Kyle is an OUTSTANDING Lawyer and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who’s looking for the best outcome for their case. We just left court and he got my Case Dismissed as well as not owing any fees or fines !! Whatever advice he suggests just listen. If he advises to push for trial just trust him, we did the same thing and the state gave the dismissal !

I worked with Matt and Ana on a divorce case that was supposed to be quick and straightforward, but the other party made it incredibly challenging, as expected. I have had several law firms represent me in the past, some of them were outright fraud that collected my money and didn't lift a finger, one gave me an advice that ended up costing me tens of thousands of Dollars. If you are going through a complicated divorce and having the misfortune to have to appeal a judge’s decision, I highly recommend you to hire John Kappel (Fox Rothschild, LLP) as your appeal attorney.
Through this unpleasant experience, I learned that “only between 5% to 15 % of the thousands of appellate cases cited by the United States Courts, are successful, depending on the specific type of appeal.”

I contacted Hargrave Family Law last week. I'm in the very beginning stage(s) of what I hope will be a smooth transition into the next part of my life's journey. They have been nothing short of incredibly kind, understanding, and the tone of conversation(s) via text, phone or email, have been so comforting, patient and not rushed. I received a call from Ms. Toi Angelle this afternoon, and again, I feel like I'm going to be in great hands. I've made contact over the years to other law firms, and I felt nothing by way of empathy in most cases. During a time like this, a person wants to know that they are supported, and they don't have to go it alone emotionally, amongst other things. I'll try to come back and update once I'm in the thick of things, but right now I just wanted to thank everyone I've had contact with, it means more than you'll ever know. I have to tell you that I'm a strong person, but even I know I still need others to make it, none of us can make it alone. I'm about to remix this message if I don't stop, and simply say, thank you all for what you've given me so far. I know it's redundant, but that's just worth saying more than once.
I want to add something below, because it was some time after I had already determined that it was time for me to make a very hard choice. My hope is that it speaks to someone who needs to hear it, because in my opinion, this was a gentle way of telling a person to maintain their peace, don't entertain anything that is going to take you out of character, or crack your foundation. You have to know when it's time to make an adjustment, and most of all, you can/will survive it.

Unfortunately, I was only able to get operator/receptionist on the phone. Though it was almost noon, she responded as if she were just waking up. I told her who I was and why I was calling (referral from Bar Association) and she responded by telling me that I had CALLED a law firm.🤣😂 Would the Bar Association refer to me someone who was NOT an attorney? Then, she asked if I was an attorney.😂😂 I had told her who I was and why I was calling… besides, would an attorney call the Bar Association referral service, looking for an attorney??
Good luck with this firm! I’m sure the attorney is more intelligent but you might never reach him, with this woman answering the phone.

I hired Stacy last minute when I thought i had lost hope. My last attorney was not looking at my best interest and had been led by my ex's attorney. I was not happy with the outcome and consulted with a few other attorneys but they did not seem to care and didnt look thoroughly thru my case. Travis Granger
If you want someone to truly represent you and fight for you, DON’T CHOOSE TRAVIS. Travis is a nice man and does a fine job fighting for you as long as there is no opposition. My ex-wife completely dominated the court process, using her knowledge of the judicial system, and how to manipulate it for her benefit and invoked delay after delay. Travis did nothing to counter. Proceeding started in Nov-2022, with a divorce decree granted to me by Judge Joe Pool on January 8, 2024. However, my ex-wife’s attorney filed for a new trial in March-2024. Travis was totally unprepared. I believed he thought that my ex-wife would be a no-show, just like on January 8th, when she was a no-show. When she showed up with her attorney, he was caught flat footed and failed to present my case properly to the judge, and the Judge Pool granted a new trial.
New mediation was set for June 17, 2024. The first thing Travis told me at mediation was that I may need to get a new attorney because his firm, Brandon Bledsoe, was being bought by another firm, Smith Family Law, and they would not be dealing with Hayes County. It went downhill from there. Travis had no motivation or desire to really represent me or fight for me, and in my opinion, he threw me under the bus just to get rid of me and be done with it. I was an embarrassment to him after he failed to present my case properly to Judge Pool, and the judge granted a new trial to my ex-wife.
There was no middle ground in the mediation and I kept telling Travis to just set a trial date. They did not listen to me and continued for another eight hours. After eight hours, even though I kept telling him to just set a trial date, I was tired and wore down, and they told me to just sign this agreement and then I would never have to deal with her again. It was a bad, bad settlement, completely lopsided and unfair, but Travis wanted to wash his hands and be done with me. He didn’t care as long as I was gone.
If you are looking for an attorney who truly cares about your case and is truly willing to fight for you, I would NOT RECOMMEND TRAVIS GRANGER, even though he is now at his new law firm, Smith Family Law.

I have been waiting 3 months for my settlement check too! My accident was 2 years ago. My friend is hoping that the law firm didn't steal my settlement check! I never thought about it until she brought it up. I mean things like that happens. It's hard to reach someone to give me updates at the law firm. Have I been scammed?!! I don't want to believe it. I am Totally disappointed in This Law Firm. I have not met 1 person to this date. Unacceptable of the treatment. I've lost my job due to going out for surgery and no one is able to be contacted. No answered calls. My injury was 06/27/2022. I was not in my best interest, no lost wages was considered. My release forms was signed 06/24/2024 and I am still waiting on my part of wages owed to me. I cannot get in touch with anyone, It's as if they took my money and ran with it. The answering service just tells me that they cannot get in touch with anyone and that they will have someone call me back which never happens. It's almost 6 months of the release forms and no one will call on exception of Barbara and she states that she is unable to reach Lorena who told me that it will take less than 3 months for everything because they did not do my Loss of wages as they said they would.. I am sitting here no.help, no job and still with injuries. I.made a visit up to the office since I've never met anyone, the office was closed in which I was told that the person was out on Maternity Leave.I am not satisfied with the services. Poor services and where is my money. We are going towards 3 years since the injury and Nothing.
