Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Todd was realistic, easy to talk to, and gave us peace of mind. Hope to not need their services in the future, but would definitely recommend to anyone in a tough PFA situation. I reached out to Renee to get a second opinion on the expungement for my DUI. I'm in the ARD program and she is helping to expedite the expungement process. The attorney that represented me during my DUI trial said there was nothing else I could do to get the DUI off of my record early. Renee is looking at different angles and moving forward with helping to resolve this matter. I also received two summary charges that do not look good on my record for future job opportunities. She is helping me to appeal these charges when two other attorneys told me there was nothing I could do.
Renee is very intelligent, aggressive and most importantly I could tell she cared about me and my stressful situation. That is very hard to find especially when one approaches an attorney for the first time. I highly recommend Renee for any legal issues.

My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. Lyle was a superstar and when the case finally went to trial we were so nervous. We came out of the court room with all charges dropped. I never even thought that was a possibility! Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! There was a battle with my ex over the house value and vehicle(s), plus a bunch of nasty behavior thrown-in. Dan handled everything like a pro and had a solution at every turn. If you have a divorce or custody situation, you MUST retain this guy. I had two very bad experiences with family law attorneys (had never hired one before) and Joe completely turned my case around. When I retained Pollock Begg and Joe became my lawyer, I realized that there are attorneys who will respond to your calls, address your concerns and be an aggressive advocate on your behalf. I hired Atty. Gordon to help me re-negotiate my divorce case. I came to him with an existing divorce agreement that was settled without representation. I hired Chas to handle a case for me after a previous attorney had screwed it up. Chas was willing to trust my view of things, without automatically siding with the previous attorney just because he was an attorney. He was also willing to let my husband handle filing all the documents, analyzing complicated estate accountings, preparing spreadsheets, and providing potential arguments to advance, which saved a ton of money on paralegal work.
