We used Inga to help us with some Master Services Agreements (MSA) and she was extremely thorough and clearly explained our liability as well as some of the language in the contract. After hiring 2 different attorneys to assist me in retrieving my share of my ex-husband's pension as ordered by the divorce decree and signed by the court many years ago. Because it was so long ago, the language of the order needed to be updated for proper execution of the pension plan. Two attorneys sat on this very important process before handing my paperwork back to me. Now that I'm close to retirement, I decided to see if Mr. Holland would help me. The professionalism and ability that Mr. Holland displayed in his defense of me was nothing short of outstanding. His knowledge of the law, his defense of me to the Prosecution, and his presentation to the Judge resulted in the most favorable outcome to my case that was possible. In short, I was charged with a D.U.I. and it was reduced to a Negligent. I, with out hesitation, would hire Mr. Holland again should I need any kind of legal representation. Mr. Sutherland was amazing!! I had worked with another attorney for over a year who did not help me or listen to my needs! Within 4 weeks of hiring Tim, he had changed my situation for the better!!! He always called me back (often calling me before I had a chance to call him) and was very honest and realistic with my case. He took my case at the last minute was very understanding about finances. When I initially contacted Mr. Crowley and explained my issue, Mr Crowley asked enough questions to make sure he understood my problem. He was very clear about potential solutions and suggested what he considered the best one was. He immediately put me at ease by giving me all of the important information. He did not talk over me or waste my time with legal jargon.
At every step of the way, he let me know what was going on either by email or phone, so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. I thought that I would be in court, but he ended up getting my case dismissed. Can't do any better than that.
Would hire again and have referred friends with good results. A+

Joshua Dabling was great help. We had a situation where the school called CPS on our family. I was really scared, but he helped us through the whole situation guiding us on what to except and being there while meeting with the caseworker. Everything turned out fine and I was so relieved.

My case lasted for about a year, it was a difficult divorce, but because the other part wasn't cooperating like he should've done.
In the main while, Joshua was more then a lawyer to me, he has an incredible value as a person, he orientated me, guided me, thought me, helped me, had patience, and always has the right words to not let me make a mistake. And he always thought about the best for my daughter and I.
I would never be able to thank him enough for everything he did for my case.

I heard of Sabrina through a divorced moms group on Facebook. I sent her an initial email to request a meeting, but had already met with and retained a lawyer before I heard back from Sabrina. I decided to meet with her since she had been recommended.
What I really liked about Sabrina (even though I had already signed on with my lawyer) was that she was so straightforward and she heard my whole story through. I like that she asked for a background from beginning to end and she actually listened and provided honest feedback throughout.
She has a wonderful and friendly personality. I really enjoyed talking to her, and didn't feel judged, mocked or looked down on.
Divorce is a difficult process and she explained everything. I left feeling that she really takes care of those she represents and has their back.
Before I left she printed out a form for me to sign for the response to the petition and urged me to file it ASAP so I didn't lose any of my rights.
I ended up going back to her for a final review of my final divorce papers after my lawyer made updates. I just wanted to make sure everything looked reasonable and nothing was missed since I have a daughter and didn't want to miss or make any mistakes.
Sabrina met with me, even though I was running late. She never made me feel rushed and went through the paperwork with such detail. She ended up making lots of great changes that made me feel so relieved and grateful that I had come to see her.
Even though I had already retained another lawyer, my two appointments with Sabrina were enough that I felt she deserved an excellent review.
I would not hesitate to seek her advice and think I would have done really well with her as my lawyer. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others based on the advice she had given me.

Jennifer and her team helped me resolve several post-divorce issues that came up two months before my last support payment to my ex. During my initial interview, Jennifer grasped the whole scenario within minutes, and before the end of the interview she gave me three possible ways to respond. My ex and I had reverse roles in the home: I was the one who worked outside the home, while he stayed at home with our children. Julie and Nicole let me know up front that it would be an uphill battle to win custody of my children, but they did everything they could to help me try and win that battle. Julie is very knowledgeable and will give it all she's got every time you are in court with her. Although the outcome of my case wasn't as I had hoped, I would still consider it a win because I got as close to 50/50 custody as is possible when you live 35+ miles from your ex. Everyone in this office is outstanding, from Lew to Julie to Nicole, and I would recommend that anyone who has a tough custody case consult with this law firm first.

I would love to say so meany good things about Julie Kellogg. She was there for me the hole time. My case was what you "High Profile" for C.P.S. I lost my son in a car accident do to my ex-husband driving under drugs and alcohol. So as you already no my case had to been over the state of child welfare because of the crime which is so understand able being that i just got my prior case close from family treatment court do to drug abuse in the past and my kids had to stay away till i got myself to gather. But this last time when my case open up again for my son passing away Julie was very gentle with her words around my grief and lost but was able to help me get through court dates in tears and heart ache. Being that she was also going through her own pain at home and was still there for me. Wow she is a amazing woman mom wife all of they above in my eyes. I trust her with everything in me. I would never have to keep anything inside again.. I am a new landlord and had a very nasty tenant dispute issue at the end of February this year, I have consulted with Janelle and her experience and quick instructions have impressed me to continue working with her until the dispute was successfully resolved. When I found Michael, I had just been fired by my second attorney, in a very complicated, difficult, and high stakes divorce case. I hired Ms. Hyatt to help me respond to a temporary no contact order. Ms. Hyatt was remarkably calm and perceptive. In our initial meeting, I explained the charges against me and my account of relevant events. She listened carefully and gave me a realistic appraisal of the likelihood that the order would be dismissed. Ms. Hyatt has a calm demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Because she felt that we had a good case, she suggested that she contact the petitioner to offer the possibility of a contract in lieu of the no contact order, which would allow us to avoid the hearing. Miss Hyatt began representing me in the middle of a messy case. One of which I had been falsely accused and the family court judge had already ruled against me. There was an existing sexual assault protection order between me and a juvenile. Miss Hyatt listened to the situation. She asked questions. She listened to my suggestions about how to reveal the true colors of my accuser and kept me focused. She explained why certain techniques would be seen as harassment by the judge or non-pertinent and the judge may not allow the question at all. Miss Hyatt was excellent in keeping in contact with me, following up, and making me feel that my case was important and not just one of the many in a pile. In the end she presented the DNA evidence to the judge appropriately and that was all that was needed to terminate the order. I didn't have to say a word nor did anything my accusers had to say mattered. It is very difficult to have an order changed once the judge has ruled, so this says a lot about Miss Hyatt's capabilities.

One word to describe Phil Andrews as an attorney... phenomenal!! Phil was on top of everything! When paperwork from the other side was not filed properly or in the correct timing, he was on top of it and made sure rules and statutes were followed! We had made an investment in a local business and they had a 5 year pay off. When the time game for the payoff the people we invested with were stalling and were about 2 years behind in paying us back. We hired Phil to give us representation and some leverage.
