Meredith is the Best for Criminal needs I had. She was fast and has excellent communication. She literally took my case on few days notice and resolved it to my full satisfaction. if there is anyone who needs a criminal lawyer who will get the job done, I highly recommend this law firm and Meredith. Every time I had a question which is related legally, I can just call or email her and get a response same day and clear response. She has helped me soo much, I just had to share because she truly is the best, and she really does take care of her clients and goes beyond the regular standards of getting her clients like me the Best Option (outcome) in my case. Christina is an extraordinary family law attorney who handled my highly contentious and very complex divorce. At all times, she remained focused on the well being of my child and was highly committed to a residential plan that reflected her experience and deep understanding of what was most important for the psychological/emotional health of my child. Specifically, she guided through the process of reviewing and documenting issues and concerns that were highly relevant to the final residential plan. In addition, she was able to throughly and comprehensively review large sets of financial documents including forensic accounting and executed appropriate timely legal actions /briefs that ultimately led to a well considered property/financial settlement. Mrs.Holbert is the best family law lawyer I could have ever hired to represent us. A pleasure to work with. My case was very complicated. Along with a NCO in place throughout my entire case, made it extremely difficult. But Mrs. Holbert did an amazing job handling the complications of the matter as well as being the 3rd party contact to the co-parent. I was completely amazed and impressed how well she handled all the stress of my case. If you are dealing with a narcissistic co-parent Mrs. Holbert is amazing in dealing with them. From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable lawyer Mrs. Holbert is your best bet. I have 8 children and was facing a divorce - demanded by my spouse of over 30 years - that I did not want. My spouse had been gone for several years but wanted me to carry her financially so she could continue her permanent vacation. My priority - having complete control of the children - was understood by Jennifer and she laid out my options and likely responses by the court. Neil is amazing!
Prior to hiring Neil, I had worked with 2 other attorneys for a total of 6 months & my experience was that the (other guys) had actually caused my legal experience to be prolonged by not being prepared, not being able to be reached quickly enough & not providing legal advice that would squash problems immediately (which led to them making a ton of $ off of my ignorance & I had to use all the equity in my home to pay them). When I called Neil, I asked him to be my “bodyguard,” & wow, he followed through! There were times I asked him to provide responses to CPS that were so aggressive, that I thought for sure he would say no; not the case-he delivered statements that sent CPS back to hell. Being nice is not the way to go in these types of cases. Hardball, minimal/vague statements & protecting your rights is the only way to escape unscathed. On one particular day, government workers showed up at my door while I was not home; I emailed Neil & asked him to meet me there & he dropped everything to make it to my house within 15 minutes for me to cooperate with the workers, without my rights being violated through a private interview that could be used against me without an attorney present to be expert witness to my statements & to jump in quickly on concerning subject matter. He was always prepared & available at all times of the day/weekends due to the emergency nature of the attack I was under. His quick, calculated responses to these sick/twisted government workers/criminals is what saved me & my family’s lives. We are forever grateful to Neil.

I hired Neil and his team over a year ago to help me with custody of my daughter. As a male asking for fully custody it an up hill battle. But with Neil's excellent approach and guidance I was awarded full custody. Neil had been responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout to whole case. I hired Ms. Dunn to help me navigate my complicated journey with my unborn daughter and her father. I needed an attorney who would understand the issues involved in ending a long term abusive marriage, not just the Domestic Violence aspect but also those of divorce where there were few assets. Pam did a very good job representing me given the challenges of dealing with my abuser's tactics throughout the process along with the emotional issues I, as a survivor of abuse, brought into the process. The divorce process ended up going to trial where Pam argued my case successfully. She did an excellent job negotiating amendments to a satisfactory resolution.
I would recommend Pam. She cares and brings a unique understanding to the difficult process of divorce issues. She understands what matters and what does not and was a good steward for this client.

