I cannot recommend The Reed Law Firm highly enough! While Mr. Reed represented me though a detinue case and Mrs. Reed represented me in my divorce, the firm as a whole worked together like a family.
I was so impressed with their expertise and unwavering support and commitment throughout the entire process.
From my first consultation with Mr. Reed, when I was distressed and in need of help, I felt listened to and reassured. I was really vulnerable, not knowing anything about the law and he provided clear, strategic advice specific to my situation. The most encouraging feeling from that initial call was that he was being realistic and upfront about what would lie ahead- legally and financially.

We were trying to prepare for our case and David kept putting us off for weeks up until 40 minutes before our case where he briefed the defendant and when the time came, David was prepared, our defendant wasn’t prepared, and upon hindsight and discussion with other defense attorneys, there was so much more that David could have done that he didn’t do and was ill prepared for. Please if you’re considering an attorney, think twice before picking David. At the end of the day it’s you and your case and your lives on the line, not his. He certainly didn’t give it his all in our case and left us high and dry when we scrambled for answers. He told the defendant to plead guilty and we were misled to think that it would be better but it costed him the rest of his life. He didn’t take that into account and it was clear he didn’t care

I originally hired Livesay & Myers based off their Google reviews I read when I got served divorce papers. I can say that I had nothing but a positive experience with the firm.
Ms. Stone Swart and Ms. Humiston were true professionals for the entire length of the case (which seemed like a lifetime!) however they stuck with me till the end. They were empathetic when needed but they also did a great job of keeping me in line when I was disagreeing with a certain path ("Look Scott, this is what the law states..."). Yup, got it!
Ms. Humiston was amazingly organized and helped keep me on target for due dates as well as explain what certain things meant.
Ms. Stone Swart was a pleasure to work with. She knew every inch of the law inside and out. Though my case got difficult (and I even gave her an escape route!) she stuck with me till the end.
I would not hesitate to work with both Dani and Amanda and the firm again.

I got in my first major car accident last year in November and it was a major blow financially and emotionally for me because it wasn't my fault at all and I had no idea where to turn too for legal help. By the grace of God my fiancee's coworker suggested this law firm for my case because he had such a good experience with them and let me tell you he wasn't lying. Throughout the whole process so far they have been so helpful and nice making this traumatic experience for me so much easier to get through. Hiring Andrew Taylor as my attorney was the best decision I made when filing for divorce. My case was complicated, including numerous filings and hearings leading to a multi-day trial related to my divorce, child custody and support. He also handled my J&DR Court hearings to secure a Protective Order for my children and I. Andrew knows the law thoroughly and his experience in the courtroom meant he gave me very sound advice. After trying diligently to settle with the other side, it became clear we would have to go to trial. This meant months strategically prioritizing and timing the work on discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, coordination with the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), minor children testifying to the judge in chambers, and supplementary legal negotiations. My experience with this firm was horrendous!! I was baited during the custody consultation to feel as though I had a very strong case for full custody. However, once I provided the required retainment for representation, I simply became a statistic. Andrew consistently pushed for me to just accept opposing party offers of every other weekend, simply because it is the "standard" and had no concern of really fighting for me or my daughter's 'equal' time together. The goal of this firm is to drag clients through the system as slowly as possible, for their maximum profit!.. I was astonished to find that for my final bill, which only included the prep and appearance for my 20 min support hearing that should have only involved plugging my income numbers into a worksheet, I had accumulated the same amount of changes, nearly $7000, as I had for all of the work in the months leading up to the custody hearing. Don't make my mistake....You'll probably fair just as well, if not better, representing yourself and saving your kid's college fund.
