Chris was extremely upfront about expectations and handled my divorce with blunt honesty, realistic expectations and charged a flat fee. I am very happy with the outcome, and I had even made his job difficult at times through poor judgement and adverse actions that did not help my case, but in the end, we got great results and he was able to keep the custody and finance settelment reasonable. I highly reccomend him and his paralegal also was very helpful in a time of great stress and uncertainty.

Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. He is a class act and deserves any accolades sent his way.

I had a very wonderful experience working with Attorney Justin. I was skeptical of working with a lawyer to get my speeding ticket dismissed because I wasn’t sure I would succeed or if it would be worth the cost but he worked with me on the price, and today my ticket was dismissed potentially saving me lots of money on insurance. Wow! Amazing that So many people had such great experiences with this law firm. For our family it was very difficult to get a hold of someone, let alone a lawyer. We did not receive what we thought we would for our circumstances and the law firm made out much better than our family in the end. It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate for our family. Is extremely unresponsive, uninformative and doesn't seem to want to help at all. Literally waits until you pay him then pretty much goes completely mute. Leaves you wondering if he is even representing your case half of the time. Does not answer emails, text or calls and I have even had him tell us we had court the day OF court which is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend him at all.

During a Divorce and in Remission he expressed, no regard after paid. Saw him for 5 minutes during the whole process. Does not care.
Difficult to get a hold of, much of the work, was self done, because he had no reliability.
Save your money and leave it to the professionals.
Don't recommend. There's other great lawyers that agree. I should have checked all platforms for reviews the real reviews and much alike! Theres others who felt the same way, he took the money and disappeared. I did everything in regards to my case.
If the client had been heard, and the right laws applied, things would have been different. A lawyer that took the money and ran. There's plenty of correspondence to support this statement. I had to fire him at 1 point. Only then, he decided to finalize my divorce, once I was moving out of state for my safety, so he wouldn't have to refund me. I had another Attorney check my case and a lot could have been done. Very poor practice, your clients are your paycheck so respect them!

I am a retired attorney myself, now seeking an attorney to help with a defective mesh implant I had years ago. I called between 10 and 20 firms claiming to be “experts” in hernia mesh claims. I received a return call from every single firm EXCEPT DAVID’s from someone at a call center screening for valid mesh cases who followed an apparent script they had been given. The screeners had no apparent legal or medical experience and they certainly weren’t attorneys. They did not understand any medical procedures, especially if not listed on their script so I found myself explaining medical processes to them. In fact, because my situation is somewhat unusual and I couldn’t honestly say “yes” in response to one of the screener questions but rather need to explain my answer to someone who understood the medical and legal processes, I was told by several screeners (with no legal or medical training or experience) that I did not have a claim and their lawyer “couldn’t help me.” The majority of the firms did in fact accept my claim and agreed to represent me after a several day process of lawyer review, but David LISTENED TO ME on my initial call, understood exactly what my medical situation was and took it upon himself to represent me in conjunction with another attorney he asked to contact me directly.
David is extremely knowledgeable and he listens and he helps clients. From now on, I will always call David first and not waste hours and hours talking to screeners and non-legal, non-medical call center employees.

Greg was better than I could have imagined. My case came up just a few days before I was supposed to leave the country and he handled it perfectly. He talked with the judges and prosecutors to move my court dates earlier so I was able to travel, explain my situation and worked out a solution that allowed me to continue my plans as if nothing happened. Even while out of country he has been in contact with me for resolutions on all matters. Everything in my power will make sure I never need a lawyer again, but if so, or if someone I know needs a recommendation, I will not hesitate to give them Greg’s contact. I hired Gregory Hoffman to represent me in a civil case against an ex-partner of mine in December of 2020.
I will start off by saying that every case is different, and therefore, every outcome is different. Below is an account of my unique case and experience with Gregory Hoffman.
My case was kind of a two-parter and because of this, Mr. Hoffman and I had to appear in court a couple of times. Both times, Mr. Hoffman was incredible enough to travel over an hour from Rhode Island to Massachusetts where my case was being heard, and both times he wasn’t just punctual; he was early. I’ve heard horror stories of people waiting for their lawyers to show up for hours, and I’ve even heard some where the lawyer doesn’t show at all. Rest assured, Gregory Hoffman will show and he will be there on time, if not early.
Mr. Hoffman, himself, was quite professional. In court he was well dressed, articulate, calm, confident, and when it came to knowing the “rules of the game”, as they pertained to Massachusetts law, he was very well versed. He made sure that in the weeks leading up to the court date he and I were both thoroughly equipped with all the documentation we needed to aid us in emerging victorious.
What really speaks to the professionalism of any lawyer, though, is what hopes and dreams they try and sell you about your case. Please be aware that any good lawyer, will not attempt to sell you a single one. A good lawyer will not give you any false hope, nor make any promises nor guarantees as to the outcome of your case, and Gregory Hoffman was up front about this with me right from the start. He also didn’t compare my case with any other, either. He treated my case as its own unique entity and that’s exactly what I was looking for in representation.
Mr. Hoffman was also very compassionate and understanding when it came to me and the details of my case. Again, I’ve heard horror stories where lawyers will not walk through things with their clients because they don’t care, don’t have the time, or both. Once again, rest assured that Gregory Hoffman has a heart and actually cares about his clients. He was always readily available to answer any and all questions I had, he explained things clearly so that I understood, and he even made time after the second hearing to talk to me and give his opinion on my then situation, which I appreciated and valued very much.
The Court’s decision after the second hearing did, indeed, result in victory for us. Again, this review is not to guarantee a win should you hire Gregory Hoffman, but my opinion based on my personal experience is; if you do hire Mr. Hoffman, your chances of coming out on top and satisfied with your outcome are pretty high. ;)

I was served a summons for a hearing with very short notice. My ex was making an unfounded and misguided attempt to reduce the parenting time I have with our child.
I hired Christine, and from the beginning she was comforting to me and a strong advocate for my child's rights, and my rights as a father.
This sort of situation is extremely stressful and anxiety inducing. She let me know what I needed to do to look my best. She negotiated strongly and fairly with the other attorney.
She gave me the confidence to remain calm and collected throughout three hearings.
The result was that I not only didn't lose any parenting time, but we achieved a true 50/50 shared placement agreement, which is the most fair for everyone involved.
Christine is knowledgeable, confident, and knows what is fair. I would work with her again in an instant if the need arises.

I’ve been using Paul Ferns for several years now. Originally I had a different lawyer and he wasn’t on top of my case. I soon after had switched to Paul and haven’t had another attorney since.
