I began working with her through the Hernandez family law and it was the worst decision I ever made. She made me feel like a horrible mother and dad almost got what he wanted because this “attorney” never filed the proper documents to the court. Had I not changed attorney’s, I would not have not had full custody of my daughter.

I am so so grateful to my friend for referring me to Zanes Law. I was a recently rear-ended after picking my daughter up from school and my car was totaled. I found a law firm on Yelp with a 5-Star review, but I didn’t get a 5-star experience. They were nice, but lazy. They offered little to no advise and rarely returned calls. I was complaining about it to a friend of mine who had work with Zane Law 2 yrs ago when she was in a similar situation.
I’m now working with Corey and Kathy and couldn’t be happier. They communicate, advise, ask the right questions and treat my case with a sense of urgency and importance that finally allows me to sleep at night knowing that everything is taken care of. My feeling is that this law firm is a true gem. I love that when I call I get a professional warm secretary to take my call. It was extremely fantastic that I was able to speak to the attorney directly. He took my call as if my case mattered. Attorney Bycer is very knowledgeable and I believe direct and not a time waster. He gets straight to the point to help you make good decisions & resolve issues. This firm will always be my #1 place to do business with.

I own and operate a small primary practice in Tucson. Lisa Paine has been our lawyer for the past 5-6 years, and she has been remarkable. She is personable, timely, and has done a wonderful job including helping us establish our LLC, developing business
and consulting contracts, and other various legal needs we have over the years. She is a gem to work with. I highly recommend her for that service. I called to get a consultation with Rachel. We unfortunately lost a termination case that should have went in our favor. We needed an attorney that specializes in juvenile court. Unfortunately she does it all but appeals. I know god directed me to her because she called me, heard my case for appeal, and did a bunch of work to find me attorneys that she knew could help me. She answered all my questions. I’m now with an attorney that was on her list of recommendations. Without Rachel I wouldn’t be in the position I am right now. Now we are in the process of appeal. I felt so lost and helpless until Rachel called me. She gave me hope and restored my faith in this system. Rachel called me a week later to check in and make sure I was in good hands. This isn’t something I have ever experienced. I’ve never felt so cared about by an attorney. I could hear her passion for helping people through the phone. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. rich peters and his team never fought for me or my family - in fact they were supposed to register a family court order in arizona and never did but still kept collecting my money while arizona NEVER had jurisdiction- a couple of attorneys failed to keep my family safe but the last one Sophia realllllly messed up by not adequately protecting my address from my abuser and stalker - an address that was never meant to be handed over to him - she allowed the judge to mistreat me and did not represent me at all. i even told her things were not being handled properly and she assured me she could do better - she did not. Rich peters has ignored my emails for MONTHS now but still has no problem demanding payment - a payment i will never send - i believe i am owed my money back in FULL - now that you are back in the country mr peters i do expect a reply

I was in the worst kind of trouble possible. My very best friend and I are both veterans. I served in the Marines and he was an Army Ranger. My friend asked me to hand him his gun which we both believed was not loaded. After I handed it to him it went off and killed him unexpectedly. I was in shock and did my best to recount the incident with the police. The State placed undue additional burdens on me in relation to the incident based upon my military background and charged me with manslaughter. If you find yourself in legal trouble, the best decision you can make is to hire Bruce Blumberg. Bruce is a fantastic attorney and expert in trial. He handles all aspects of your case so you can relax with no need to micromanage. You will feel like family with him representing you, he truly cares about his clients. I can attest to his abilities. He utilized experts to explore every avenue for my case and he did not feel in good conscious that I could take a plea based upon the facts of the incident and evidence so we went to trial. He won an acquittal on my manslaughter case. There’s nobody I trust more in court than Bruce Blumberg. Please hire Bruce if you find yourself needing an expert attorney, you will not be disappointed.

Seems like a reputable law firm with good reviews, however the staff hired is a direct reflection of the company, and their current front desk receptionist Kayla Bates came to my place over the weekend in my parking lot smoking weed and threatening to fight me and asking me if I want to come downstairs and get beat up over a man. A woman she knows is pregnant. What type of professionalism is that? I called and spoke to the executive team Holly and Tammy and was assured they would address the issue with said staff.

He was nearly always available when I called, though I tried not to call more than necessary. he was pricey, but worth every penny and very fair in his billing. Todd is ethical and encourages parties to settle amicably, but will be there when you need him for "battle."

I hired Franks to recover quite a bit of property that someone else--let's call him T--was holding and refused to return. The most important stuff T had were my career documents--resumes, letters of recommendation, etc.--all the materials I needed to restart my career after some personal problems. Franks has a reputation as a ferocious bulldog of a divorce lawyer, and in our opening discussion, he analyzed the situation very quickly and came up with an excellent strategy. I was thrilled.
Then nothing happened. I called: the staff said, "Mr. Franks is not available." Prospective employers were becoming interested in me, but what could I do with no recommendations, no transcripts, no credentials? I kept calling. "Sorry, Mr. Franks is unavailable." Finally, I said I would go to the Arizona Bar Ethics Board unless I got some response, some action, something--out of this guy. Guess what? He took my call. It turned out he had been out of the office for ten days visiting a sick friend. Okay, fine, but why did no one tell me *why* Franks had been unavailable? I would have understood. Franks yelled at me about how how insensitive I had been. Okay, fine. I was insensitive. So then I waited for him to get to my case.
Then the doing-nothing started again. Days passed. More days. Prospective employers were giving jobs to other people who had their documents. More days. "Mr. Franks is unavailable." Usually that means, "The lawyer doesn't want to talk to you now." I got that line for another week. Finally, by some miracle, a staffer said, "Well, Mr. Franks will deal with your case right away after he gets back from vacation."
Vacation? He had not said anything about this. No staffer had informed me. I just assumed he was ducking my calls. In all, THREE weeks passed (and who knows how many jobs) while Franks pulled his mystery disappearing acts. It would have been one thing had a secretary said, "Mr. Franks is visiting a sick friend, and I expect him in the office on the tenth. Why don't you call then?" But I just kept getting the broken record about his being unavailable. The same with the vacation. Nobody told me anything, and I assumed, rationally, that he was, again, delaying dealing with my case. I've worked with a lot of lawyers, and am trained as a lawyer myself, though I now work in a different field. I understand that lawyers often do nothing for quite a long time, then solve everything in one two-hour phone call with the lawyer for the other side. Franks's multiple absences from work would have been fine if I had been told where he was and when I could expect him back. Instead, I just watched job after job fly by me with not a clue about where he was.
This behavior is unethical. No wonder the lawyer I got to replace him called him a "s****ball." It's really too bad. I think he would have been very effective. But you just can't keep clients in the dark like that. A lawyer who behaves that way, even once, to even one client, makes him inherently untrustworthy. I don't care about his wonderful reputation for effectiveness. Franks was totally ineffective for me, because he just *wasn't there* for three weeks straight. If you have clairvoyance or ESP, maybe he might be a good lawyer for you.

William Lally was hired for a land use matter that required a residential to commercial zoning change. This was for a new construction of a drive-thru restaurant where Tiffany and Bosco represented the tenant as well as myself. Unfortunately, the tenant refused to pay the lease and started operatingwithout proper clearances causing multiple defaults. I properly notified the firm that there was a conflict between the parties who were co-represented. Upon filing eviciton proceedings, the tenant filed an injunction to slow the process down. I was shocked that the firm representing the tenant was Tiffany and Bosco and that lawsuit was filed by William Lally. The actions of William Lally were quite costly and the entire firm has refused to provide the case file which has prevented further development of this real estate.
