Very slow and reactive vs proactive with strategy. Poor communication, actually they didn’t communicate when should have. Find another firm if complex divorce case.

Tajara was the third and worst attorney I have had to hire! Only ten grand for retainer to hire and that money was gone in no time with her other associates all getting there hands in the pot! Not to mention monthly billing statements have different hourly rates for the same people each month! I never even got to meet with Tajara face to face, or even see how she does in front of Judge an opposing counsel. Lastly, I’ve been fighting for custody(50/50 Placement) of my first born daughter for ten years. Now, after having at least 75/25 placement up until hiring Tajara who managed to get my placement taken away from me and then Tajara decided to file for withdrawal of counsel since she got what she wanted and left me broke and without my daughter!! Don’t hire for your own sake!

Tajara and her staff, including her daughter and her paralegal Jennifer were very, very patient with my total ignorance in this divorce and anything else to help me move ford in this devastating time in my life. If it came to a questionable subject, Tajara took the time and initiative to find the legal answer. She is ruthless and will not back down unless the client insists. She and her staff are very down to earth and very easy to speak with. Do not be afraid to ask questions and make sure you record the answers for your own history to save time and money. Speaking of money, they are very fair with what they charge and do not charge for. Besides losing my wife of 35 years, Tajara and her team made me feel at ease which I felt was super important. Do I even have to say how much I recommend her?

Excellent divorce guidance. Straightforward approach and let me chose direction when it applied. Rhonda's organization was superior to the "other" team and crunched the numbers that made sense. Rhonda did little as possible for my custody battle for my son , refused to address any police reports filed on the other party when given this law office video proof, she helped hide me from knowing my son was already baptized, chose not to fight for my rights to my son , sent interrogatories without me being able to see prior, which other party refused to answer and hurt me and my son from having a quality life and placement, also refused to discuss billing issues, abused my retainer and extra to benefit the other party , beyond heartbreaking

Cheryl Gemignani's mediation tactics were a complete failure for my case. Her element of surprise was more of a temporary stun. We thought we had an agreement only to have it backfire the next day when my wife had time to think more about it. We could have had much greater success knowing and preparing for the other's position prior to mediation. Thousands of dollars were wasted. We now sit 3 months later with no progress.

I had an appointment with Corey Monitho, and when I showed up (on-time) I was told he got delayed at court. When I asked if he would be calling me to reschedule, I was told no, that I would have to call him to reschedule. So I never called back. I'm glad I didn't spend any $$ here, but I wish they had been more professional.

I had a case come up early this year where my wife decided to move from our home in here in WV up to Wisconsin, and then began divorce proceedings against me up there. Very stressful 6 months for me, but once I connected with Rebecca she helped me manage the whole process, kept me well informed, and kept my stress level to a minimum. I have worked with quite a few attorneys over the years, and I am not exaggerating when I say that in terms of work ethic, responsiveness, and attitude, Rebecca is absolutely the best of all of them! She almost makes me want to move to Wisconsin, just in case I have more legal issues that require an attorney. Well... emphasis on "almost". :) In all seriousness, I have never, ever seen an attorney that quick to respond to emails, voicemails, questions, etc... she really made me feel like my case was a priority to her, and her counsel was worth every dollar I paid. I wouldn't even think twice to hire her again... done deal. I recommend Rebecca 150% to anyone needing legal help.

I needed to move out of state for work and hired Rebecca following a consultation with her where she assured me we had a very good case for custody modification. The timeline was short, so Rebecca had us do most of the legwork gathering third party professional testimony on behalf of our children. During the initial hearing, Rebecca recommended a GAL appointment so the judge could “rubber stamp” that recommendation. Besides offending the judge, you better pray you’re appointed a reasonable GAL. I was unprepared for the meeting with the GAL, as I had been unable to get in touch with Rebecca ad decisions were being made. As the trial approached, she went on vacation. I was called to the stand stand and cross examined by my ex husbands attorney (who was ok re litigating my divorce) without a single objection by Rebecca. Meanwhile, CPS records were ruled heresy, and witnesses to abuse were discounted again without objection from Rebecca. I lost my case and when the Bill came for a single day in court Rebecca was surprised as she stated she had assumed my parents were paying the Bill. Please do not fall for the slick sales job. She cost my children a year of unnecessary abuse.

