I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Even with short notice Barbara was able to do great work. I have worked with many other attorneys but there was not one that even compares to the service and the attention to detail I received from her. I had a extremely diffcult child custody case that was being heard by a newer judge she made sure she came prepared with anything and everything that the judge may asked for and she kept me actively involved in the case.
My only mistake with Barbara is not finding her sooner.

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I got to work hand in hand with Jessie over the course of my case and there wasn’t a time I didn’t feel secure in the advice and recommendations that she gave me. I believe she was very effective in her work and she is very passionate about it, creating an environment where you feel like you are really being taken seriously. I was advised to contact this office, and I did. I was told that a lawyer from that office would be calling me back…it’s been exactly 30 calendar days and I have not received any calls from this office. I have left a few messages and decided to stop leaving them to see if they would call me back…still no calls. When I called today, the woman that I spoke with, when I asked if this happens regularly, advised that I must’ve “fallen off the lawyers radar”. Think I need to take my business elsewhere…
UPDATED: today is 2/8/22, after being contacted by this office on 12/27, the lawyer finally calls me after I’ve been served custody paper. He commences to speak to me in a very rude manner and raises his voice. This office has been less than professional in EVERY way. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my enemy!

Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Todd was realistic, easy to talk to, and gave us peace of mind. Hope to not need their services in the future, but would definitely recommend to anyone in a tough PFA situation. He was honest up front with the odds of my case. I appreciate that because he didn’t try to make grand promises or sell me a dream. It helped me manage my expectations. I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. Lyle was a superstar and when the case finally went to trial we were so nervous. We came out of the court room with all charges dropped. I never even thought that was a possibility! Thank you Lyle and Erin so much, as well as everyone we came into contact with at the firm. They are the kindest most caring people ever!! Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! There was a battle with my ex over the house value and vehicle(s), plus a bunch of nasty behavior thrown-in. Dan handled everything like a pro and had a solution at every turn. I hired Amanda for a non contested divorce. I originally hired a scam artist that said he was a lawyer, that also charged double what Cook charges, and got fed up after months of hearing excuse after excuse as well as silenced phone calls. I ended up talking to my father who referred me to Amanda. Amanda immediately picked up my case and got the mess from the previous lawyer all cleaned up and filed correctly. Not only was she super professional she handled my case with a sense of urgency. Amanda returned my phone calls and emails the same day often times calling me right back. All in all my divorce was completed within a couple of months and I am very happy with Cook law. I would recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal help. She even gave me a tip on how to resolve and get my retainer amount back from the previous lawyer.
