Ms. Spielvogel was recommended by another girl friend that have been through a tough divorce that had dragged out few years. I have no qualm to hire her as she was highly recommended in The Woodlands and Spring area. She is a tough lady, but fair and honest as well. When I was in an emotion wreck, she was honest to me about what would help and what wouldn't help my case. Could appreciate more than anything about her work. Though I didn't made the right choice of whom I was married to but I sure made the right choice to hire her.

Janet is such a great lawyer - the process of divorce is so hard, but it makes it so much easier when you can trust your attorney. She is very ethical - and that was very important to me. I could trust her judgement. When I was upset and suggested stupid things, she would rein me in. I heard horror stories of other attorneys charging their clients for every little thing - Janet never did that. Her bills were accurate, and her work was worth every penny.

Unfortunately, I have had to consult with a number of lawyers over the years and from our very first conversation about my custody modification, I knew immediately Mr. Warren was cut from a different cloth than your typical attorney. He is humble, genuine, listened well, and gave me realistic expectations and advice over the phone before we even had our initial consultation. Every other attorney I have dealt with had been more interested in collecting a consultation fee before being allowed to speak with them, and then during the consultation, being treated as just the next paycheck. Not only was Chris warm, personal, and down to earth, you could tell throughout the process that he genuinely cares about his clients and the outcome of their case - unfortunately a rare occurrence in my experience. This was the one time I was happy to pay an attorney for their services and will continue to hire him every time another need arises.

Richard Canlas, Esq., turns the worst day of your life into the best day of your life. This is second time I’ve retained him legally, and God willing will be the last time I need to, but I know Who I’m going to call without a moment hesitation, if it gets to the point where I need a legal represent
again. If you get tangled up in the Texas legal system, even a little bit, even for something fairly innocuous, and you care about your reputation, then the money spent with him is well placed. There’s some truth to the old saying that you get what you pay for but with Richard you always get a little bit extra and you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend him. I’ve known him for decades and he knows the system up there in Conroe, and he knows where to apply pressure and when to apply pressure and I think that if I aspired to be a lawyer, he would be One of my role models!

Kemp law firm helped me get a bogus ticket dropped, after the Prosecutor wanted me to pay $160 fine and 90 days deferment. Police Office was wrong I should not have gotten a ticket for what he wrote it for. I found the statute that showed it was legal and Kemp got it dismissed. Very fast and efficient, listened to me and understood my point. Didnt try and convince me to pay fine and take deal just to close the case. Put em on Retainer!

I hired Amy for my custody dispute of my 3 children. I could not have picked a better lawyer to handle my case. Amy Montgomery represented me in my divorce, modification and adoption. Her professionalism was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The divorce was very cut and dry so when I filed for a modification, I decided to hire another attorney in town. That was a mistake. I was not pleased with his performance and I went back to Amy. Suzanne and her staff are wonderful! She really cares about her clients. A divorce is tricky, at best, and she can only promise to give it all she can. She gave me great advise and offered several solutions. She was also very frugal with her billing and that was so much appreciated. Her staff is also very helpful and make sure Suzznne gets your message or concern.And she WILL respond quickly, not like some attorneys. When it was finally over in court, she gave me a big hug.

Tom Austin handled the guardianship case from r our special needs daughter. He was very informative and told us exactly what we needed to do. He was ALWAYS available to answer and questions and even remarks need us of her follow up a year later. He even paid to file a court document out of his own pocket because we didn’t have the cash on hand. Although it was just a small fee and we paid him right back, I can’t imagine any other attorney doing that! He is professional and personable. This attorney is nothing less than a horrible excuse for the legal profession. He never returns calls nor does he ever keep you informed of your case or court dates. He is the worst ever. This profile claims he is a real estate attorney, however he practices family law, he is an attorney ad litem for children, he is a criminal attorney. He represented me in a case in regards to my oldest child and yet a year prior he was the ad litem attorney for my younger children where he recommended the outcome to be in favor of the plaintiff!! Needless to say I lost both cases. I reported him to the State Bar of Texas, and my complaint made it to the disciplinary committee. His response was full of lies and falsification of documentation...even his response was full of fabrication. I would advise anyone that if you are looking for an attorney that will be in your best interest....look for a different attorney because this man is not a good attorney at all!!!!
