I cannot express how pleased I am with having retained attorney Ribezzo. Attorney Ribezzo was very easy to talk to. He listened to everything I had to say and asked pertinent questions to obtain necessary case information. My case was fairly convoluted however he was able to obtain the result I desired. I honestly feel that the reason I am now safe is because of his hard work and diligence. He was very well educated with regard to evidence, statutes, etc. He worked harder than he probably should have during my hearing, which took much longer than expected. He was able to obtain necessary testimony and admit evidence incredibly effectively. I was under the impression that the defendant's attorney was nearly impossible to beat, and was fairly pessimistic regarding the result of my hearing because of this. Attorney Ribezzo was absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, completely changed my preconceptions of the defendant's attorney. I would strongly encourage anyone who has any legal issue to seek representation from Attorney Ribezzo. I cannot believe that anyone would retain this man and walk away dissatisfied. I thank Attorney Ribezzo for everything he has done for me and thus, for my family as well. I will not hesitate to contact him for any legal needs I may have in the future.

I have had the privilege of having Susan Pires as my attorney for over 14 years. Steve has helped me out on multiple cases. When I first sat down with Mr. Archambault I knew that he would be my best bet in representation, and I was not wrong. Steve was the first lawyer that I have met that actually cared about me and the outcome of my cases on a personal level. I could tell that to him, I wasn't just another check to cash. He genuinely cares about his clients and doing whatever he can to help better their lives and get them out of the situation(s) that they're in. He has helped me out with a total of 3 cases in both District, as well as Superior Court. In each instance he has gone above and beyond to save my hide and settle the cases with the very best outcome. During my latest case, I had violated probation and they were holding me in the ACI. Under the circumstances, this would call for a mandatory 30 day violation sentence. Mr. Archambault spent 2 full days in court fighting like hell to get me released, which he did! Not only that, but he was able to get the violation dropped! If you are looking for the best attorney to represent you, then I would definitely recommend Mr. Stephen Archambault.

Rob was fantastic and got my felony down to a misdemeanor and I don’t have to do any jail time and no probation. Atty Kristy Garside has got to be the most professional lawyer I have dealt with. I was in a Medicaid jam and hired her to find a solution. She led me directly to a Special Needs Trust which ultimately fixed my problem. We even got the matter cleared up in a fast/informal way so that I did not need to wait for an appeal. DHS decided in my favor 100%. I would hire her again and encourage anyone considering doing so to go ahead and hire her because your legal problem(s) are likely to go bye-bye after that! -jdc

Kristin Pettey is an amazing attorney. While only 10% of her business falls within the family law side, I myself was going through a complex divorce to include an unreasonable ex-spouse as they were on their third attorney when our case closed. Family law is very difficult in general to deal with and I found when dealing with attorney's in the family law realm that a lot of them are not trustworthy, or at least I myself felt they did not have my interests at heart. I had family law issues in multiple states, which made it complex; Kristin took on my Rhode Island case. Working with Kristin compared to other family law attorney's that I have in the past was a night and day difference. Kristin was a zealous advocate, an extremely competent attorney, and overall a pleasure to work with. She told it to me straight and I trusted the advice that she gave me. Overall I felt happy with the outcome of the case because of her actions. Keep in mind that if you are going through family law litigation, you must accept and understand that your outcome is limited by what the state accepts as fair. Kristin will do what she can to defend your rights and what is fair. If you heed her advice, even if you do not like it, you can expect your case with her to go as smoothly as possible. My ex attempted many different strategies to get the most she possibly could out of our case, buty Kristin was able to turn these to our advantage and she set me up for success. Over the year+ that I worked with her as we were approaching a final court date I felt very confident that it would go positively for me because of her advice and hard work. In the end, my ex came around and we were able to obtain a consent decree. Mine is not normal; it has a lot of nuances in it because of the gamesmanship that my ex attempted to play. I feel very comfortable moving forward in our consent decree and that my current and future interests are looked after. I also look forward to coming to Kristin in the future as things change, and the decree needs to be modified.
In sum, I highly recommend Kristin, you can’t go wrong. I would expect her quality of advocacy to be just as high in her other areas of practice, no matter if it is family law, medical malpractice, or litigation.