I was extremely disappointed in Mr. Pasquale’s professionalism. My soon to be ex husbands lawyer sent him documentation I never received until two months later. He took over a week to respond via email or phone call. It was the day before our temporary hearing when he finally reached out to me and pushed me to make decisions less than 24 hours before the court date. I had to terminate the contract with him and hire a new lawyer.

I want to preface this by saying i do not have much experience with lawyers but this was just an ultimate disaster. The one positive thing i can say is that he seemed very knowledgeable at the law. But hes very arrogant, very dismissive, and very pushy. Being a woman and a parent going through one of the hardest times in my life, i really could have used some compassion and support. He himself has been through a divorce, but since it was amicable, he thinks that everyone else should too. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication from him and his paralegal. It got so bad it was weeks and weeks without hearing back, most of the time it was only because i kept calling to check in. The icing on the cake? Apparently the law form closed up and he withdrew from being my lawyer and i never got a call, email, or formal letter documenting it. Not even from the court system. I just happened to ccap my name and found out there. He also knew that i was naive about the system and i believe he took advantage of me because of it. Please, if you read this, please think twice.

Nicholas is truly an expert in his field. I had a family/separation issue that was quite a mess. Nick cleaned it up with minimal court time and alleviated major stress off of my shoulders. He puts himself in your shoes as if it was his own problem. Great attorney. I would not hesitate to use him again if need be.

Chris knew that I was being railroaded by the “justice system”, and he also knew that my Nursing License was on the line should said charges stick and result in convictions. He made absolutely no effort to fight on my behalf, took my money though and then indicated that I really had no chance of winning a trial and essentially forced me into a plea “deal” that any public defender could’ve done, and possibly even have done better!! Don’t waste your money and throw away your rights or your future! He’s not in the practice of ethical criminal defense, that’s for sure!

I hired Mr. Carson just two weeks prior to a sentencing hearing for my fiancée who was facing a pretty hefty sentence. He not only got the sentenced reduced, but with the limited time he had to prepare following the conviction; he laid the foundation for very strong argument for appeal. So much so that I have decided to re-hire him for the appeal as well. He always follows up with me in a timely manner and displays integrity and sincerity on each encounter. I have already referred him to others based upon his diligence in how he is handling our case.

I was in the middle of a terrible divorce from an abusive spouse diagnosed with several mental illnesses (sociopath). I had been dropped by my previous attorney, being told that they did not have time for my spouses games and tricks or his difficult attorney. Chris took my case when others did not want to touch it. He was able to get things done. I don't believe that anyone could have made things go faster. He explained my options to me, listened to me, tried to be creative against the crazy arguments coming from the other side, and most of all, fought for me. He stood up for me in court, with confidence. He understood my position, and had compassion. I wish I had found him in the beginning. It would have been an easier job for him. As it happened, he took a really messed up case, and saved my life. Thank you, Chris.

Kevin and Ronda square will let you down! Never answered phone calls and tried to made you feel like you shouldn’t even be calling! Got me a felony on possession of paraphernalia. Then forced me to take the charge with some excuse about his time and that he would expunge it in a year. After a year, told me to get another lawyer , not him, one that made the promise. Don’t waist your time or your money or your peace of mind!

He did not fight for my daughter's best interest, he allowed the case to drag out and only did what the guardian ad litem and other lawyer wanted, after my Daughter was sexually assaulted and beaten many times did the court finally side with me, 6 months after the mom lost her rights she died of an overdose/ suicide. When I asked him if he could just present the documentation to the judge to protect my daughter he replied I can't do that I have to work with these other lawyers in other cases.????? How is that fighting?

Her legal knowledge was in serious question when she argued that her witness need not be cross examined because the other party did not subpoena to crossexamination. Basic court procedures is a party calls a witness and then the other party has a right to cross examine or the witnesses testimony is invalid.

