Laura is the type of attorney that you see on television shows like "Law and Order." She's a formidable opponent, and extremely logical and rational. One thing that I loved about having Laura as my counsel is that even if she asserted that we should take a certain action-----she would still be weighing the strategy associated with taking that action up until the very last minute.
Laura is very STEALTHY. Her mind SHREDS information, down to the finest detail.
In addition to her legal prowess, Laura is extremely nurturing. There were many instances in her time spent with me where she gave me practical advice for my specific situation that had nothing to do with practicing law. She remained accessible via phone and text, even at night and on the weekends.

Mr. Mulford is always responsive and really knows what he is doing. He is always on top of things. It’s hard to know where to start and who to trust when you find yourself in need of a divorce attorney. I was in that situation and luckily I found Sharon Moss, who did a great job representing me. Mrs Gardner took care of our bankruptcy. She was extremely knowledgable in both the chapter 7 and 13 and helped me to figure out which one was the best at helping our family. She was even able to get 2 mortgage liens stripped because my house was no longer worth the amount of the two equity loans. She was wonderful at making us feel comfortable and always quick at replying to our emails or calling us back when we had questions. I stopped in the office to get her help with out an appointment when I was panicked over my husband having his clearance taken because of our financial problems and she brought me right into her office and wrote a letter for us and made copies of paperwork for us and calmed me down as she worked with her scheduled clients in other offices. Mrs Gardner saved my husbands clearance and helped us save our home with our bankruptcy! She is wonderful!

Was most helpful in a Chap 7 bankruptcy following loss of employment. Her skill enabled me to retain my automobiles and two residential properties through the bankruptcy. Her advice enabled me to complete loan modifications on both mortgages successfully, even though she did not represent me in either process. The positive outcome of the bankruptcy far exceeded my expectations and prevented what could have been a real disaster.

I've always paid my bills on time and managed my money so I never thought I would be in bankruptcy. Then I was unemployed for over a year and my tenants moved out six months into that year. I started out by calling a law firm that said it only did bankruptcy but they kept not getting back to me. I called the state bar to complain and the bar referred me to Fenlene. She helped me save my house, car, bank accounts, retirement, etc. and even helped me keep my security clearance through the process. I can't say enough about her. She's wonderful.

I really do wish that I had done my research and gone to Mr.Kearney from the beginning. The first lawyer that I hired for my car accident was from a big name company in the area and a friend of mine who used to work for him recommended him so I thought what could go wrong. Practically everything from not getting back with me for two months, to asking me to resend paperwork that I had already sent in, to telling me that he doesn't believe that I would be getting much out of this case almost a year later! Changing over to Mr.James Kearney was a decision I made based off of the reviews on this site as well as his background info particularly the part related to him having worked on the side of the insurance company so he knew how they thought. If I had a question I think that the longest it took for him to get back with me was the days end but it was usually an immediate phone call or email. I also didn't feel as if I needed to constantly contact him as he kept me in the loop with my case every step of the way. I learned more about my case with him than I ever did with the previous lawyer. And I absolutely love how you get him directly and not a secretary that you hoped passed on the message to him. Since he doesn't take on more than a certain number of cases at a time he was able to make you feel like you were his only client. I wasn't just another case to him as he was very concerned about my injuries and hopes that I can get back to my profession some day. Regarding the case itself we settled for everything that we asked for! A far cry from the previous attorney saying that I wouldn't get much at all! He fought hard for us and we didn't even have to go to court. The last thing that I want to do is go through another car accident but if I did I know exactly who to call without hesitation and you better believe that I will be giving his info to anyone who might need his expertise. I contacted Kristina five years ago when my ex and I separated. I specifically hired her because of her vast knowledge of military law. Since my ex husband was in the military, I knew I needed a lawyer such as Kristina. From the moment Kristina took my case, I knew she would fight hard for me. First of all, I did not want a divorce and when I met Susan and her team I was clear that I wanted to push for reconciliation. She agreed and the entire "tone" of the divorce was amicable. This was very important to me.
My wife hired a firm that was nasty from the start and Susan and her team kept our tone amicable which ended up making us look way better in mediation. Although divorce is expensive, I saved hundreds of thousands of dollars-really. Her team waded through the bogus claims of her counsel easily.

I reached out to Ms. Fogarty in regards to my divorce and custody situation. I probably had one of the most trying years last year in 2012. Kate was the one saving grace I had when it appeared all the chips were stacked against me in my divorce and other matters with the court. Kate was very diligent and thorough in her representation of me and helped to keep me grounded when the opposing side was being unreasonable, under-handed, abusive, and just flat out lying. Kate was able to peel back the onion piece by piece until the real truth came out and the tables turned for good in my direction. In the end she was able to have my divorce over in 6 months on the nose, she ensured I retained my home, and ultimately kept me from having to pay much more then the original reasonable offer I gave my ex-wife at the start of our Divorce.
Kate is a wonderful attorney and I am just glad she was on my side during this process and not on my ex's. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, well, Kate was worth every penny I spent on her and then some. Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

How have I not reviewed Mr. Spencer on this website already? Mr. Spencer is incredible. He truly gives so much time and attention to your case and tells you exactly what his expectations are. To be honest, he has never steered me wrong in any of the custody cases (there have been way more than I’d like to admit, unfortunately) he has represented myself (and now my husband) in. In fact, he has never even been wrong in his expectations of the outcome of any of my cases thus far. He is capable of dealing with complex situations and suggesting the best approaches to difficult subjects. He is down to earth and very personable/knowledgeable. I recently engaged Ms Fierro on a serious criminal matter involving my son, which at the outset seemed very bleak. In the first discussion, she presented a number of options that helped reset our whole engagement in the matter. She laid out a set of alternatives, that she diligently pursued and actively involved my son in the decision process all along the way. Her knowledge of the law, and excellent communication skills made the entire process easy to move through. She also recommended the use of an expert witness that proved critical to the outcome.
