and there were no other clients present. It’s disappointing—while you may want to support him due to shared cultural ties, his approach feels exploitative.

Samantha handled my divorce 2 years ago. On top of being an outstanding attorney, she was supportive, understanding, patient, and knew when to push me and when to "wrangle me in". She is truly an expert in Divorce and Separation and everything that falls under that umbrella. I hired Mr. Cohen to get the job done and he did just that. The only downfall was the time it took to complete my divorce. To no faults of Scott of course. The courts are so backed up it took a while. The positive part was being able to contact Scott and he almost was always available to speak with me. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on in my case and that was one of the most important things to me. I do recommend Scott if communication is a big deal because he does make it a point to stay in contact and include his client.

In addition to being extremely thorough, detailed and knowledgable, David was understanding, compassionate and sensitive. Most importantly however, he listened.
