Where do i start? Amazing Law Firm and let me just say how professional Robert Swensen was with me, told me everything that was going to happened and how it was going to happened. He even went over and Beyond the call of duty, when I called him after hours he picked up and spoke with me, I don’t get that from lawyers, I usually get the answer machine and wait 2-3 business to get a response, but Robert was different he was on my case as soon as he got it in front of him. he always helped me with question and concerns I had. Kurt and his daughter Isabella were so nice and did so much for my husband and I. I contacted him on the weekend and left a message and he quickly called me back and worked on my case right away. We were hit by a hit and run and Kurt and his team were able to figure out by police reports who actually hit us, contacted the women's insurance, and was able to get us taken care of. We were put in such a bind and now we have been able to get ourselves out of debt and get right again. My husband is still awaiting he's settlement but it hasn't been long whatsoever. Being detained and taken into custody is an extremely traumatic experience. It's during those times that you need an experienced legal team to be by your side in court. For myself it came in the form of a 3 AM stop where I was soon sitting in a patrol car waiting to be transported to the magistrates; by the time I was allowed access to a phone there were only 2 numbers to call: my family to tell them I won't be home for supper and The Locke Law Group. Being tightly shackled in county lock up, surrounded by 80 other detainees is trying and exhausting; but even after a full 24-hour-no-sleep-detention, I knew the long day wouldn't be over until I spoke with Shannon on the phone.
