Wail and his staff are unlike any other! From the moment I requested an appointment, Desire was very kind, understanding and with great customer service. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. I had been dealing with a Domestic Violence case that was overlooked by Orange County court house in January. Not only did Wail reopen my case, but also helped me with child custody. Wail and his staff ( Jennifer, Marlene and Alex) are very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. They were all very clear about the process and always answered any questions I had. I am forever thankful with each one of them! I had court this past Monday, 7/8 and can say Wail did help me get what he said he would. He is very professional, confident, driven and tough when needed during court hearing. I am so glad my friend Paige referred him. My case was settled and can say it exceeded my expectations!!! If you’re seeking an attorney who values ethics, honesty, and professional integrity, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Matthew Sundly. My ex-wife, Haley Beck, and her new husband, Joshua Turley, hired Sundly to handle a custody case involving my two children. Throughout the process, Sundly, in collusion with his clients, consistently misled the courts, blatantly broke basic court rules of procedure, and falsely filed baseless claims of threats and harassment against me. This resulted in a restraining order that was later dismissed, but only after it wasted everyone’s time and resources.
Sundly also attempted to spin an innocent office visit into a supposed veiled "threat"—a ridiculous stretch even for a lawyer trying to win a case. His transparent manipulation of facts and truth in the courtroom is beyond reprehensible. His singular aim has been to help his clients rip away my parental rights and prevent me from seeing my own children until they are adults.

Anthony settled a case for me in December of 2015 from an unfortunate accident in a retail store and a fair settlement was had. Don Werno is an excellent divorce attorney for any caliber or by any measurement. He gave me his fair and true opinion and assessment about my situation and he guided me every step of the way. Without the help of attorney Don Werno, I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes. Before Mr. Werno, I had an attorney was helping me with the divorce but it did not go anywhere in the positive directions. In court appearances, he never fought for me. It was an extremely difficult case because it was involved with misdemeanor case, my house, spousal and child support. Though we faced challenges from attending different courts, Mr. Werno did not falter. His experience, his thorough research provided us the pathway we need to rise to victory. Martina is the best thing that's ever happened to me. After going back and forth on whether or not I needed a lawyer, I finally decided to make a few calls and speak with a few different attorneys. Martina right off the bat was the most informative, helpful and was the only one who seemed genuinely invested in helping. Most other attorneys I spoke with had a very cavalier attitude. She was very easy to get ahold of throughout the duration of my case, and consistently kept me in loop as to any changes/progress being made.
I have never felt like someone worked harder for me in my entire life, and retaining her services is without a doubt the best decision I've ever made.

Martina is an excellent attorney. I hired Martina after receiving a misdemeanor citation in San Bernardino. Not only was she kind, helpful and very knowledgeable, Martina contacted the police department, court and District Attorney's Office even before the first court date. All criminal charges were dropped and I am so thankful to have chosen Martina as my attorney. Although, she can be more expensive than other attorneys, she was worth every penny. Michael Chu is an amazing lawyer whom worked tirelessly on my unique case. I had an accident in November 2013 that took me longer than expected to heal from and followed horrible advice from others. I listened to the wrong people and read wrong advice. Months later, I acquired Michael Chu in March 2014. It seemed to be like an open and close case, but given the bad advice, I found myself more in a predicament that Michael helped me with. He was very professional, easy to contact via email or phone, very responsive, contacted the opposing party and tried his best to resolve the issues outside of court, and was able to resolve my case. It required much more work than expected, but Michael was always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We never went into litigation since it was resolved prior, but his work was very organized and well written.

To set the stage, I'm a father in CA who won custody of my two daughters. This is not normal, but with Marie it can. When you're going through the legal process it is not only the other side you deal with but your unfamiliarity with the system can draw up all kinds of emotions & stress. That all went away when you're working with a talented, thoughtful and seasoned professional like Marie. Every step of the way the vision was met and I didn't think, I knew Marie realized what was at stake...it wasn't me, it wasn't another win for her, it was the future of two amazing girls who needed to be in a significantly better, less toxic situation.
I refuse to make the typical lawyer jokes anymore because someone like Marie exists and would hate for that stereotype to fall on such a tremendous attorney and person. My partner and I hired Marie Braun to help him through his divorce. It had stalled after three years of separation and seemed no end was in sight. Ms. Braun was wonderful in keeping perspective in our case. This was a severe alienation case and lies about payment of support. The other party did not keep any records of support payments made and filed a ridiculous claim that no support was made. Marie meticulously went through all bank records and wage garnishments and determined the OVER payment of over $15,000!
She also was able to get the court to modify a custody order to help get back to a reasonable visitation schedule.
When we felt desperate that there would be no end to this, she helped encourage us. We were truly grateful for her help in getting our case on a forward track. I would recommend her to any of my friends going through a divorce.

Grace was very flexible with my schedule (I work out of town) and kept me informed on the status of my case in a very unpleasant situation with my ex-husband.

Mr. Rettenmaier helped me during my hour of need regarding a Landlord Tenant Unlawful Detainer Action (Eviction). I am so glad I hired Robert Rettenmaier to defend me with my unlawful detainer. Robert, was able to prepare me for trial in case we needed to go forward. During a time that was very stressful, Robert sat me down and explained to me what was going to happen and what would likely happen. On the morning of my unlawful detainer trial, Robert calmed me down. Mr. Rettenmaier protected my rights and even future rights. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. We eventually settled my case instead of going to trial. When Robert was negotiating a settlment, the other party's attorney tried to get me to sign a general waiver of rights. Robert would not let me do this. I am so glad he was there to protect my rights because now I am capable of suing for injuries that were sustained. Also, I don't have an eviction on my record because of Robert. I would definitely recommend Robert to defend your rights in an unlawful detainer eviction action.
