A very good friend of mine from my church helped me find Mr. Bleibdrey to do my divorce. During the Initial Consultation Mr Bleibdrey asked me a lot of questions and really took his time getting to know me and my situation. We talked about ways to make this situation easier on me. This law firm is one of the most unethical and profit-driven practices I've ever encountered. They assign inexperienced attorneys such as Mrs. Deonee High, charge full attorney rates for basic clerical tasks, and completely lack both objectivity and clarity in their communication. They ignore evidence due to bias and inexperience, and once they know you have money, they exploit it. They are unfamiliar with trust matters and lack the willingness to properly research them. Their approach is to push their own agenda without making a real effort, and they may drop you during a hearing as a form of pressure and coercion—either you comply with their terms and accept what they offer, or you're left on your own mid-hearing or trial, facing the challenge of finding new legal representation and a hefty bill. This clearly reveals their lack of loyalty and commitment to clients. I lost around $12,000 to this firm with no results. Switching to another firm mid-hearing was the best thing that happened to me. You are led to believe there is a hierarchy in this firm, but in reality, there is none; each attorney works for their own interests.

Andrea is not the type of attorney that just shows up to court to represent you and take your money. She will work with you on your case to make sure you win it. She will works day/ night/ weekends and does whatever it takes. She will get in the details and not leave anything to chance before going in front of the court including following up on all leads and reaching out to any other agencies as needed. She has represented me on multiple family law cases where as the father you frequently start from a disadvantage and are subject to false allegations. Andrea does a great job cross examining witnesses and getting the truth out. She is PREPARED! and won’t waste the courts time (nor yours) with meaningless testimony and arguments. You won’t need to chase her for updates on your case and you will always feel like winning your case is her top priority.

Kemp law firm helped me get a bogus ticket dropped, after the Prosecutor wanted me to pay $160 fine and 90 days deferment. Police Office was wrong I should not have gotten a ticket for what he wrote it for. I found the statute that showed it was legal and Kemp got it dismissed. Very fast and efficient, listened to me and understood my point. Didnt try and convince me to pay fine and take deal just to close the case. Put em on Retainer!

I hired Amy for my custody dispute of my 3 children. I could not have picked a better lawyer to handle my case. She was very upfront and informative of how the process would be and left no questions or worries unanswered. Through the process all of my paperwork was filed very timely. Amy Montgomery represented me in my divorce, modification and adoption. Her professionalism was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The divorce was very cut and dry so when I filed for a modification, I decided to hire another attorney in town. That was a mistake. I was not pleased with his performance and I went back to Amy. Jim Jones is in my opinion is among the best of the best attorneys for family law in Montgomery County. He was very personal and professional. Suzanne and her staff are wonderful! She really cares about her clients. A divorce is tricky, at best, and she can only promise to give it all she can. She gave me great advise and offered several solutions. She was also very frugal with her billing and that was so much appreciated. Tom Austin handled the guardianship case from r our special needs daughter. He was very informative and told us exactly what we needed to do. He was ALWAYS available to answer and questions and even remarks need us of her follow up a year later. He even paid to file a court document out of his own pocket because we didn’t have the cash on hand. Although it was just a small fee and we paid him right back, I can’t imagine any other attorney doing that! He is professional and personable. This attorney is nothing less than a horrible excuse for the legal profession. He never returns calls nor does he ever keep you informed of your case or court dates. He is the worst ever. This profile claims he is a real estate attorney, however he practices family law, he is an attorney ad litem for children, he is a criminal attorney. He represented me in a case in regards to my oldest child and yet a year prior he was the ad litem attorney for my younger children where he recommended the outcome to be in favor of the plaintiff!! Needless to say I lost both cases. I reported him to the State Bar of Texas, and my complaint made it to the disciplinary committee. His response was full of lies and falsification of documentation...even his response was full of fabrication. I would advise anyone that if you are looking for an attorney that will be in your best interest....look for a different attorney because this man is not a good attorney at all!!!!
