EDIT AFTER OWNER PATHETIC RESPONSE: I am reviewing the right person. This is Madan that had his license suspended in 2005. He failed to submit immigration paperwork for a client and the client got deported. Another client didn’t get his immigration paperwork approved and Madan failed to update his client on his immigrant status. Madan was defending someone that wanted to pay less child support, Madan submitted paperwork asking for a 14y/o take take care of 2 young children 50hrs/week while also attending HS all so his client will pay less, his client ended up paying MORE than when he went in lol. There are MANY cases of malpractice by this guy and I refuse to let him gaslight or bully me into believing this isn’t the same guy. Just recently a former client of his found a new legal team because Madan is INCOMPETENT and SHADY.
PLEASE DO RESEARCH ON THIS GUY. He lost his license for a year for malpractice AND he had a DV (Domestic Violence) case against him! He’s definitely also a traditional guy. So if you or your loved ones identify as LGBTQ+, please RUN FAR AWAY FROM HIM. There is an evil aura to him and you can just see the $$ signs on his eyes. This guy definitely protects/is on the side of defendants. If you know you’re a good person with no ill intentions, please find yourself someone else. This guys SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO PRACTICE.

Mr. Ajlouny was beyond professional. He was able to explain the process, strategy of how he will be able to get my case dropped, and gather all necessary documentation right away. Moreover before him I had no idea one could pursuade the DA not to press charges, but this is exactly what Mr. Ajlouny did. Edward. The bottom line - within next two weeks if you don’t meet me for the trial results - I will have the full right to leave you a truthful review here. I will also file the complaint with the State of Bar and file for malpractice.
Edward Ajlouny claimed himself being very experienced in his field and failed my case completely- he didn’t do any discovery, didn’t submit any documents to the court, didn’t subpoena the documents he supposed to get for the court, he didn’t explain the laws. He charged money and never returned anything. He was constantly on vacations. Then he said these cases are not appealable and I filed for the appeal. After he didn’t want to give the case materials and go over the trial results -
The appeal is not a new trial - what I have now on the appeal is your work I will have to go over.
I respect my time and efforts. I am also a lawyer. As a fact, you didn’t do your job for my case. You have two weeks since today - if you don’t comply with the laws, I will do what I said.

I had to learn patience while the case was being worked, but worth every bit of the wait. I have been told that the particular charges I was facing are never dropped at the Preliminary Examination and yet, Moksha who did a stellar job at questioning the alleged victim, victim’s mother and the police officer to bring out the truth and ultimately justice, when the Judge made his ruling to drop these false charges against me. Where do I start. I was going through a bad divorce and had lost all hope of having any sort of custody of my only son. Magdalena Chattopadhya was my third lawyer and I do not know why I met her. I just had a feeling that I should meet her as a last resort. And boy did she exceed my expectations. In the first meeting itself, she assured me that she’ll do the best she can for me. Although, she didn’t promise anything but kinda said what might be the outcome of the case if I had her on board. She’s an absolute gem of a lawyer and has so much knowledge about the family law cases and commands respect in the San Jose family court circle. She has a very pleasing personality and even though her fees are kinda on the higher side but she never charges a penny extra and is very cognizant of her client’s time and money. This was my state of mind while facing child custody proceedings and financial support struggles. When under the influence of such high stress and emotion, you need a clear thinking representative that is capable of systematically engineering a plan of action. An attorney who can draw on years of experience and is able to lay out a roadmap. Only then can one begin to see a path toward liberation. What I have found is that it's best to get out in front, take in on and face the challenges with grit. If you procrastinate, you give others the ability to create the narrative and gain advantage. I found Magdalena to be a most wonderful advocate. She was a voice of comfort and reason within a very dynamic and emotional set of circumstances. I can't imagine how anyone could give Camilla anything less than the highest marks..The idea that she is an attorney for "the run of the mill divorce" is likely the assessment of someone who doesn't know ability when it's staring them in the face.
The mark of any attorney is how they handle themselves and your case in Court..and Camilla is the Queen of the Beasts..she skinned the other attorney and was relentless. This was all after trying..very diligently..to work out a reasonable and fair decision for both of us.
She listened..she was honest in her appraisal of everything..and NEVER pandered to me..and believe me..YOU will be played by less ethical attorneys.
