I was surprised by a divorce filing and things weren’t working out with the attorney I hired on short notice. I was in a very difficult situation. Luckily for me, Joe Beale agreed to take over my case. Joe is a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney who has done an excellent job of representing me and my children. I recommend Joe for anyone who needs family law representation.

Mr. Beale has been assisting me with a very painful, complicated, and unexpected divorce case involving shared tax debt, a co-owned business, and the custodial arrangements for 4 homeschooled children between the ages of 4 and 13. I have found him to be sensitive to my emotional trauma, knowledgable, professional and yet approachable in his demeanor, honest in his assessments, responsive to my calls and texts, and reasonable and transparent in his billing.
He helped me find a private investigator who was efficient and effective in confirming the suspected adultery. He was always receptive to, and respectful of, my input. He reviewed written exchanges between myself and my estranged spouse to assess the nature of our relationship and of our disagreements, and to protect me from conveying things that could be misunderstood or misconstrued. He encouraged me to stand up for myself, while helping me keep my focus on the most important aspect of the situation - the wellbeing of our children.
Due to the high costs of divorce cases, from the beginning, Mr. Beale encouraged me to pursue mediation before involving the courts. He recommended two different mediation groups, and was open to helping me prepare my position for presentation to those parties, either with or without his attendance. I was warned many times by others I was speaking with that attorneys commonly drive these cases into the courts and bleed you dry. But Mr. Beale never encouraged that, and has always respected and supported my desire to avoid unnecessary formal litigation. I have always felt that he legitimately cared about my wellbeing and my financial security, and that he feels he does not need to take advantage of clients to support himself.
I have been pleased with Mr. Beale's service and advice, and would recommend him to friends and family without reservation.

I am a client of Ms. Quinn and paralegal Peg, and she won my case in settlement. I met Colleen from a referral of a referral. I was facing a hostile work environment because of my sexual orientation (I'm a gay pastor/Chaplain) at the Veteran Affairs Hospital. I filed a EEOC against the Veteran Affairs and won with Colleen leading the fight. She was costly for me, but was worth the risk. I say that not only in hindsight after winning the settlement, but I say this because I watched her advocate for me, with me, and I felt was with me throughout all of it. In my David and Goliath battle against the Federal Governement, Colleen and Peg picked up our little stones of my story and just like the story reveals, we won. I felt confident in her ability to help me navigate this. She also listened, like really listened, to the things that were impacting me and how they were impacting me. Also, Colleen allowed me to participate in my case and help keep my invoices as low as possible, too. I did research, wrote notes, worked on questions, organized my evidence. I was able to do all that while saving funds. I trusted her skill and training to take my non trained collection of things to be that things that she needed and she did so, expertly. I highly recommend Lynn Fletcher as an attorney in the collaborative divorce process. I was really determined to go through with this process even though there were challenges with asset disclosure. Although I received the “best possible outcome”, I would have chosen a different lawyer to fight a reckless driving charge in Northampton. I do not think my lawyer spoke on my circumstances well-enough to get me a true “best possible outcome” based on listening to other cases.
***Edit— This law firm holds high standards in servicing their customers and I am happy I chose them. I did not truly understand how the court system worked in Northampton and Attorney Huff spent his time to explaining how it worked and validated my concerns (now null and void). By far the absolute best Law firm I could have chosen. From the initial conversation to my first court date this morning, communication has been frequent and detailed and my mind has been put at as much ease as possible.
I was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker (missing), but was also driving on a suspended license, which can hold severe consequences.
I was able to walk away with the best possible outcome, which was dropped to "Failure to Carry/Exhibit a License", resulting in a $10 fine, plus court fines (that's a given).
My expired inspection was dismissed after showing proof of an updated inspection.
Many areas of my life would have been severely affected without proper representation. I feel despite my mistake, I was represented by someone who genuinely cared about my situation and was prepared to give their best (Attorney Woo Kim).
Coming from someone who overthinks a little too frequently and worries more than necessary, if you are on the fence about who to hire...I am writing this review in hopes to take the guesswork out of your decision.
100% worth it.

Bryan and his staff were great. I got the letter in the mail, called, and they contacted me back within the hour. Easiest option was to calibrate my speedometer but I don’t live anywhere close to a mechanic that does that. His office sent me a list of places to go. I went and got it calibrated the next day, sent the paper the mechanic gave me to their office, and a couple weeks later received a call that the ticket was dismissed. Thank you for the help. It was appreciated.

We had a friend who skipped out on probation when he was released back in 2020. He has been incarcerated for almost 2 months. We drove from NC for the hearing and James explained everything in detail from the best case scenario to the worst, depending on the Judge. He later told us he liked the judge and that there was a good chance our friend would get out that day. Everything went just as he said and we were able to take him back to NC that evening. James was great, he did not sugar coat anything and we could not be more happy with the result. If you are looking for a great lawyer this is the one. Thanks James.

Rakin Did a great job for us! I deal with insurance all of the time and thought it would be easy to deal with this event. It was a accident where a family member was hit by a car. They were fine after some time in the hospital and the driver was insured so it did not seem difficult! 4 weeks after the event I got Rakin contact information and he took over.
We just wanted the medical bills covered, if I had not contacted him I would have had to pay most of the bills due to the driver lo coverage limits.
I think he saved us 100k!