About three months back I hired Sarah Beth to help me handle a particularly difficult collections agency that I was having a lot trouble dealing with. I had been trying to reinstate my suspended license to fulfill a deal with the local county court. Unfortunately, I owed said collections agency an unknown sum of money due to delinquent court fines from some time back, and had to take care of the fines before the Department of Licensing would allow for reinstatement. Over the course of a few weeks I had contacted the collections agency by phone as well as a handful of times by email, and although I had requested a statement of my balance on multiple occasions, I never received anything back from them. Instead, the only feedback I could get was essentially that I just needed to pay them what they said I owed, and only a verbal confirmation of the total amount. I was told that they weren't able to negotiate court fines, and when I tried to inquire as to the name of the person I was talking to, or if I could speak to a supervisor, I was informed that anyone there could help me and that I needed to just start a payment plan with them to rectify the situation. I really felt like they weren't taking me at all seriously, and were willing to play a waiting game in the hopes that I'd just give up and fork over some money. As soon as I hired Sarah Beth, she and her staff got right to work contacting the collections agency and attempting to negotiate with them. Amazingly, they still gave her a good bit of run-around as well as a few misleading assertions, but it wasn't long before she and her dedicated staff were able to get a concrete statement of what was owed. The numbers seemed unnecessarily high, and the interest and extra fees were not explained. It took some time, but after numerous contacts with the agency she was able to talk them down to about half of the total debt, and secure a written contract expressing the terms of repayment of said debt. I am so happy with the work Sarah Beth and her team did for me, I have literally no complaints or criticisms. She had thorough and helpful advice when I asked questions, kept up frequent correspondence via email, and was just all around knowledgeable and professional during this trying and stressful time in my life. Not only would I hire her again, but I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone having trouble working though a similar situation. Her rates are very fair, and I get the impression that she genuinely cares about her client's well-being.
To close, I'd just like to say that I don't think I would have been able to navigate this situation by myself. The outstanding work of Sarah Beth and her staff didn't just save me money; it helped me through what was honestly a scary and uncertain time. Trying to work through the issue alone was very daunting, and the learning curve was pretty steep concerning my rights and what I could do in this situation. Today I have my license back, and I can drive my four month old daughter around in our boring minivan with a big old goofy smile on my face, and to me that's simply priceless.

“I now live in PA but needed a lawyer in Washington State to help with my Paternity/Child Custody issues. Terry L Smith help me out of a bad situation, possible DV 4th degree assault charge, he kept me informed with what the prosecutor was offering, he went to bat for me and the charges were dropped to anger management two years probation, other lawyers I talked to said to plead guilty, he took the case and now I get to keep my guns and life is fantastic, he is now again working for me on the divorce and looks like a may keep most of my stuff, folks you need this guy in your corner don't go to court with out him, and the bill was well worth it and he im sure will work with if you don't have the money up front . I went through an extremely contentious divorce with Rene by my side and thank goodness. I could trust him always to be honest, ethical and to go after our priorities. He is a kind and empathetic human being and also never wavers in his professionalism. My case involved domestic violence which meant added complications and also meant I was even more all over the place emotionally. Rene was always, always a calm, steadying force bringing me back to center, back to integrity and refocusing me on our priorities. Which made it possible for me to advocate as well as I could for myself and my son - if I had not been able to do that it would have been a big regret for me. I imagine that is an accomplishment in most divorces. But when your ex drags you back into court over and over for years it is a major feat - he has the patience of Job. I should also mention we won almost every point, and ultimately accomplished all of our priorities. Not through snarky fighting or misleading arguments or playing on technicalities (which are a horror to experience in court). In court or mediation, Rene is not theatrical or super aggressive, he is confident, reasonable and matter of fact - from what I have witnessed this is very much appreciated by the legal professionals involved. I probably did not have the presence of mind to acknowledge it at the time - but now I feel as good about how we won as I do about winning.
The other thing people always want to know about is cost. It was not cheap, of course, it took a long time and my ex is really good at creating situations I need Rene to handle for me. But Rene has always been more than fair in his charges, accounting for every penny, and never ‘rounding up’ when he could have easily justified it. He is just as ethical in his billing as he is in his practice of law.
Clearly, I recommend him highly. I am trying to remember what I wanted to know before I started this journey. I went to Rene because my cousin (also an attorney) had seen him practice years before and was so impressed she never forgot his name. When I sat down with him he did not say everything was going to go exactly as I wanted nor did he seem resigned to it happening. I don’t like it when people ‘sell’ me by painting a best case scenario only - and there was none of that. He listened very closely and cut straight to the issues that mattered to me and presented options - which is pretty much the definition of a competent attorney. And I remember looking around his office and seeing multiple awards for ethical practice; which in conjunction with my cousin’s recommendation tells me he is well respected in the legal community. Nothing I have experienced in the intervening years has altered that first impression; it has only grown better.

