Rideout Law was exceptional during my divorce proceedings. The front office always answers and forwards the info or questions promptly. The paralegal and attorney were diligent advisable and helpful in requesting and filing the proper paper work. Both Juliana and Steve Eckhardt, helped guide me through what can be difficult/impossible alone and made sure the divorce proceeded well with the best interest for all parties involved including the children. My legal concern that I brought to William has not been resolved (but it is VERY EARLY in the process). His quick response was impressive! Needed items were ready to go the next day. He was responsive to emails/calls and has not left me hanging waiting for phone calls. I feel confident in his services and that he truly is working diligently for his client.

Although Mr Miller could not take on my case since he openly admitted medical malpractice was not his area of expertise, he went way beyond in helping me by directing me to a wonderful lawyer. Allison Kierman at Kierman Law has done a nice job of refining what could be a somewhat intimidating process of preparing a trust. She also has extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to trusts in the state of Arizona.
I am very pleased with the final product and feel much more confident that our affairs would be handled in a seamless manner.

My husband was suffering with mental illness, and had been diagnosed with dementia on top of that. He was a brilliant man, and at this time of his life, had taken action to meet with this lawyer( Patricia Lenzner, Owens & Perkins) - regarding "divorce" when we had an argument (he had totaled a car, gave me his license, and then - dementia and memory loss - wanted it back a month later, and I refused to give it to him). He actually filed and gave a deposit, then changed his mind 2 days later. 48 hours. This dishonest attorney, went ahead and filed anyway, after he had cancelled - causing distress to both my husband and me, as well as significant financial loss. I can only surmise, she wanted her money, rather than doing the right thing. When she called me to tell me, I asked "how can you in good conscience do this, if he's been diagnosed with two mental imbalances, bipolar one and dementia"? Facts regarding his health did not matter to her. He suffered, tremendously, and so did our family. He recently passed on. I have intended to write this honest review, to warn good people to seek counsel elsewhere.

I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. He was there for me on an emergency basis (without an initial meeting). At that moment, I finally had some semblance of peace in navigating the legal waters ahead. During the ensuing 8 months, my child and I endured many situations that could easily have erupted into law enforcement and legal nightmares. Every step of the way Mr. Fisher responded to my inquiries and concerns with speed (even on weekends and holidays), patience, respect, logic and an obvious intricate understanding of the myriad of concerning factors. Every legal response by Mr. Fisher was creative, perceptive, and brilliantly articulated. While my child and I had to use our own resources to circumnavigate some of the turmoil, Mr. Fisher’s legal guidance was prominent in our minds. While some attorneys might have shied away from our challenging case, Mr. Fisher took it on, truly not knowing if we could achieve our goals. If I could give Carolyn 6 stars, I would. I did my divorce on my own and had to come back 7 years later to fight for child support. Caroline had to clean up what I messed up and was always available when I felt scared, had questions, before trial, before anything. I could text her, email her. Opening old wounds 7 years later was traumatic and scary, Caroline made me feel safe and strong. I hired Sandy when I was a freshman in college in 2013 when I got in some trouble. She was always there for me, truly cared, and got me a great deal. I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

Diana is amazing. She is straight to the point. She makes it very clear where your money is going. She is smart and definitely in control at all times. If you are looking for a lawyer who is going to dry your tears and listen to your drama look elsewhere. She is on your side enough to be straight with you to let you know that she is not your counselor. I knew where I was at in my case. She made it clear what to fight for and what to dismiss. She was beyond pleasant but 100% professional at all times. When you go into court you have a precise reasonable plan which makes you look good in front of the judge. She's knows her stuff.
