Baend isn’t your average attorney. He was upfront and even told me initially he may not be able to handle my case as it wasn’t his specialty, but promised to be transparent thru the process. I haven't (luckily) had too many run-ins with law enforcement, but when I did, as an out of town traveler in WY, I was terrified. It was a product of unfortunate circumstance, and I didn't know where to turn and what to do.
I feared that if I contracted a lawyer, (s)he'd take an arm and a leg and leave me to still pay heavy court fines without any result. But I also realized that I needed one, and after a few weeks of deep research, I landed on Ryan Wright.
Initially, his education and reviews sold me on the firm, but from the beginning it was clear to me that I had made an excellent decision for one of the most stressful moments in my life. Ryan, from the get go, was intelligent, a keen listener, and shrewd in his approach. He has an excellent understanding of the law as well as intuition for nuance, and – most importantly – goes wayyyy above and beyond to ensure that his clients have the best deal possible. He did that for me than anyone I've ever hired, at a very fair (and even slightly below market) price.
In the end, I got a pocket deferral, which to laypeople (such as myself) is the equivalent of the holy grail in court results – it happens very, very rarely. Don’t get me wrong – Ryan never guaranteed that result (he couldn’t – no lawyer can – due to the element of chance) but I have no doubt in my mind that he did every single thing in his power to make that happen.
If you’re debating whether Ryan is a sound choice – I hope this review puts your mind at ease. I’d choose him as my lawyer 10/10 times, and I am by nature someone cautious and slow to build trust with.

Stacy demonstrated her outstanding ability to formulate a winning legal strategy by focusing on the most important aspects of my case - what a breath of fresh air. She quickly developed an overview and demonstrated her excellent analytical skills by pulling the relevant pieces from the large volume of written material in a matter of days. Stacy read everything! She did not cut corners.
Stacy showed her superb organizational skills by summarizing the evidence in a systematic spreadsheet, a mere glance showed in a clear fashion how the evidence fit together in a convincing manner. My case is considered difficult and complex, the seasoned judge wrote that he had not encountered in one case so many difficult aspects.
Stacy was very prompt in her communication, she works in real-time, she never left me hanging. Stacy demanded transparency and she always performed due diligence, if I could not provide evidence to confirm a claim it was not going to be used. Period. This speaks volumes about Stacy’s integrity.

It was in the courtroom that I saw the same professional side of Stacy, her cross-examination of witnesses was professional and devastatingly effective and without any of the horse and pony show elements used by the opposing counsel. In the weeks leading up to trial we were exchanging dozens of email a day to go over the hundreds of pages of last minute records that we received from the opposing side. To say that Stacy thoroughly prepared my case for trial is not an understatement.
Stacy made her capable and efficient staff available to me for small and big things related to the case.

I would highly recommend Al Durante and his entire staff at Durante Bock & Tota. His paralegal, Josephine Clarke, was a pleasure to work with beginning with our first conversation. Both Al and Josephine made me feel completely comfortable at all times and were highly responsive each and every time I called or email them. My uncontested divorce was a smooth as ever! I could write the book on it now and have sent several friends to Al for the same services. The entire process took less than 3 mos. from start to final divorce and I never even set foot in Court. This is the way to do it!!!
I worked with Al to write the agreement that I felt the most comfortable with. He explained every question I had, and I never felt insecure or awkward for one moment.

If you are in need of an attorney in the state of Wyoming seek no further, Jamie Woolsey, is the one. She is so professional but overall she is so patient and understanding. If you are like me that is not into law and don’t understand all that language, she takes her time and explains it to in ways that you understand. She gives you examples that make sense. It's not common to talk with a lawyer in regards to a legal situation when the lawyer has nothing to gain from the conversation, but this is exactly what happened when I contacted Joshua Merseal. I called Josh and he quickly and politely fit me into his schedule later that day. When we spoke later Josh took his time listening to my situation and provided answers to every question I asked of him. Once we were ending the phone call I asked if he would be able to take this case on. He stated that he would like to, but needed to put the majority of his time towards a large case which he expected to end in February. Joshua is greatly knowledgeable in criminal defense.
He showed concern for my legal issue, explained what process we should follow and how we should move forward. Joshua treated me with attention handling my serious legal issue with extreme caution giving me several options to choose from and informed me which one would work best in my case. I retained Mrs. Reeves-Olson for a divorce case in 2019/2020. She was expeditious in all of her communications with me. Her ethical and good nature make her very easy to work with, however, don't let that dissuade you from retaining her. Mrs. Reeves-Olson is very methodical and utilizes her skillset with surgical precision inside and out of the courtroom.
I had a complicated case with multiple children, assets, retirement, etc. Not only was an agreement reached prior to court, but the settlement was fair and represented what my kids and I needed. All of this was done for a very fair and agreeable fee.
I would recommend Mrs. Reeves-Olson to anyone looking for a divorce attorney. She was/is a miracle worker.

Mr. Melchoir was the first attorney we contacted who knew exactly how to handle an adoption from Nebraska. This was a relative, whose mother was unable to care for her son and whose birth father had never met him. He handled every step with integrity and respect, ensuring that both birth parents fully understood their individual decisions to relinquish their rights AND had their own separate legal representation so there could be no challenges against the adoption in the future. Handling an adoption across state lines is particularly cumbersome, and he made it seem easy (after multiple other attorneys seemed confused and muddled). I hired Steve when my ex wife moved out of state and expected to take our children with Her. I appreciated the fact that Steve had a plan from the beginning, he clearly knew how to win and did so with integrity. Tony is down to earth. He's a real person, who's seen it all. He's sensitive to the situation, but doesn't mess around or beat around the bush. He's honest, whether you like what he has to say or not. He's articulate and, if he has to be, forceful in court. He's sharp as a tack, and any lawyers going up against him better be on their toes, because he's quick and nothing gets past him. He's a little arrogant, but he's paid his dues and deserves to be.
As a judge he's tough, because he has the best interest of of all involved in mind at all times. We're lucky to have Tony in Laramie.
