I have used Vincent Matioli’s law service on a couple occasions. The first time was when I found myself in a pickle. I attempted to waffle my way through it alone because I didn’t think I could afford an attorney. Finding Vince was a god send. Not only did he get my DUI charge dropped he made the process painless. Between his experience, availability, knowledgeable paralegal, and flexibility with payments I was able to move on and get past this unfortunate event rather smoothly.
The second time I contacted Vince was for some legal advice pertaining to my Sisters divorce. He was able to help me understand how the process went which in turn helped put my mind at ease that my sisters lawyer was doing his job.

I recently hired Jim Riner to represent me in a domestic dispute. After a costly arbitration the opposing party was not abiding by the terms of the arbitrator's decision nor where they abiding by certain AZ laws. As divorce goes, they are emotional, they can be depressing, they can ignite anger and create chaos.; especially when children are involved. Alexus’ demeanor, her knowledge and professionalism well exceeded her perceived years and experience. My divorce is one they will likely write a case study on one day; and Alexus navigated all issues with determination, great communication, great counsel (even when I was emotional or wrong), and a level of knowledge of both law and process you will likely not find anywhere else. Alexus, while navigating my very contentious and very expensive divorce also helped to actively make sure I was not making poor decisions or unnecessary filings. My case went to trial, which we all try to avoid, but, in the courtroom Alexus was just as masterful in preparation and execution. She had me ready and was completely prepared to fight and win.

I filed for divorce with Taylor House in 2016 and he has been representing me ever since in all family matters. I will not be able to tell all the great and wonderful things that he has done due to confidentiality restrictions, however, when I began my journey of divorce I didn’t know what I was getting into and signed with Taylor based on a recommendation from a friend. My divorce ended up being a divorce from hell and the other party signed with one of the most expensive “Hollywood Hills” type lawyer. Everything that could be fought was fought and what should have been a three month process ended up taking over a year. During all this time Taylor remained professional, caring, and I’m honored to call him and his wife Ashely my friends. Taylor is honest: when I needed to correct my attitude, he was there to gently bring me back and help me see clearly the situation and not focus on hurtful words/actions/letters/comments etc. Taylor is loyal: he has been there right next to me through thick and thin. He defended me in court against someone who tried everything to break me emotionally, financially, mentally and physically. Taylor is professional: having a man represent me in my divorce was not something I would have normally allowed unless it wasn’t for the recommendation. However, Taylor is focused on the tasks at hand and always listened and respected me and my feelings. The process of going through a very tough divorce with children involved is a highly emotional process and he understands this, but he always helped me understand that the legal process is best completed with logic and not emotions and without his help I am sure I wouldn’t have been able to deal with all the legal aspects of my divorce. Taylor is a fighter: I love Taylor because he isn’t a lawyer that will bulldoze over others in order to gain financially. He isn’t a lawyer that is concerned only with money. He desires for outcomes and agreements to be fair and will fight for you if the other party is trying to take advantage of the situation. Taylor is knowledgeable: never having been through divorce before, I had no idea about the various situations/events that can and most likely will happen throughout the stages of divorce. Together we went through depositions, mediations, court ordered counseling, orders of protection, trials, court appearances, private mediations, custody and decision making agreements, and so much more. Taylor is encouraging: from day one, I have always felt that Taylor cared about my situation and he wanted to help me be set free. I have never felt as if I am just another invoice or paycheck to him. How he is able to do that I have no idea given the horrible things and accusations that come up during many divorces. Taylor is humble: he never makes you feel as if you are less than or that he knows it all and your opinions and thoughts do not matter. He always helped me understand his position and took time to understand my feelings and opinions and we always reached agreements. Taylor and Ashely are a great team and wonderful people. It is with all my heart that I declare confidently that signing with Taylor will be the best decision. He has never missed a deadline, he has been available (via email, text, and phone) 7 days a week, he will prepare you for anything the legal world may throw at you, and he will lead and guide you towards the goals set forth. Since signing with Taylor, I have personally referred many friends and they have all loved Taylor and been thankful for my recommendation. Taylor fought for me, a “Goliath” of a lawyer, and in the end Goliath was knocked down. Many lawyers charge extremely high retainers and do not care about the person, only the divorce. This is why the best way to describe Taylor is this: Taylor is a diamond for the prize of a gem.

