Angelina provided excellent counsel during my divorce proceedings. She discussed and reviewed all of my options in great detail, which was especially important to me regarding placement of my children. I especially apprecaited that she presented all options, with the pros and cons and likelyhood of success, without leading in me in one direction or another. I appreciated having the information to make the decision instead of having it made for me. It left me with the confidence that I chose the best available path forward.
In writing the agreement, she anticipated a number of areas that needed to be covered in the agreement that later proved to be critical.
In addition, her billing was very fair and accurate. Although I was the plaintiff and she did most of the work (initial complaint, wrote entire agreement and entered the order) her bill was smaller than my ex-wife's attorney's bill, which represented only a fraction of the effort of Angelina's work.
Lastly, going through a divorce, especially with small children involved, can be very emotional. She dealt well with my occasional emotion state by acknowledging my concerns and then calmly discussing the path forward.

Angelina worked with me on a relocation case for nearly a year. She was prompt getting back to me and did so much leg work during the case and has continued to remain on top of things after it was settled. I was in need of lowering my Child support, 1 of my Boy's has already reached the age of 18 and my other is about to. I was going to handle this on my own, thinking it was a open and shut case. After reading the overwhelming snip it's online about how bad that really was to represent yourself, I started having 2nd thoughts. Then my Divorce started to flash through my head on how expensive that was to retain the Lawyer, then the court/filing fee's etc..etc.. So this time instead of looking up the top names in RI, I decided to surf the web for reasonable Attorneys. I am glad I did that and glad I came across Mr. Pearsall, he was and is nothing short of professional, called me back when needed, answered all my e-mails in a timely manner and recommended we try and get both Boy's child support terminated together so I would not have to go back to court again in 2 months. Glad to say with his help and guidance all went well today, and I am now free of Child support. Would recommend Mr. Pearsall to anyone in need of a Lawyer that will work for you.

After what I thought was a mutual and uncontested divorce I had to retain Attorney Pearsall when my X began alienating my children from me and threatening to litigate against me if I did not pay more in child support that I was required, or pay her additional monies she was not entitled to. I unfortunately handled the case PRO SE and made a few legal errors which came back to haunt me. Attorney Pearsall was able to block litigations against me attempting to extract additional monies, and get a court ruling providing for once a week parenting time with my minor daughter. If I had retained his services instead of going it PRO SE things would have been so much easier and turned out so much better for me and my kids.

I was served with divorce papers only one week before a court hearing and was expected to answer. By law 30 days are required to answer. I had no idea how to proceed with this under the stress I was in on such short notice. I was desperate to find legal representation at the last minute. Beside the fact of the stress I was under because my husband was divorcing me for another woman. Having little experience at this situation left me anxious and afraid. Being a skeptic, I scoured the internet to find reviews on Attorney Pearsall's work. He seemed like an honest guy so I took a chance. Under the time constraints, Attorney Pearsall came through for me literally the day of my hearing. He handled everything for me with the utmost professionalism and reassured me that everything would turn out alright. Attorney Pearsall also did not charge me an arm and a leg for his service like some attorneys. He kept me informed while waiting for my husband's attorney to file the final documents, late once again. I hired Albin Moser after being in two motor vehicle accidents in a period of 5 weeks. always recomend to friends and family. if there if something she cant do she wull find somebody who can. the hours are exellent. she will stay til 10 pm if she has to . i do not believe she tried to over charge or recharge anybody as her prices are fair and is willing to negotiate. i have used Dawn for bankruptcy..legal matters and tax filing for several years and have great results

Mr Judge… AMAZING. I have no words. I got into the most awful situation summer 2024 and it felt like there was no hope. I got continuance after continuance and I wasn’t present in the courtroom so I wasn’t sure what was going on BUT by the end of it he got everything dismissed. He truly cares about his clients and work at the end of the day; it makes him an excellent attorney and person. I have worked with other attorneys in the past- no one compares!!! Wish I met him sooner!

I Hired Michael C. Judge as my attorney and it was the best decision I made, he was a great attorney and very considerate, He made everything about this process of going to court and the worries I had on the outcome go smoothly and eased my mind about everything. I cannot express how pleased I am with having retained attorney Ribezzo. Attorney Ribezzo was very easy to talk to. He listened to everything I had to say and asked pertinent questions to obtain necessary case information. My case was fairly convoluted however he was able to obtain the result I desired. I honestly feel that the reason I am now safe is because of his hard work and diligence. He was very well educated with regard to evidence, statutes, etc. He worked harder than he probably should have during my hearing, which took much longer than expected. He was able to obtain necessary testimony and admit evidence incredibly effectively. I was under the impression that the defendant's attorney was nearly impossible to beat, and was fairly pessimistic regarding the result of my hearing because of this. Attorney Ribezzo was absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, completely changed my preconceptions of the defendant's attorney. I would strongly encourage anyone who has any legal issue to seek representation from Attorney Ribezzo. I cannot believe that anyone would retain this man and walk away dissatisfied. I thank Attorney Ribezzo for everything he has done for me and thus, for my family as well. I will not hesitate to contact him for any legal needs I may have in the future.

Atty Kristy Garside has got to be the most professional lawyer I have dealt with. I was in a Medicaid jam and hired her to find a solution. She led me directly to a Special Needs Trust which ultimately fixed my problem. We even got the matter cleared up in a fast/informal way so that I did not need to wait for an appeal. DHS decided in my favor 100%. I would hire her again and encourage anyone considering doing so to go ahead and hire her because your legal problem(s) are likely to go bye-bye after that! -jdc

Kristin Pettey is an amazing attorney. While only 10% of her business falls within the family law side, I myself was going through a complex divorce to include an unreasonable ex-spouse as they were on their third attorney when our case closed. Family law is very difficult in general to deal with and I found when dealing with attorney's in the family law realm that a lot of them are not trustworthy, or at least I myself felt they did not have my interests at heart. I had family law issues in multiple states, which made it complex; Kristin took on my Rhode Island case. Working with Kristin compared to other family law attorney's that I have in the past was a night and day difference. Kristin was a zealous advocate, an extremely competent attorney, and overall a pleasure to work with. She told it to me straight and I trusted the advice that she gave me. Overall I felt happy with the outcome of the case because of her actions. Keep in mind that if you are going through family law litigation, you must accept and understand that your outcome is limited by what the state accepts as fair. Kristin will do what she can to defend your rights and what is fair. If you heed her advice, even if you do not like it, you can expect your case with her to go as smoothly as possible. My ex attempted many different strategies to get the most she possibly could out of our case, buty Kristin was able to turn these to our advantage and she set me up for success. Over the year+ that I worked with her as we were approaching a final court date I felt very confident that it would go positively for me because of her advice and hard work. In the end, my ex came around and we were able to obtain a consent decree. Mine is not normal; it has a lot of nuances in it because of the gamesmanship that my ex attempted to play. I feel very comfortable moving forward in our consent decree and that my current and future interests are looked after. I also look forward to coming to Kristin in the future as things change, and the decree needs to be modified.
In sum, I highly recommend Kristin, you can’t go wrong. I would expect her quality of advocacy to be just as high in her other areas of practice, no matter if it is family law, medical malpractice, or litigation.

I would highly recommend Ken Schreiber as an attorney . I am an elderly man that was given a process summons at 9:30 at night to appear in court in Wisconsin 2 days later at 9:30am.
