This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. First they’ve had several lawyers on my case and the only way that I found out about it was if I called them, they took 3 years to get medical records that I got for them within 3 days!! They never call or email you until you have to call them and be firm about your case. I’ve never dealt with a firm that doesn’t call or reach out to you ever unless you call them first!! Now it’s been right at 4 years waiting on my case to be over and they’ve waited all these years to tell me a couple of months ago that I may not be physically getting the money anyway and when I spoke to the lawyer 5 months ago he told me that the case would be over in 1-2 months and it’s still ongoing almost 6 months later, I was also told 2 months ago that everything was finalized and approved and that it would take a couple of weeks and I still haven’t heard anything back except for “we’re still waiting “!! This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had, no communication on top of lies, lies, and more lies!! I would never recommend this place to anyone at all!!!

We hired the Killino Firm to help with a motor vehicle accident. We had a bit of a rocky start due to turnover but once we were assigned to attorney Michael Sabatina our experience changed for the better. Mr. Sabatina took the time to review and explain everything to us. We felt he was truly doing everything he could to get us the best outcome possible. An evil family member of a patient reported me to the State Board of Nursing in 2022 for negligence. I was concerned as I knew I rendered the best care to the patient and their family. A short Google search revealed Brian Quinn. He got back to me quickly, interviewed me thoroughly, and instructed me how to handle contact with anyone from the state board of nursing. His reassurance gave me comfort to continue working. He advocated on my behalf, believed in me, and brought me a favorable outcome. I recommend Brian and his team for any licensure issues. David Walker and his office is definitely one of the best law firms in the city. I got pulled over for tinted windows cops did an illegal search after I gave all documents and found a gun in a bag. I was given $250,000.00 bail. Emily did an immediately bail hearing and got it reduce to $50,000.00 SOB. August 1 2024 David Walker got all charges dismiss @ first preliminary hearing. They are the only firm out of 4 that has even agreed to look into my case. From my initial consult with Sharon to my communication with Kelly thus far, I am beyond impressed. We were quite disappointed in our interactions with Liz Vaysman. We contracted her for a consultation phone call, which was a limited engagement, of which we were entirely aware of. In our experience, if you hire Liz, be prepared for defensiveness, an inability to listen, and a combative atmosphere from the outset.
However, Liz spent way too much time on the call itself explaining over and over how limited our engagement was. We stopped the whole conversation to make a clear point that we were NOT interested in taking advantage of her in any way, and we clearly understood the engagement.
This was apparently not heard, and she continued to make this point over and over while we tried to salvage the conversation and get clear legal guidance for our money.
We wanted to record the session, so none of the important information we received would be forgotten by us, considering we are very busy and not lawyers. But Liz didn’t allow that. We were fine her reasoning, and we all agreed she would follow up our call with an email listing the advice and the relevant links to details.
Liz then proceeded to ghost us entirely, and it took multiple emails and phone calls and a threat to leave a negative review before we heard back from her. At that point, 4 months had elapsed.
We finally received our follow up email, with a curt apology and a repeat of her admonishment that we had not paid for any more services, and that our engagement was completed.
In our experience, if you hire Liz, be prepared for defensiveness, an inability to listen, and a combative atmosphere from the outset.

Stephanie helped me with the mediation process for divorce. She was very capable of respecting both sides of the issues. She was knowledgeable of options we had not thought of which could save time and money. She did not pressure or rush the process. She was at times difficult to reach and not quick to respond to correspondence in a timely manner outside of the mediation room. That would be the only improvement I would suggest.

I have had wonderful dealings with Stephanie and use her as my business attorney for my LLC and have used her in reviewing covenants of non-compete for potential hires. Where I have liked dealing with her over other business and corporate attorneys is she has shown a genuine interest in my business and because of that she seems more adept at anticipating what I am looking for and my needs from a legal perspective. Where other attorneys may give me exactly what I ask for, and there is certainly nothing wrong with that approach, she has learned my language enough where she seems to be much closer to the target on the first shot. It saves a lot on the back and forth and that to me is the most frustrating aspect of working with contracts. I am as astute as most small business people in legal matters, but if you have experienced any frustration with communication, and, certainly in my case it was due to some of my own lack of knowledge and imprecision, Stephanie is an excellent choice and worth reaching out to.
