Be 100% open and candid with her because she’s YOUR ADVOCATE. She’s young and aggressive but she’s also very realistic. She will set realistic expectations from the BEGINNING. If you want to be told what you ‘would like to hear’ instead of what you absolutely NEED to hear then hire someone else. BUT if you would like your high conflict case handled fairly and directly with the goal of LOWERING the hostility and rancor between you and your soon to be former spouse so you can actually come to a resolution BEFORE going to trial, I’d highly recommend Kelli as one of the finest divorce lawyers I’ve ever met.

Anything I write about Roseline will only be an understatement. I can't be lucky enough to have her represent my case. As a matter of fact, I had some family law firm represent my case, but after meeting Roseline, I requested her to represent me instead. spent weeks trying to find lawyer or someone to help clean up the mess I made trying to save $ and do it myself. This is confusing and tricky stuff!Normally you think deed trust, oh people are fighting over stuff. Not in this case, our problems are dif. My aunt is disabled mentally and physically and we are tryying to give her the freedom anyone deserves, so this is how we help without conservitorship. Now my gpa actually was very well preparedbut still we needed help. One day I got lucky finding a small buisiness card tucked away. I wish they had a closer location but we will be returning for future plans! Lawyers say oh this is tricky my retainer is 5000$ and thats not to say that will cover it! So unnder 1000$ Tom did all the right paperwork, had them filed and recorded.... ugh I wish Id known sooner! So if you are dealing with a death and inheritance issues this is the place ! 1 flat rate did all we needed! I bet divorce and such filings are similar... couldnt hurt to check them out 1st they might make things easier on you during a very dark time.

About twenty years ago, Tony had helped my parents and I get through a challenging criminal case. Achieving the best result possible. But, it is now twenty years later and I am scrambling for an attorney in a family law case. I thought of Tony briefly, but shrugged him off thinking.....he doesn't practice family law. Until, I am now down to the wire and I need representation fast, like now. I am downtown San Diego and I decide to reach out to Tony on a whim. Not only do I locate Tony, I leave a message with his firm briefly explaining the situation. Its a Friday and I am thinking I am toast. The next day, Saturday, and Tony calls and tells me to meet him on Monday to go over the case. I did not even have to ask him one question about fees? is he available, can he be proactive, nothing. It was like such loyalty from his prior work twenty years ago like it was yesterday! He did not miss a beat. He was on it from hello and went on to win with the best results possible. I have never heard of a divorce is traumatizing or as messy as my own. I was devastated by the unfair and untrue allegations my ex brought to the court and the resulting financial, custody, emotional and mental battle that ensued. Tony met with me the same day I contacted him and assured me he would always tell the truth even if I didn’t want to hear it. I was not at all prepared financially for this divorce and we worked out a very reasonable payment plan. The constant onslaught of paperwork, emails, Serving notices and phone calls were very overwhelming but Tony was able to take care of everything for me and simplify the process in a situation I thought would never resolve. Going through divorce is stressful, but I can tell you that Steve Murphy represented me over the course of nearly ten years and I can't imagine having navigated the courts without him. I can not begin to express how appreciative I am for the level of service and support I have received from Steve Murphy and his outstanding paralegal, Laura Romero. Came to Lawyer Kevin with a. Issue regatding my visitation and the lack of compliance with my EX. Megan was assigned to my case and did an excellent job. At the time I was having major anxiety towards the entire situation and was treated really qell by Megan. Traci is professional. She stood by me and worked with an opponent who did not play by the rules. My ex lied and hid our assets and started cashing out our retirement almost before I even hired Traci. My daughter lives with me who is handicapped and I with serious health issues,’he tried to leave us with almost nothing!! Believe me he quit his job and threatened to move to Mexico. Year or so later my daughter and I are safe. He had to pay me 2 years in advance alimony for him to get a job. I may need to hire Traci again if he has or finds another lame excuse to his fiduciary responsibilities. Was with my ex for almost 40 years. My wife left me unilaterally and unexpectedly, and took our 2 year old son with her. She also retained an attorney in San Diego, who supposedly has raving reviews, and filed a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against me.
I had to act quickly and entered my name into a link on the internet while looking for attorney's to defend myself, and voila, I received a call from Ross Veta. I was skeptical at first, but after an initial consultation, it was clear he was the right person for the task at hand due to his ‘calming effect’ on the situation I was facing. Ross and I worked together like a team, which is what people really need to do if they intend on prevailing in their case.
My estranged wife’s declaration was not only full of lies, distortions, and half-truths, but errors, including the wrong date we were married, with many other absurd allegations. I don’t know if these errors were hers, from her attorney, or his staff, but her declaration was poorly written, and her attorney should have ensured that these absurd allegations were not part of her declaration; they clearly made her out to be foolish and petty.
Ross took full advantage of the opposing party’s errors, omissions, and lies, yet focused on those things that truly mattered to the judge in our case, someone he is familiar with here in North County.
Divorce is a very emotional experience, and it has been for me since my estranged wife tried to drag me through the mud. Yet Ross Veta saw right through all the smoke and mirrors, and came up with a game plan to deal with each allegation. Needless to say, I wasn’t as impressed my estranged wife’s attorney nearly as much as I was with Ross Veta.
Ross has a demeanor that can’t be matched; he’s focused, but is also a very likable person, something that’s rare in the legal profession.
The outcome? I won the case and the Domestic Violence case was dropped, even before Ross had the opportunity to cross-examine my estranged wife. And I even have joint custody, and almost 50% visitation of my 2 year old son. Thanks for everything Ross.

