I am Rhonda’s actual client and have nothing but great things to say about her. I brought her on to my case in June 2020 in the midst of the pandemic and she was incredibly compassionate and empathetic with my situation. My ex was withholding financial information and after filing my own response and paperwork I realized very quickly that this situation would cause for more than just self representation. He dragged on our proceedings by stating “he didn’t know” on more than one occasion to the judge, filled out his own paperwork incorrectly, didn’t follow court procedures with serving paperwork to my attorney and has in general been very verbally abusive and accusatory in declarations presented to the court that were false and had no relevance to the case further dragging things along. All the while Rhonda has been encouraging and supportive and reminding me of what is actually important to getting things finished. She did not allow me to get caught up in the drama with my ex and instead helped me focus on what mattered most, my kids. She negotiated a very fair custody and visitation agreement that benefitted both parents equally, got us signed up with Our Family Wizard to communicate about the kids, recommended a book on how to interact with each other in our high conflict divorce and even negotiated our financial disagreements in a fair manner. The only real delay in our proceedings were due to Covid related court dates (2020/2021) and then lack of preparedness by my ex who was self represented. Divorce paperwork was filed by my ex in June 2019 and our first original court date wasn’t scheduled until March 2020 which was delayed by Covid until October 2020. CNV was completed in October 2020 and the only thing left were financials which took all of 2021 to get finalized at no fault of Rhonda’s. I am very satisfied and happy with her work and encourage you to give her a call to see if she is the right fit for you. Don’t be swayed by anonymous reviewers pretending to be her clients. She puts your kids first and that’s most important.

I hired Robert not only to help my with a civil dispute I had 3 years ago, which, by the way, we won, but also as my attorney for an increase with my child support. Robert handled everything in such a professional manner. He sat with me and went over the court process with me. My ex-husband decided he was no longer pay support for my children, ages 9 and 11. He was saving for a house! My friend recommended Robert to me. From the time I met him, I felt comfortable. My family and I were the unfortunate victims of a very bad tenant. Our insurance retained a law firm and Jennifer Feres was assigned to our case. From the start she treated us like family. She walked us through all the variables, and told us the brutally honest truth ever step of the way. She did her research, she followed up with every request we made, and followed through with every action she said she was going to take. I personally have never met a lawyer like Jennifer. Aside from the fact that Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable in Landlord/Tenant law, she also has a big heart. She really cared for us in a way that most lawyers don't. I was referred to Jennifer by a very close personal friend that is a court reporter in orange county and knows most family law attorneys and their competence level. She picked Jennifer and the results were very one sided in favor of my friend. So on to my story, I had an ex that was very bitter and misinformed by her attorney and trying to get way more than her fair share of our children and assets. I am just a normal guy who loves his kids and has a lot of time to spend with them. All I wanted to be was fair and able to have my kids 50% of the time. My ex's plan was for me to have them 20%, her to stop working and be a stay home mom, to close our small business behind my back, to take about 500k worth of assets that were acquired previous to our 5 year marriage, and to paint me as an unfit abusive father/ husband. So I was pretty stressed out and felt very overwhelmed, Jennifer's demeanor, education, and confidence level was overwhelming to the opposing big $ attorney. Jennifer systematically took them apart and my ex was denied 100% of everything she was asking for by the judge. Although nobody wins in a divorce I had the best possible outcome. I have referred at least 4 more clients to Jennifer 2 are in limbo, 1 is ongoing and looks very favorable for my friend, and 1 is recently finished with my friend having a very positive outcome. this is all very recent within last 2 years, its 11/13 now...

Hiring Pia was the best thing I've done for my Immigration process. From the very start, she was able to clearly communicate the game plan for my application for Residency Visa. She explained the requirements that I needed to satisfy to be granted the new status and kept me posted on the progress of the application such as the collection of supporting documents, preparation and submission of the application, keeping in touch with the USCIS. She would also very helpful in processing other necessary applications to make the change of status smoother (i.e. travel permits, etc.). Since then, I have recommended Pia to other friends and have hired her.

In 2010 I was charged with DUI. Although I had a blood alcohol content of .007 and no criminal record I was in graduate school and very scared/concerned and found her by google. The DMV hearing was won based on the facts (prior to retaining her) and eventually my charge was reduced to a wet reckless. During my initial consultation we were rushed because she had to run to take care of some family errands which I felt was unprofessional. In all honesty, I didn't get much feedback or updates from her during the process and never really knew what was going on. Her assistant, whom seems to be shared among a group of other lawyers, was very rude and unhelpful on the phone every time I called. Although she had very affordable rates, I believe I would have had the same result without an attorney or with a public defender, and I was disappointed with how much service I feel I got for what I paid. Things may have changed since or she may have had other more important cases at the time. After the case, there was no discussion of how I could get the record expunged or any follow up on how to proceed, I felt like I was on my own. She was a nice person, and I hate to give bad review but this was honestly my perspective. I felt like it was just another lawyer collecting a check for showing up and doing the bare minimum.

Lolita Kirk is one of the few attorneys I would send a client to without hesitation. A referral affects my reputation, so I don't refer cases out without being sure my client will be impressed and well taken care of. DUI trials are difficult and extremely important to the lives of the accused - the fines are high, the conviction and the driving record are serious permanent records.
A DUI trial requires scientific knowledge, law enforcement knowledge and the ability to handle lay witnesses -- you MUST be an excellent and experienced lawyer to sustain a winning record in DUI trials. Lolita Kirk does this and she is beautiful, has a courtroom presence appreciated by judicial officers, she is an excellent choice for representation. I recommend her in Orange County whenever I can, and the feedback is reassuring that I am doing the right thing.

