Without the help of attorney Don Werno, I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes. Before Mr. Werno, I had an attorney was helping me with the divorce but it did not go anywhere in the positive directions. In court appearances, he never fought for me. It was an extremely difficult case because it was involved with misdemeanor case, my house, spousal and child support. Though we faced challenges from attending different courts, Mr. Werno did not falter. His experience, his thorough research provided us the pathway we need to rise to victory. In court, I noticed people including the judge listened to Mr. Werno. Martina is the best thing that's ever happened to me. After going back and forth on whether or not I needed a lawyer, I finally decided to make a few calls and speak with a few different attorneys. Martina right off the bat was the most informative, helpful and was the only one who seemed genuinely invested in helping. Most other attorneys I spoke with had a very cavalier attitude. I had four traffic cases open and my license was suspended due to non failures to appear , I called her up and she right over the phone checked the status of my driver license and right away gave me a very fair price. compare, to attorneys that feel their time is so valuable that they don't even take a moment to deal with you directly and right away charge you $1000's of dollars to just look at your case. Michael Chu is an amazing lawyer whom worked tirelessly on my unique case. I had an accident in November 2013 that took me longer than expected to heal from and followed horrible advice from others. I listened to the wrong people and read wrong advice. Months later, I acquired Michael Chu in March 2014. It seemed to be like an open and close case, but given the bad advice, I found myself more in a predicament that Michael helped me with. He was very professional, easy to contact via email or phone, very responsive, contacted the opposing party and tried his best to resolve the issues outside of court, and was able to resolve my case. It required much more work than expected, but Michael was always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We never went into litigation since it was resolved prior, but his work was very organized and well written.

To set the stage, I'm a father in CA who won custody of my two daughters. This is not normal, but with Marie it can. When you're going through the legal process it is not only the other side you deal with but your unfamiliarity with the system can draw up all kinds of emotions & stress. That all went away when you're working with a talented, thoughtful and seasoned professional like Marie. Every step of the way the vision was met and I didn't think, I knew Marie realized what was at stake...it wasn't me, it wasn't another win for her, it was the future of two amazing girls who needed to be in a significantly better, less toxic situation.
I refuse to make the typical lawyer jokes anymore because someone like Marie exists and would hate for that stereotype to fall on such a tremendous attorney and person. My partner and I hired Marie Braun to help him through his divorce. It had stalled after three years of separation and seemed no end was in sight. Ms. Braun was wonderful in keeping perspective in our case. This was a severe alienation case and lies about payment of support. The other party did not keep any records of support payments made and filed a ridiculous claim that no support was made. Marie meticulously went through all bank records and wage garnishments and determined the OVER payment of over $15,000!
She also was able to get the court to modify a custody order to help get back to a reasonable visitation schedule.
When we felt desperate that there would be no end to this, she helped encourage us. We were truly grateful for her help in getting our case on a forward track. I would recommend her to any of my friends going through a divorce.

I utilized Chris’s services this past year, during which I was a gestational surrogate. He was a pleasure to work with. I was referred to Chris Jackson from a fellow family member who is also an attorney. I was skeptical but my family member assured me that Chris was the best in the business. I was going through a time of confusion and vulnerability. My ex wife took me to court and she had a lawyer but I didn't. The day of seeing the judge I left that court room with nothing except more bills owed to the ex spouse and only 10% child visitation.
When Chris got involved everything changed. Within eight months Chris was able to turn my whole case around. Instead of the ex taking my house, half the business, assets, ect he was able to put things in my favor. I walked away with 50/50 child visitations, keeping my business, house and all my hard earned assets which I worked my ass of for and on top of all that was able to settle with the ex wife for under 20k.
I'm not much of a guy who gives rave reviews or even take time to write a review but for whoever is reading this know that Chris and is company (Shorebreak Law) are the real deal and can pretty much save you from any situation if you listen to and follow the information he provides. Roya service as a bankruptcy attorney is absolutely top notch. She was truly there for me during my "darkest hour" ...... bk due to a failed business venture that cross over to my personal finances.

Grace was very flexible with my schedule (I work out of town) and kept me informed on the status of my case in a very unpleasant situation with my ex-husband.

I have hired Suanne honey to represent me in a very complex high conflict divorce case. We eventually settled my case instead of going to trial. When Robert was negotiating a settlment, the other party's attorney tried to get me to sign a general waiver of rights. Robert would not let me do this. I am so glad he was there to protect my rights because now I am capable of suing for injuries that were sustained. Also, I don't have an eviction on my record because of Robert. I would definitely recommend Robert to defend your rights in an unlawful detainer eviction action.

Le Pelletier...oh how I love their style of things. I believe they are Psychologists with a suitcase and a powersuit. Like their powersuit, everything they do is custom-tailored and form fitting to the client's emotional spec along with his/her long term sense of safety. Le Pelletier is a safe place...or safehouse. They are your advocates.
Just think for a moment. Society is like a playground, you are being legally picked on. Le Pelletier is that older kid that comes and defends you and backs you up.
Joseph Le Runs the Santa Ana office and is a very helpful person and took initiative to send help my way when I didn't ask. I like that kind gesture a great deal. I had an issue where I called his office for help. He sent his partner, Erin Pelletier, in since she's more local. On day of, he surprised me by showing up. He drove over 400miles just to support the case. Joseph Le is like a superhero or a good older brother I've always wish I had. Saying he'll go that extra mile for you isn't really fitting-- I say he'll go an extra 500miles.

Mr. Kazarian is an amazing attorney! I had an outstanding felony warrant from 1998. I wasn't able to appear in court because I live in a different state now.
