Todd and his LA Tamara were fantastic. Even on such a low level ticket I was given, they treated it seriously and gave me all the attention it needed. More importantly, they really knew their stuff and ended up getting the ticket dismissed. They kept me informed throughout the process and were able to answer any questions i had.
I'll definitely be using this office again if it's needed.

I received a couple minor HOV lane citations in Montgomery County, and turned them over to Todd and his Team to handle for me. They were very professional during the process and Todd's assistant kept me informed along the way. His fee is reasonable and I will use him again if I ever break the law again.

I highly recommend Sheridan services. During our first interview he made precise questions to see if he could take our case and recommend the path forward (we went for the extraordinary abilities petition). From there everything went smoothly, he was personally involved in reviewing and suggesting corrections to the recommendation letters, and, together with the rest of the documents, crafting the application. I got the extraordinary ability petition approved in 15 days and received the green cards for me and my family in 4 months!. We were expecting a long, tiresome process (more than a year) so we were amazed by the speed of it all.
He was super professional, made everything simple, step by step and kept open communications for any questions we had.

I had consulted with Miss Bernier or legal advice on a divorce. My divorce was not normal by any means. I had to do with a high profile case in twined with my divorce. Because of that, it made it a very lengthy and expensive battle. Mrs. Vernier and her co-council were absolutely amazing. Everyone was willing to do everything they could to help me win my case. On a personal note, she would do everything she could to keep me saying and help me on the emotional side of the case. It was very long and drawn out, but in the end, things ended up in my favor. Vernier and all of her staff have become more like family. Divorce is very hard on both people. its sad. this was the hardest situation i have ever encountered. Jerry wasn't just a lawyer. he was compassionate to both me, the client, as well my wife. Many days Jerry also played the role of counselor to me. He was kind all the time but effective at the same time. Jerry proved he could not only get the job done but with compassion and empathy for both myself and my wife. At the end the opposing counsel was very rude to me as well his client, my wife, but Jerry stepped up. even though he was leaving on vacation the same day and not supposed to be at the prove up he showed up. i cant begin to explain how comforting this was to me and my wife. While i hate divorce, if it must be done i would recommend Jerry. Recommend him because he is effective but kind and empathetic at the same time. Very Very Happy with how Jerry handled my case. Very happy of the respect he showed while at the same time being effective. I never once felt like a number or a job. i felt like a human being.

Nick is an exceptional attorney. Nick ought to be a judge, because families would benefit with him on the bench.
Nick is a straight shooter, he’s aggressive in court, and he will prep you for testifying. I’ve hired attorneys with higher retainers and hourly rates that never prepared me to testify and were not nearly as knowledgably as Nick. It was clear that my case was stronger with Nick on my team. If you have to go to trial, Nick will block bs from the opposing counsel. Nick never wasted my time. Each time we waited for our case to be called, he was prepping me or giving me legal advice. My previous attorney worked on other cases on his laptop during my deposition and charged me for it.
Now I hired Nick to keep me out of a jail when an ex set me up in a scheme to flip custody. I also had unique needs that were running in parallel, and Nick tailored our meetings to also materially assist me in my long-term objectives.
Nick is smart, efficient, perceptive, knowledgeable in different areas of the law, and has good instincts on how judges tend to rule. I think that because Nick is extremely perceptive, he knew how and when to give me the information that I needed. By Nick not holding my hand, he kept my legal fees low. It is clear that Nick cares about families, because he never tried to empty my bank accounts. Although Nick and I didn't have many meetings, he never missed a beat in court, our meetings were only about what was relevant to succeed in the case, and he saved me money by not scheduling unnecessary meetings. Nick is a natural when it comes to litigating. In fact, without trying, he secured extra relief for me outside the scope of our contract.
Nick is genuinely compassionate and chalk full of integrity. Nick knew my goals and knew our legal system. Nick never forced me to settle, took extra steps to make sure I didn’t compromise, and advocated for the best outcome.
So, thanks Nick for being remarkable in my perfect storm and going beyond your legal obligations. I really hope you make judge one day, because our communities need a neutral no bs judge that will protect our children. If you are lucky to retain Nick, then you'll be ahead of the curve.