I was first referred to Judith by a friend of a friend. My situation was a sticky one including an OFP against my (at the time) husband along with handling our divorce (and custody of our 3 children) concurrently. It was an extremely difficult time in my life and having Judith as my lawyer gave me confidence and a feeling of security throughout the process. She took the time to listen and fully understand the dynamics of the situation throughout the 12 months it took to fully go through the process of handling the OFP, SENE, guardian ad litem, mediation and negotiations of custody and financial arrangements, all divorce proceedings and child support hearing. During all court dates and negotiations, I always knew that Judith was looking out for my (and my children's) best interests and her approach of handling herself was always in the manner I would hope an attorney would act - in control and honestly, having "no time" for shenanigans coming from opposing counsel. Judith was always very up front with me with realistic expectations from the courts and legal system, which was invaluable - particularly as I've never been through any of this before (as most haven't). Learning legal terminology, laws and processes is overwhelming, particularly when mixed with a high emotional time. Judith was on top of it all, keeping me informed with full explanations. Financial-wise, Judith was able to effectively stick to the initial discussed monies needed to cover expenses, I never once felt "nickel and dimed". I will absolutely recommend Judith in the future!

Linda Ivanovic was recommended to me by a friend of mine who divorced few years back and said Linda saved his life. Linda has provided me with reasonable and direct counsel in regards to continued threats and motions by my ex-wife (we divorced over 7 years ago). Linda does not allow emotional rants and threats from my ex-wife dissuade her from reasonable representation and fair solutions. You can't reason with crazy - don't even try....hire Linda to do it for you.

I hired Emily to represent me in my divorce based on Avvo reviews. At my first meeting she told me to start to pay my estranged husband's bills, her opinion was that I would be paying them in the end anyway. She gave in way too easily, I don't feel she fought hard for me, I also found her to be condescending. I would not recommend her.

Unfortunately, I've had a few run-in's with DUI/DWI in Wisconsin. I was referred to David through a friend who also worked with him for a drunk driving ticket. David was incredibly knowledgeable on how the process works in Wisconsin and you could tell he had a lot of experience helping others before me. I was able to get a significant amount of reductions both financially and to my driving record that allowed me to maintain an active license. I would definitely recommend reaching out if you got a DUI.

David helped me with a personal injury case roughly a year ago. I was extremely concerned about finding a lawyer who had the knowledge to protect me rights after my accident (personal), along with billing that would fit inline with my budget. David was a perfect choice at the end of the day as he was able to get me the money I deserved while not asking for half in return. I also really appreciated his communication and trust-worthiness.

The not so good. -Almost impossible to get a phone call or e-mail back from David after multiple attempts. -Never explained really what will happen at court dates, both present and future. The good -My drug charge was dropped as he worked with the DA. -Price was average amongst Janesville lawyers for my DUI case. -Talks to you like a human and his office is far from impressive like high end lawyers who want your money.

My brother hired this firm to handle his divorce. From the very beginning it was a bad decision. The first hearing was handled by an attorney in their office he had never even spoken to before, the guy showed up minutes before the hearing unprepared causing the need for another hearing. He then showed up at this hearing with all of the documentation needed to fix his original blunder, which by the way my brother paid for by needing to have another hearing which they charged him for. He proceeded thru this hearing and totally forgot to speak on one of the reasons he was there and the judge made her judgement leaving an order in place that should’ve never been. So another hearing was needed which again they charged him for. Time after time throughout the divorce they have dropped the ball, too many to list in this review. Long story shorter he ended up paying them over $30k and had a balance of $4k with an agreement he was paying. They decided to drop him as a client with less than a month to go before the final trial leaving him without an attorney knowing it would cost no less than $10k to get another. I’ve never been around a bigger group of blood sucking vultures in my life.

I hired attorney Kathleen Hessel to help me with a contempt hearing. From the start, Ms. Hessel was not looking out for my best interests. She did not offer concrete steps I could take. I had to require her to take my offers to the other side. I was able to do that myself. It was a complete waste of money for me to hire this law firm.

Christopher was sincere and treated me like a human being. He was at every court hearing and met with me whenever I needed. He got some of my charges dismissed and got me a plea deal with lower charges and without jail time. He looked into all the evidence I submitted and worked with the DA on them.

I was lucky to find PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST and they raised my credit from 580 to 801. Also, my parents have no established credit reporting. They went bankrupt like 15 years back. Chris was not only a great lawyer, but he was also compassionate with me and my circumstances. He is a great communicator, and easy to open up to in difficult situations . Honestly I paid him 7,000 to represent me . I got a email the day before my sentencing date stating that he wouldn’t be able to represent me. I’ve called many times and the phones are disconnected. I used all the money I had to buy him and I’m 19 years old and he scammed … I have emailed him and called him to be left with nothing ..
