I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Casey and utilizing his services during one of the roughest periods of my life. Mr. Casey has represented me during a rather emotionally turbulent divorce proceeding. He has always demonstrated the qualities of integrity, skill, and professionalism beyond reproach. He is a man of intelligence who is skilled in his craft as a litigator.
I happened to have one of those "he said, she said" sort of scenarios with rather significant allegations. Mr. Casey was not phased by the task at hand. He was the best champion for my case I could ever ask for. His attention to detail was impeccable, and was able to illustrate for the court the inconsistencies in the testimonies of opposing counsel's witnesses.
Mr. Casey has two rules: be kind and polite to his office staff, and be honest and forthcoming with information. He will not judge you. He WILL be your advocate. However you must realize he cannot effectively do what he needs to do without honesty from you as a client. He cannot know to much about your case. Even those parts which you might be ashamed of or embarrassed by.
Mr. Casey has been a champion for my cause, a confidant, and a source of stability for me when my life was chaotic. He has held my hand as I wept both tears of joy and frustration. He has helped to not only improve my legal situation, but helped nourish my soul as well. He gave me one of the greatest gifts I have ever received; he reunited me with my children.

I was charged with retaliation (threatening to kill a police officer). I was acting stupid and of course I didn’t mean any of that. Pretty sure the police knew it but they don’t take kindly to perceived threats. Wood had the case thrown out in less than ten minutes.

My son was arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery and Felon with a Weapon cases based on a lie. The police arrested him with ZERO evidence other than lies told by an acquaintance. Sad to say the DA accepted charges based on nothing but the say so of a known liar and criminal. Seems like the cops round up whoever and like magic - “Another case closed!” NOT. Then the judge held him at NO BOND because of his past convictions. Wood convinced the DA’s to dismiss it but in case they wouldn’t, Wood kept asking theme to go to the grand jury with it so he could set it for trial.
Took a month or so but finally both cases were dismissed. I told my son to pick his acquaintances better but sometimes even your own kids need to learn some lessons on their own.

I was charged with Aggravated assault Mr Harris fought in my defense even after I got another assault case by punching a guy for hitting a woman at a ihop District attorney wanted to revoke my bond but Mr. Harris told the judge the other side of the story and The judge agreed not to revoke my bond both of my cases were dismissed thanks to Mr. Harris

Jeremiah Williams is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Williams. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and communicated effectively throughout my whole ordeal. This was the first time I’ve ever gotten in any trouble due to poor judgment on my part. He was upfront from the beginning and reassured me that he would get it taken care of and he did just that. We started the process of adopting our twin great nieces when they were 8 months old. Our first lawyer basically stole our retainer and did nothing and did not even inform us the case was dismissed.
In seeking a new attorney we stumbled upon Mrs. Delvaille through my husband's company program. We called and spoke of our situation and she advised it was not her specialty. We continued searching. The next day she called us back and told us that our story touched her and if we would allow her to, she would like to take our case with the understanding it would also be a learning process for her. BEST decision we ever made. It took 2 years from the time we began with her (girls were 3 at that time) and though we had some setbacks due to the uncooperative legal system and judge, last week (4/16/2024) our family was finally, legally, complete!!!
She was always very responsive to any and all questions we had. Even though this was not her specialty she soared through it like a pro. She sought out guidance from other legal professionals when needed.

I contacted and retained Jeremy with The Love DuCote law firm as my attorney. I was going through a divorce and facing a Protective Order against me , yet myself having been the one that was assaulted by my wife at the time. She was actually arrested and charged with Family Violence with Bodily injury Misdemeanor.
When I explain my situation, he knew right away how we were going to fight this. He was able to get the protective order against me denied and granted divorce-disposed. I was being falsely accused and the protective order could have jeopardized many things for me, yet he helped my fight back resulting in a great outcome. I had a great experience with Roland Barbosa representing me in my divorce. It's never a pleasant experience to go through the legal process of divorce, but Roland made it simple and straightforward and provided numerous updates (and answers to my several questions) as I waited for the (long and slow) Dallas County courts to sign the paperwork that had been sitting on their docket for over 2 weeks. Had a phone consult with Mr. Guest on how to proceed in a criminal citation w/a prior conviction. He laid out a few different options I could take with or without his legal assistance. I went through an eviction process in JP Court and represented myself, (I am the Landlord). I was successful, ( I thought), and judgement was granted in my favor. Instead of moving out, tenant filed an appeal, to have the case re-tried in County Court. Tenant claimed COVID protections, CARES Act protections, among many other things, and was successful in getting an appeal granted. I learned real quick that because of the times we were currently experiencing, that this was going to be a complicated, uphill battle.
I hired the Guest and Gray Law Firm to take this matter over. Scott Gray was great at getting this case together and ready for court. Robert Guest took it before the Judge and tried the case. What had been a months long horrible situation for me, was finally over, when these guys got the case before the Judge. Judgement was awarded in my favor and tenant had to vacate.