First off I want to start off by saying Stefano was the 3rd attorney we hired for our case so keep that in mind when you think about how much clean up he had to do from the other two attorneys mistakes. I am normally not one to say anything negative about other but when it come to your family, choosing a family law attorney is so crucial and can really effect the future of The ones you hold closest to your heart! I CAN NOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH! please do your research! Had it not been for Stefano we would have never seen our granddaughter again! We raised her since the day she was born until just 2 months shy of 6 years old. Some may say this should have been a easy case but after what our first two attorneys created on top of our granddaughter being moved out of state it was a very detailed case that had to have a massive amount of detailed oriented attention. I come from a family of attorneys though they are all out of state so finding an attorney that did the job to my expectations was I would say hard to find but we found him! I can say with all my heart I truly felt like family had my back! That he was my family fighting for what he knew was right! Another thing I want to point out to whom ever is reading this when you have a good attorney you will understand the saying “don’t stress, your attorney will do the rest” there are so many things in family cases that you can not shut off emotions too. It is just impossible, it’s your family! Your kids, your grandkids, your wife, your husband and so on. So the key is to find an attorney who you feel peace and comfort with that you can trust! We as a family found that in Stefano! He did all he could to take every precaution to protect us along with Save as the max amount of money like I said I truly feel like my brother was standing there as my attorney! You can’t get better then that, you really can’t! We got more then what we had originally even asked for and how he did it protect us all for future relationships. Family law is hard it is crappy no matter what the case is! You see sides of people you could never imagine even have. Stefano reminds you of that keeps you humble and truly looks at all angles so you can have a clear picture of what you want long term and short term. All I Can say is if it wasn’t for Stefano and who he is as and attorney and as a man our family wouldn’t be in the place we are! I am on of the biggest mamma bears out there and he passes my approval with flying colors! I know this is just one review but we heard about Steffano from another friend who had all odds against him so that’s why went to that close friend because I knew whoever won his case I would give a chance to look my case! My husband was suffering with mental illness, and had been diagnosed with dementia on top of that. He was a brilliant man, and at this time of his life, had taken action to meet with this lawyer( Patricia Lenzner, Owens & Perkins) - regarding "divorce" when we had an argument (he had totaled a car, gave me his license, and then - dementia and memory loss - wanted it back a month later, and I refused to give it to him). He actually filed and gave a deposit, then changed his mind 2 days later. 48 hours. This dishonest attorney, went ahead and filed anyway, after he had cancelled - causing distress to both my husband and me, as well as significant financial loss. I can only surmise, she wanted her money, rather than doing the right thing. When she called me to tell me, I asked "how can you in good conscience do this, if he's been diagnosed with two mental imbalances, bipolar one and dementia"? Facts regarding his health did not matter to her. He suffered, tremendously, and so did our family. He recently passed on. I have intended to write this honest review, to warn good people to seek counsel elsewhere.

I would let anyone know do not use this law firm I had a horrible experience with them when it came down to them being hired to be on myside that wasn't the case I feel as if the other side was being listened to even after I was told that my wife wasn't able to make false reports to the police in anyway but still that was done I explained that to Jillian but nothing came about it my wife is a person that will lie and lie to everyone just to make people feel sorry for her I wasted 7750.00 on this company just to get a bill that I don't feel entitled to be paying at this point due to her withdrawing herself as my lawyer when my wife stated Jillian was going to let me go I was advised to give up half of my money to wife and after I didn't have counsel I didn't know what else to do besides doing so even my wife sends threats to me family and job about killing me I thought lawyers should take this more into account so this can continue on and on but figured as much of a mess and hassle this company gave me until the 31st of the month to accept the terms of their bill or they will do it for me and give me back less than half o and btw even after I paid the company I was blown off for days not even a phone call stating hey thanks for hiring me you know lawyers always think cause they are in a law firm they can use their terms to get away with anything so speaking to the public to put the unheard voice out there may do some change or justice against this company and more and more people come out with the one star reviews maybe there will be some change good job on Paul I agree that a public defender or pro bono lawyer would of did something different with me. I add more to this with supporting my argument.

We had a very bad experience dealing with Jillian. It was stated before in previous reviews that she will not defend male even if you are paying top money. This is a TRUTH STATEMENT. When she was confronted about it she stated that we were not a good fit and let us go but charging us tons of money for basically leave the case worse than before. If you are not capable of dealing with big/ complex cases just let the client know in advance that way they don’t have to spend more and more money with no resolution. I will think twice before hiring any one from this law firm.

My son hired this law firm and they fails to perform the legal services that he paid them to render, he should be entitled to full refund of his retainer. This lawfirm breached their contractual obigation to diigently and competently render legal services. They violating their ethical duties to act in a diligent manner and communicate with my son on a timely basis. My son is Justin White

I would let anyone know do not use this law firm I had a horrible experience with them when it came down to them being hired to be on myside that wasn't the case I feel as if the other side was being listened to even after I was told that my wife wasn't able to make false reports to the police in anyway but still that was done I explained that to Jillian but nothing came about it my wife is a person that will lie and lie to everyone just to make people feel sorry for her I wasted 7750.00 on this company just to get a bill that I don't feel entitled to be paying at this point due to her withdrawing herself as my lawyer when my wife stated Jillian was going to let me go I was advised to give up half of my money to wife and after I didn't have counsel I didn't know what else to do besides doing so even my wife sends threats to me family and job about killing me I thought lawyers should take this more into account so this can continue on and on but figured as much of a mess and hassle this company gave me until the 31st of the month to accept the terms of their bill or they will do it for me and give me back less than half o and btw even after I paid the company I was blown off for days not even a phone call stating hey thanks for hiring me you know lawyers always think cause they are in a law firm they can use their terms to get away with anything so speaking to the public to put the unheard voice out there may do some change or justice against this company and more and more people come out with the one star reviews maybe there will be some change good job on Paul I agree that a public defender or pro bono lawyer would of did something different with me. I add more to this with supporting my argument.

We had a very bad experience dealing with Jillian. It was stated before in previous reviews that she will not defend male even if you are paying top money. This is a TRUTH STATEMENT.
