If I could give more stars I would. He truly is a genuinely good lawyer and works with their clients and the courts how every lawyer should. He is not a "money shark" that is out for your money and will not tell you false hopes or information that leads you to paying him more. He guides you and tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to. His prices are very reasonable and every penny was more than earned with the amount of work he did for my case. His attention to detail is phenomenal, he exceeded my expectations. He took my very messy and misdirected case a month before trial and read through all the 300 documents of heavy litagation and was able to present what my previous lawyers didn't and what I tried to do pro se, but was drowned out because I'm a father. He truly is a life saver and has passion for the cases he takes. I plan to recommend him as long as he is taking clients! Don't get thrown off by the casual wear like I did the first time, he's amazing!

I found myself between a rock and a hard place. After talking to Cameron during our first consultation he told me I would have a hard time winning the contempt charge I was facing and he was right. Even though I was facing a losing battle he fought for me with what he had to work, which impressed me a lot. There's no BS with him and he's not going to nickel-and-dime you. I've had attorneys charge me a quarter-hour for a five-minute phone call. He's very easy to work with and his hourly rate is extremely reasonable. You won't be disappointed calling him.

I hired Breanne Martin to wrap up an already-in-process dissolution on a recommendation from a trusted source. I did my research before meeting with her and really liked that she also has an MBA. That told me that not only is she qualified to complete my case, but she also has a business mind! Located in Arlington, her office is easy to get to; I was grateful not to have to go into downtown Everett.
Working with Breanne was a pleasure; She works efficiently, but also listens with an empathetic ear. She was professional, gave sound advice and kept me informed through the process. She also prepared me to have realistic expectations.
Breanne is also quite personable, relatable and has a sense of humor, which is nice as tensions can get high when one is getting a divorce. I recommended her to anyone who’s looking for legal services.

I had been contemplating divorce for years but was scared, because it was a dangerous situation. I met with several attorneys and finally felt confident that Chris could handle what I facing in trying to leave a very complicated and messy domestic violence situation. The man I was trying to divorce was facing many criminal charges, fighting for our house, full custody and more.. Chris kept my children and me safe and in our family home with money coming in. After being blindsided with a request for a divorce I searched everywhere for lawyers that could help me immediately. My head began to spin with all the horror stories I heard about men's representation in divorce/parental proceedings, especially being a man of color. I was blessed to find Genevieve Davis. She immediately took my case and helped with every step of reacting to my divorce. Mrs. Davis took care of everything, and was always extremely prompt returning my calls and took her time explaining anything I did not understand (which was alot). I am aware that this is not a guarantee, but for my specific case, Mrs Davis was able to get me everything I requested specifically the time I requested with my children. I was blessed to find Ms. Davis and have her assistance in my Family Law case. After my ex-wife contracted a dirty and unscrupulous lawyer to “destroy my life”, as she said herself, I went through almost 2 years of fear and depression due to the threats and unimageable lies they made up about me in the process. Taking advantage of my ex-wife ignorance, her perverse lawyer kept throwing her against me, making false affirmations about myself and pushing us to go into court trials just to fill up her pockets, not caring at any moment about our mental health or even about our 5 years old daughter who was in the middle of all that. Trapped in this legal imbroglio they stuck me in, and after talking to many many family attorneys - that only seemed to care if I had enough money to pay their fees - I was extremely hopeless until Ms. Davis called me and said she was going to handle my case. That was a life changer for me. Like an angel sent from the heavens she calmed down, made feel protected and drove me through the most difficult situation of my life.
Very knowledgeable, caring and fair, she won our final trial and I was still rewarded attorneys fees from my evil ex-wife.

There aren't enough words to say how amazing Ms. Davis as an attorney. My case was fraught with high level conflict regarding custody of my 1 1/2 year old daughter, we were in a very unsafe living situation at the time and Genevieve took no stops to be present in her legal advice to get us out safely, she took my frantic calls on the weekends and guided my daughter and I both out of the situation (legally speaking).
After our temporary parenting plan was put into place, she worked tirelessly to prepare us for our Permanent Parenting Plan. She guided me through multiple protection orders and gracefully handled harassing calls from my ex. At all times Ms. Davis remains with a level head and exceptionally thorough in navigating the intricacies of both combative relationships and the legal system itself. My daughter's father struggled with following the rules in our Temp PP and her council successfully lead us through CR2A agreements, contempt orders and even a criminal case.
By the time we reached the Permanent Parenting Plan trial, we received every last thing we asked for, including the requirement of my daughter's father going to DV Dad's and Anger Management counseling. While my ex and I will never be "friends" through this process and counseling we are slowly learning to be civil.
Again, do not hesitate to consider Ms. Davis as council. Her brilliant, relentless and compassionate guidance can get you the results you seek not only where you are right now, but where you want your family to be in the future.

Cathie was only on my case briefly due to circumstances beyond our control, however, as soon as I met her I felt comfortable, listened to, and hopeful. She was prompt in responding to me and with court documents needing to be addressed. (I have worked with other lawyers who took their time to get things done and often did not keep the other parties informed of new developments.) During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case. After waiting for a long time I did get my Visa. John charged me a fee that took in consideration my financial situation.

I was referred to Mr. Frost by my family law attorney. My criminal case and family law case were intertwined and it was important they work together. Mr Frost was very straightforward from the get go. He explained all options and their implications. I wrote to Lorna at the end of my 2.5-year custody battle - "Words are inadequate to express my gratefulness", and it's true. Lorna has been on my side for that long, not only as my counsel, but to me, also a friend, and a mentor.
I remember talking to a dozen attorneys who all turned down my case because of its complexity - a divorce that invovled domestic violence, dependency, immigration, and relocation - yet Lorna was the only attorney that took genuine interest in my case, and she did not even charge me for our first 2-hour consultation. She actually read through over 3000 pages of my dependency case. She always responds promptly, sometimes even after office hours, she is thorough and detailed, insightful and empathic. She remained a delightful spirit despite my ex's constant threats, harassment, and accusation directed at her.
Even though I could not continue to afford her representation toward the end of my case, and chose to represent myself in a 3-day trial, she guided me through every step to make sure I was prepared and capable. And I won, even with some extra icing on the cake I did not expect. The judge said he has not seen anyone go pro-se without an attorney and could carry out the whole trial like I did in his 14 years of experience, but I credited Lorna for her guidance. I couldn't have done it without her. She encouraged me and believed in me even when I doubted myself - unlike those lawyers on Avvo who always tell you that you are screwed if you're going to trial alone. Talking to her always made me feel better. She went above and beyond for me from beginning to end like no others, and for that I'm forever grateful for everything she has done for me.

I hired Mr Weinzierl for help with long term payment issues and child support for my son about to go to college. I am nearly 10 years post divorce with an abuser who will not stop for nothing. Rob is really calming when the ex triggers the PTSD. He knows things are upsetting but he guides with what feels like a bit of love and logic. If you have ever dealt with a truly pathological person you know how crazy they can make a legal case. There is almost nobody who understands the abuse dynamics in family law. Marguerite is the best lawyer you can get. We had a very difficult and complex case together, no one else could have won. She was always spot on, and her advice and strategy has been excellent. The mother of my child came after my family and I hard. She made accusations against my family, my friends and myself, claiming whatever she could to get full custody of our son and have a ton of restrictions put on me. I must have called at least a dozen lawyers, many of whom were either not accepting new clients or were charging insane retainer fees.
