Christian and her team have been a lifesaver. Going through a divorce is so stressful and expensive to begin with, worrying about legal fees just adds to the stress. I was fortunate to find Christian after switching lawyers midway through the process. I felt that my divorce was dragging on and I was getting more and more in debt because of lawyer fees. Christian understood my situation and was able to help me do what was best for my family while keeping costs in my price range. She is an honest lawyer which is hard to come by. Mr. Gilpin has a 5 star rating for a reason. I went through the experience of have other attorneys saying I did not qualify for Bankruptcy and suggested an even more costly repayment plan. Mr. Gilpin actually found that I did qualify and was very straight forward and explained each and every detailed step throughout the ENTIRE process. I never once had to wait until he was available and he always returned my calls within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend you go with him. He gives you the information needed and as long as you do what is needed of you the man can work it out for you. When I met Ms. Davis, I was under a great deal of pressure, and was totally stressed out. She was sympathetic and kind, but most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and confident. I was particularly impressed by her genuine honesty during our initial consultation. Unlike many other lawyers I interviewed, Ms. Davis did not use the scary tactics which is a common practice of some lawyers in order to intimidate the clients to hire them. After I hired her, she was on top of everything just like how she promised, she was there for me every step of the way until my case was dismissed by the DA. It’s true it takes a village to raise a child and I’m proud to say my village was and still is Attorney Charles Medearis.
At a time when I was experiencing some difficulty with my son’s behavior which involved in legal action, Attorney Medearis was assigned as counsel to assist and help in saving my son from himself. Although I never met Atty Medearis in person I INSTANTLY felt a sense of calm when speaking to him. My case took over 2 years to come full circle and was slightly complicated, being that the person who caused my 4-car pile accident lied about having insurance... but it was a fairly easy feat for Mr. Carter to overcome.