I went through what woud have been a really nasty divorce if it wasn't for Patricia. Recommended to me through my employer, she sat me down and listened to what was happening with me, took notes and then came up a fair agreement. Richard was great to work with handling my divorce. Not only is he extremely competent with the law, his warm spirit helped calm me down during those times where I was completely stressed out. He was prompt getting back to me whenever I had a question about how to handle things my ex (and I had a lot of questions.) I was in a situation where I had far more assets than my ex, so I was going to end of giving up assets. But, in the end, his expertise and sound advice helped make the end result much better than I could have ever expected. I never hired a lawyer before but had a huge problem with my ex and he hired a lawyer so I thought I needed one too. Richard met with me and my mother and father the same day we called and spent about an hour with us. We all felt confident with him so I hired him. We met 2-3 times and on court day he knew everything about my case. After a two hour trial we won the case and I got my son back. He is handling my divorce now. This lawyer is very smart, confident, listens and gives straight answers when asked a question. His office is always full of people. The only problem is that he is hard to get on the phone because he is so busy but his clerk is very nice and speaks Spanish.

Ryan was part of "Civil Attorneys Group, LLC, a group of charlatans in Orange County, together with the office manager who harassed me for more money after payments made and after case was closed. Would constantly telephone me and would call me by a different name.
Ryan was suppose to represent us on a civil case. Took our money but did NOT represent us in court, NOT saying a single word to defend us on a Civil case for harassment & defamations in our community & social media.
After providing him him Legal documents from the County, audios, videos & witnesses. NEVER defended us on all five court appearances. His a liar and a thief. We lost $10,000.

I hired Ryan and Legis law for a case involving my granddaughter and daughter for Grandparents rights etc...Thanks to Ryan and Legis law my granddaughter is back with me and my wife where she is happy and belongs until my daughter gets her act together...We have to go against my own daughter one of the millennial entitled kids that gets pregnant and its all fun but puts all the responsibility on her parents .Kids having kids ..She went to the other grandma who's very educated a liar and knows how to abuse the system and hates me and my wife because shes supposed to be so God fearing and Christian but first she asked my daughter to get abortion and then she or her son(the father) didn't make a 10 minute drive down PCH to be at the birth and took another 4 months to come in the picture..And hates us because everytime my daughter can't get her way she takes our granddaughter and won't let us see her.And she always comes back...Ryan had to deal with a lots of foolishness on both sides and me being so mad and vocal because me and my wife were being punished for doing my daughters job while my daughter comes and goes when she wants ..Ryan is very good and remaining calm not getting rattled and doing his job...Trust me there were some at times funny things and ridiculous things to deal with.....I would recommend Ryan and Legis Law to anyone that needs a great attorney ..Thanks for doing a awesome job Ryan!We are so happy with the results and could not have been so happy without you and the work you and Jane Proctor did...Jane thanks for arranging everything and making it happen

I don’t know where to begin with Daniel Boehm. Let’s start with the fact that his father was a very influential judge. he also was a former president of local bar association. This is how he gets away with his negligent behavior. He takes on so many cases that he confuses them making egregious errors. Creating problems that do not exist to drag on our case. calling my kids the wrong names and confusing our case details with other cases. I don’t want to reveal too much info out of fear of retaliation. But I have since come across 3 other parents with whom he has done this to. One of which is still going on for over 5 years. he withheld exculpatory evidence promising he would provide to judge but did not. He lied during a hearing as my child refused to speak with him, and he testified to the judge that he had. I have extensive evidence to support this, and so much more. Boehm flat out, refused to present to the court a years worth of my ex’s abusive behavior including child abuse, and neglect that he failed to mention to the judge because it would make him look bad. he is continuing to do this to other families and especially targets mothers & favors the monied party. Once he was backed into a corner, knowing what had been done to my children with him he did nothing to protect , he asked to get off of the case. at all of our hearings, which dragged on forever, he asked for more money at each one, which was the focal point of our hearing time. It is time that the whistle is blown on this man and his actions. Do not hire him or allow the judge to appoint him as your child’s representation! He doesn’t care about the children. He cares about one thing, dragging out your case and racking up his bill.

I am still trying to undo what he did in a few hours one morning in court. He took my retainer, showed up unprepared for an ex party on custody and was able to complain about how he was feeling, show up in sneakers, be arrogant in court, but was blown away by opposing counsel in chambers, despite the fact I had an excellent case. He scolded me after the ex parte and my kind and gentle questions were answered by him dropping me as a client. I have since found an atty that has turned my case around entirely but it was a very costly and devastating mistake on every level to hire Mr. Crouse. The only thing I think he is good at is writing intimidating letters to opposing counsel and I do believe he knows the law.

I was referred to Ken Holder by his counterpart. After reading his public story of being personally falsely accused and representing those whom also have been falsely accused, I felt he was the right attorney for my cases. I met and hired Ken on 3/9/20.
Once I hired him he did make a few phone calls and sent a few emails. He had a very strong game plan which he never followed through on, due to his lack of response opposing counsels walked all over us.
His advise made me feel like I was to play door mat to opposing counsels to avoid any actual work done on my cases.
Rather than deal with further aggravation, I let him go on 4/17/20 and asked for final billing and a refund of my unused retainer, I immediately received an invoice for an amount larger than what my actual retainer was (which I can provide proof of).
For me to believe that he did more than $1,500.00 worth of work in one month is laughable.

I hired this attorney for a family law matter. The following is not a personal attack, just my opinion on this person's professional ability as it pertained to my case:
This attorney should be disbarred for his action related to my case. In my opinion, he is grossly incompetent and fundamentally dishonest. His actions cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars and several additional years in litigation due to his mishandling of my case. I would NEVER hire this person to wash my car let alone represent me on any legal matter whatsoever.
