I can't say enough wonderful things about Suzanne and her paralegal Annie. Suzanne stood her ground about my pre-martial property, when my ex thought he was entitled to half. Long story short, my ex got nothing but a lot of wasted money spent on his attorney to fight for something she knew he wasn't entitled to. Suzanne never wasted a dime of the money I paid her and I will forever be grateful to her for the kindness she has shown me in the last 16 months. If you want a attorney who will fight for you and show you compassion throughout the whole ordeal, then Suzanne is who you should call!! She truly does CARE!!!

I went to Suzann Klok 3 years ago when I had my baby out of wedlock and was seeking a custody agreement. Suzann not only created an agreement that not only was fair but was also black and white with no gray areas. Now 3 years in and the father of my child have not had to go back to court because everything was covered the first time. No messy drama.

I am currently in the process of filing multiple complaints against this law firm with the SC Bar Association and have retained a malpractice attorney to hold these horrible people accountable. Not only is Daryn Barker the most incompetent, unethical, lazy, and immoral “attorney” I could have ever fathomed in a thousand lifetimes but she is a truly horribly human being as well. She served me and my children up on a silver platter to our abusers and it cost us nothing less than everything.

If you value your children's safety and well-being and/or your life savings, do NOT hire this woman! Incompetent does not even come close to describing my experience with this firm. They cost me everything. It felt as if they were personally trying to destroy me, the exact opposite of what I hired her to do. I recommend anyone RUN as far away from this firm as possible. But if your opposing party has retained her, you will have nothing to fear!

I hired Mr.Rhodes for a probate appeal. He has been wonderful. Quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. He is a man that truly cares about his clients. I hired William H. Rhodes to help me with my divorce and child custody issues.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. Despite paying for his services, I felt like little progress was made on my case. I never received an invoice or anything of that nature. Communication was lacking, and it seemed as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I had hoped for more proactive and effective legal representation. I would caution others who are considering this lawyer's services to closely evaluate their track record before proceeding."
He focused on discussing unrelated matters instead of addressing my concerns and making progress on my case.

He is a wonderful criminal lawyer but when my son went to him to ask for help with a family court case he basically made him feel like the case was hopeless instead of just saying he didn't want to take the case. It had a lasting effect on my sons confidence concerning the custody case even though we found a wonderful lawyer who was able to do all the things Andrew Mackenzie said couldn't be done. I wouldn't recommend him si.ply be ause he may not be honest on what can and can't be done.

Rude woman answered the phone. Just hung up to find a nicer person. Why would you pay anything for someone to be rude when you are looking for information.
Edit: yes you did call to fuss about the 1 star review. No I did not ask for legal advice, I asked if something was legal to do. To be told "it like going into Walmart to buy a coke and telling them your not paying for it". If I am asking a question about it I am not buying it. no I am not paying $175 to find out if something is legal to do. Yes you are butt hurt or you would have never called me fussing about the 1 star review. Yes I have a lot on my plate so no I am not going to get into a debate with you about the rude statement your employee made. Maybe stop being rude because I was never rude to your employee and absolutely called her out on it over the phone before I hung up. Absolutely deserve the 1 star for the rude comment she made.

We have used Bannister, Wyatt, and Stalvey for our legal needs, and will continue to do so in the future should the need arrive. They are exceptional and have always taken the time to talk through any questions we have, regardless how small they might have been.
Marcelo Torricos, was extremely professional, quick to respond, and very thorough as we worked through our estate planning. It is very difficult to decide who the legal guardians will be of your children. Mr. Torricos was compassionate and helped navigate our thoughts as we talked through our wishes should both my husband and I pass before our children are grown. He helped us to think through scenarios that we hadn't even thought of which made us comfortable that our boys will be taken care of if anything happened to us.
Jack McDonald, was also very professional and helped us navigate closing on a home equity loan to purchase land. This was in the height of the pandemic while everything was shut down. He kept the process going and we closed and got everything we needed to make our dream come true of owning a parcel of land to build on. When it came time to close, he did not just blow through every document we had to sign just to get the signature, he took the time to make sure we understood and were comfortable with everything on every document before we signed. He made it very easy for us to get and do everything he needed even while the pandemic made things infinitely harder on him I am sure.
I recommend Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey for anyone needing legal advice or work. They are exceptional and I trust they have mine and my families best interest at heart all the time.

Recently got a ticket in McBee SC on the way back home from the beach, was scattering to find lawyers, did not hear back from any places except Blackwell Law. These people are the most shady people that I have dealt with business wise. I was told to call on a Monday to give an address to mail my check to and it would be sent right out. Called gave the address and was told that the check would not be signed until the weekend by Amanda. Two weeks later I still have not received my check. If I could double the 5 star rating, I would! I cannot say enough good things about Bob Masella and his Paralegal Eagles. From the moment I met them, they all took me in as family. I am an active duty servicemember and had a very complicated and highly disputed custody case. Bob's experience and knowledge in family law is a great help in unique situations for military families. He has the upmost respect for military families. One of his paralegals just happens to be prior military. Bob is able to predict how each scenario may possibly rule out and helps to prepare you for any outcome. He worked extremely hard on my case and was honest with me from the very beginning. Lazenby charged us 200.00 for a one hour consultation in which he collected before he would speak with us. The meeting lasted 40 minutes and at that point we were told by him that he would send us a sample email for us to use to send to the person we were having a issue with since we still had 20 minutes remaining. He never sent us a email and he will not return our calls!!! Very frustrating when you are trying to solve a issue and you pay him for a service he isn’t providing after taking our money!
As you can tell we weren’t impressed with his knowledge or information he seemed to give us during the 40 minutes we were there. I would not recommend Lazenby law firm.

Dylan Glick was my attorney and he did an amazing job advocating for me against my auto insurance company after what I felt was an unfairly denied claim. This was not a huge case as the value of the car is around $10,000, but he fought for me like I was a $1MIL dollar client. He was able to obtain a settlement that I was happy with. Great communication, always returned my calls and emails promptly. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Hi JAKE.
On 11/07/2022 my son laid in a hospital with multiple severe broken bones . A friend gave me Jake’s number. It was late in the evening. I called the office & left a message. He called me back right away. During Christopher’s next few months we were in constant contact.
I’m a paralegal & it has been my experience after working with multiple attorneys. You can leave message & they call whenever it’s convenient , the fact that he called me back ASAP I MADE THE Decision to hire him on the spot..during every single process jake was super delighted to hear. The his team was amzing and wonderful. This law office team was awesome at making this case seamless via modern software. ha he was wonderfull in keeping me and Chris informed. I did the same for almost 6 months 2-3 days a week I would send him progress notesThe case had quite of bit of hiccups due to the insurance for the car that hit him had minimum coverage. Jake faught for Chris to get him a settlement that would be fair for a broken pelvis, broken feamer and multiple contusions.
Thank you so much for everything. Chris is doing great. It only took him 7 months to get back to work.
He took his settlement got a place remotely in Greenville NC. His employer matched his settlement as a bonus. Gave him a raise offered him a better job and will pay 1/2,,They also paid for his moving expenses. The company matched his settlement & gave him a raise with a very commendable letter. Thanking him for his hard work & jumping back in. Chris is a welder, not an easy job. Chris now has a nice home & a new job with his loyal employer
Did I mention that we have never been in his office and we have never met Jake Finkel in person..

On 11/07/2022 my son laid in a hospital with multiple severe broken bones . A friend gave me Jake’s number. It was late in the evening. I called the office & left a message. He called me back right away. During Christopher’s next few months we were in constant contact.