Michael reviewed my case (DV4), laid out my options, provided his advice and I took it. He met me in person, walked me through the process and was diligent with each appearance in court. I got into a situation that was very serious if convicted would take many of my freedom rights away as a citizen as well as going to prison, for sure a attorney to get out of jail, and the help that was to come. I did as you would have looking for a attorney to help it was first time I was in trouble and had no idea what to do. I owned my home so there was no public defender for me. I contacted several attorneys most of them wanted around 30,000 plus expenses. I am over 75 years old an retired. One of the attorneys in longbeach i talked to did not do felony cases, and told me about Jon Quittner, what a blessing. Jon not only was willing to work with me on the cost, but was caring, and felt i was unjustly charged .He worked on my case over 3 months, and still is willing to answer questions that i have. He did get me out of my situation, still very supportive, and caring about me. Mr Quittner is a great lawyer, but more than that, but one of the nicest, caring person i have had the privilege to meet. I feel Jon is a true friend, i don't use that word very often. We hired Jon about 2.5 years ago to advise initially on what was a small chance of paternity. He was new to town but he clicked for us instantly. He advised late pregnancy on paternity giving us options. We chose from those and ultimately paternity was established.
This meant a need for a parenting plan, again Jon advised options well and guided through the mounds of paperwork. The decision on both sides was try co-parenting in the best interests of the child, to have the best of both sides. A plan was submitted, and the Judge ordered a GAL be attached. That wasn't what we expected but we were lucky to get a Gal that took her time, and carefully monitored.
Co-parenting started out well but over time trust and co-operation degraded. Mom filed for primary first but both sides had come to the point where it was accepted it couldn't work as it was. We filed in return, and that is where Jon really came into play. That started with a hearing that established our side as temporary primary with a trial set if it wasn't worked out. A trial was imminent as the Mom wouldn't even talk about it. Again Jon and his team did well to advise and provide support throughout, insuring both sides were being fair.
Trial ended in primary being permanently assigned to our side. Jon did a very good job making points while being as kind as he could be. We were lucky we had professionals across the board from medical, to development, and the GAL all looking at this situation as what was best for the child, and not gender. It was not an easy or a fast path, it was certainly not without a great deal of stress but, Jon was there the whole time. The child got what was best, that the greatest blessing of all. Needed stability, and healthy/safe situations were addressed and now is doing very well, playing catch-up, as a result.
We are pretty down to earth plain speaking people. We feel very fortunate to have gained Jon and his team not just as legal advisers, but confidants and even friends over the course of time. More than being a good Lawyer, Jon Quittner and his team are good people!

We hired Alli Keller after going to a famous downtown firm that advertised themselves as the best. They were the best in billing us timely for barely any results. They nickeled and dimed us, and did not even call us to explain to us what our adoption process would be like. When we raised the issue that we needed more information, they showed us the door, and thank god we found Alli Keller's firm. I am happy to tell of my professional relationship with Alexandra Keller.
Since moving to the Seattle area from California, I wanted to assure that my estate documents were up to date and legally binding in the state of Washington.
I found a number of lawyers who could help me. When I asked for a price estimate, I found that some required money upfront or a retainer fee. Others stated that their fee would be as much as $350 an hour but would not give a time estimate. I could not promise an unspecified amount without a price range estimate. When I contacted Alexandra, telling her exactly what I wanted, she told me that iwould be $400 - $800.
She rewrote my Revocable Living Trust, my Will, a Durable Power of Attorney for Finance, a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, and a Health Care Directive. Due to a family death, I needed my trust agreement to reflect a change. I have been extremely pleased with the five newly written documents. Alexandra did charge the $800, but justifiably so. She made several helpful suggestions for my consideration while writing these documents. and it all takes time and effort.
When we met for the final signing and notarization, she went over everything allowing me to ask questions. She followed up by sending me an itemized statement of her charges and wrote off all of the extra time to stay within her stated estimate. She also sent forms upon which to list personal tangible property, naming a recipient for those items that do not need to be included in any other document.
You will find Alexandra to be very kind and patient, very intelligent, and focused upon service that meets your needs.
If in the future I have any legal needs, I will seek counsel with Alexandra. If a concern is outside her area of expertise, I know she will make a wise referral. In addition, I want to add that her office is easy to get to, on 35 th Avenue, close to the University with ample free parking.