Like many other families, we were faced with decisions that we really didn’t think we would need to make… my Dad’s dementia was deepening and my Mom, his Caretaker, was beginning to rapidly fail herself.
It came to the point I knew my Dad needed more care than what my Mom was capable of providing. It needed to be done quickly and correctly. Frankly, I was worried my Mom would pass before my Dad.
My parents are retired school-teachers. That means they are not rich, but they do have income. It certainly means they do not have the money for Nursing Home care that my Dad needs, and for that matter, my Mom needed for him to have.
I knew that trying to do the paper work and application for Medicaid was far beyond my ability and know-how. I recognized at that point we needed an Attorney to handle this for us.
I looked for a nearby attorney and found Richard Shea. This was one of the best decisions made in this difficult junction of our lives.
Richard reviewed everything carefully…. He answered questions timely… He worked as a partner with our family.
We are so grateful we hired him…it turns out that one of the accounts my mom had saved money through her job, would have been at risk if we had made the application first. Richard identified the situation and made suggestions on how to restructure it, which we did. While the amounts would not seem large to most people with an IRA or Pension, it was huge for my mom, and meant a lot to her monthly income. This one detail, more than paid for Richard’s fee.
My Dad is in a great facility. My Mom is able to relax and reclaim part of her life because she doesn’t have the heavy burden of caring for my father any longer. She can sleep at night and not have to worry if my Dad was going to get out of bed and turn on the stove and burn the house down! (He actually came close one time.) She is actually getting healthier. During her last check-up, her doctor told her he was pleased with her resurgent health.
I cannot recommend Richard enough. He is well worth his fee since he will fill out the paperwork and handle the application process and deal with the questions from the Examiner. These are details that are nerve racking enough, let alone during a stressful time.
If you are faced with these decisions, I recommend you hire Richard to handle the details. You have enough stress as it is, let him handle the part you that you are not an expert in handling. You will feel a lot better that you did.

Ms. Spielvogel was recommended by another girl friend that have been through a tough divorce that had dragged out few years. Janet is such a great lawyer - the process of divorce is so hard, but it makes it so much easier when you can trust your attorney. She is very ethical - and that was very important to me. My divorce became entangled with accusations and charges that faced overwhelming consequences and losses that no person is prepared for. It was impossible for me to see any possible resolution or hope of a happy future. Meredith was able to take on all the emotionally charged fears and concerns and help me understand that nothing was ever being conceded, but that her process was a method of reducing risk. Not only did each “Step” improve my life, but the entire process exonerated me too. It also allowed for a dialogue that prepared me for things to look out for in the future, how to safeguard myself and greatly lower my stress and anxiety. Overall, her efforts improved the quality of life for me and my children. At one point, I had to put my entire life and future in her hands. Meredith is one of those rare finds: she listens and she understands. She's reachable and she returns calls immediately. She knows what it's like to go through a divorce, especially the impact on the kids. Meredith fought for me and she helped me see so many things I had no clue were important, all of which meant a better settlement for my children and me. I had started with another attorney who did not return calls timely and did not know anything about retirement accounts, oil & gas income, or future earnings. Unfortunately, I have had to consult with a number of lawyers over the years and from our very first conversation about my custody modification, I knew immediately Mr. Warren was cut from a different cloth than your typical attorney. He is humble, genuine, listened well, and gave me realistic expectations and advice over the phone before we even had our initial consultation. Every other attorney I have dealt with had been more interested in collecting a consultation fee before being allowed to speak with them, and then during the consultation, being treated as just the next paycheck. Not only was Chris warm, personal, and down to earth, you could tell throughout the process that he genuinely cares about his clients and the outcome of their case - unfortunately a rare occurrence in my experience. This was the one time I was happy to pay an attorney for their services and will continue to hire him every time another need arises.

Andrea is not the type of attorney that just shows up to court to represent you and take your money. She will work with you on your case to make sure you win it. She will works day/ night/ weekends and does whatever it takes. She will get in the details and not leave anything to chance before going in front of the court including following up on all leads and reaching out to any other agencies as needed. She has represented me on multiple family law cases where as the father you frequently start from a disadvantage and are subject to false allegations. Andrea does a great job cross examining witnesses and getting the truth out. She is PREPARED! and won’t waste the courts time (nor yours) with meaningless testimony and arguments.