Ronza was my 3rd lawyer after my own first two supposedly "good" lawyers sucked me dry of money in my divorce case.
Despite all the skepticism towards lawyers I regained trust, thanks to Ronza, at least in some lawyers out there.
Ronza rightly says in her profile that she will guide you in the right direction early on, wherever she thinks someone else may be in a better position to help her clients. That is the biggest thing a client can hope from a lawyer.
Apart from her sincerity, she is aggressiveve and gives full attention to her clients case, is very clear on where it would cost how much.
Works with you in helping to cut cost where possible.
Gives a clear picture, grim or solid, whatever it maybe. No sugar coating or unnecessary fear mongering which some corrupt lawyers use to milk their clients.

Before Ronza I had very little direction from all 3 of my previous divorce lawyers. They all wanted me to settle for their best interest but Ronza made me feel like she really cared and did not let me settle for anything less than i deserved. After receiving my 2nd DUI I got in touch with Amy. She was very straight forward and honest with me about my case, which meant I was always aware of every possibility. During my pending 2nd DUI I made the stupid choice to drive again and I ended up receiving my 3rd DUI. Amy showed me no judgment and openly accepted both cases at a increadable rate. Amy went to bat for me in front of both judges and I received only the minimum sentence of 10 days in work release for my second charge and almost the minimum for the 3rd. While going through a very nasty divorce (3 years and counting), my ex took control of my business and stopped paying all debt I co-signed for including community property debt. I was faced with the decision that nobody wants to make.... I had to file bankruptcy.
I met with numerous large, medium and small law firms. Most meetings were with either a sales person with little knowledge or a paralegal. Having done my own research, I quickly learned that each time I was given bad advise and pressured to "sign up before it's too late". I came across Brian via Avvo and scheduled a meeting. Expecting to meet with another sale person or paralegal, I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Brian himself. I kept him busy with question after question during a meeting that lasted almost an hour. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. In fact he kept asking if I had further questions for him. He seemed to like the rapid and numerous questions I kept throwing at him. He had answers to the questions nobody else did and knows bankruptcy law inside and out. Some other firms I met with told me I had to have my divorce finalized before I could file. However, Brian was the only one with the knowledge and expertise to get my Chapter 7 filed and discharged. My case was not a simple one as my ex attempted to block my discharge and I had numerous creditors due to my business and assets. However, Yuri and Brian got it discharged with no problem. Both Brian and Yuri are the only attorneys I would recommend. If you have a simple or complex bankruptcy, I would not recommend anyone other than Brian and Yuri. The entire law group couldn't have been better to deal with!
Don't waste your time like I did with bankruptcy "mills", sales people and paralegals. I simply can't say enough about how great Yuri and Brian are...... They will take good care of you!

I hired Mr. Cook after my previous attorney delved out the work to an inexperienced associate who messed-up my case. Andy was on the ball, quick, and got the results I needed. I was unexpectedly served with an order preventing my son and I from moving across the country two days before our planned relocation. I was losing my mind and ended up through blind luck, with Mrs. McKeag as my attorney. From day one she calmed me down, always listened to me rant and rave, and was realistic with me as far as the possible outcomes. She never looked for a way to nickel and dime me and charge me for every possible thing she could have, and above all she made me feel like my son and I were her utmost priority, as opposed to being one of many cases on her plate.
She was realistic in what we should and should not do as far as filing motions. There were several times we could have taken a course of action that would have cost me thousands, yet had a very low chance of succeeding. We saw this when the opposing council took this route. When our court dates happened she was always prepared, always solid, and never once was caught unawares. She always took the high road, and always provided solid advice.
I honestly believe that if I had not her as my lawyer things could have turned out much differently no matter how in the right I was. She is the sole reason I won my move away case and was allowed to move across the country. She was able to read the judge and adjust her approach to the case on his rulings, and decisions in cases prior to ours being called. I would say this is one of her strongest qualities as opposed to a lawyer who just gets up and reads from a legal pad, or tries to stretch and twist circumstances to fit an altered version. I consider Mrs. McKeag a friend and will never be able to express my gratitude and what a phenomenal lawyer she is adequately enough through words. Her character is beyond reproach, and if I ever find myself in a position that I am in need of council, she will be my first call.

I was facing an extremely difficult military divorce case. The order I had included a wrong division of military pension, it also directed me to vacate my home, and put my home up for sale all within a very short period of time.
I was also facing losing my share of the military pension, and I was especially facing trying to find a new home for me and my children, at a time when housing cost has skyrocketed in San Diego.

Sondra is tenacious, assertive and highly knowledgeable. When I first spoke to her on the phone I knew she was the right attorney for my case. She spent her time explaining all of my options and advising me as to the best course of action with my best interest in mind.

Absolutely loved having Steven as my attorney. I had to unfortunately seek assistance with a divorce and Steven gave me a great initial consultation where we were not only able to talk about options, but put a plan in place for how we’d like to go forward (I came prepared with financial and asset information). The consultation was two hours long and he didn’t even charge for that first consultation. As things progressed Steven was able to quickly prepare documents and was able to continue to provide legal counsel when it was required - even ad hoc. Because Steven runs his own firm, he doesn’t have to maintain a staff of paralegals which made the retainer we agreed upon go that much further. This review is long overdue. A dissolution is an extremely emotional and draining process period. The best thing you can do for yourself and for your child may not just be to get a divorce, but to work with a firm that genuinely cares about your circumstances and will fight tooth and nail for you. I get emotional just reflecting on how much more I got out of my dissolution than I could have ever imagined if it weren’t for Liz. She is the light at the end of the tunnel.
