I retained Mrs. Reeves-Olson for a divorce case in 2019/2020. She was expeditious in all of her communications with me. Her ethical and good nature make her very easy to work with, however, don't let that dissuade you from retaining her. Mrs. Reeves-Olson is very methodical and utilizes her skillset with surgical precision inside and out of the courtroom.
I had a complicated case with multiple children, assets, retirement, etc. Not only was an agreement reached prior to court, but the settlement was fair and represented what my kids and I needed. All of this was done for a very fair and agreeable fee.
I would recommend Mrs. Reeves-Olson to anyone looking for a divorce attorney. She was/is a miracle worker.

Ms. Mercer was called regarding changes to the Wills of my parents. My parents wills had not be amended since they were originally written when they were in their forties and they are now in there eighties. We discussed the various options and decided on a codicil for each one. She asked thorough questions about each one. The new codicils were drawn up and then we reviewed them together to make sure everything was covered to my parents specifications. Ms. Mercer is reliable, thorough, easy to work with and knowledgeable.

I hired Cheryl to represent me in a messy custody case. The legal representation that she provided went above and beyond what I was expecting. She was very thorough throughout the entire process and was amazing in the courtroom. She responded to every singly phone call and email within a day. Her diligence in collecting facts on my case was hands down the reason that I walked out of the courtroom that day confident that a decision would be made in my favor.... And it was.

He was hired to be an advocate, he was hard to reach, didn’t return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, I did not feel as though he had my back through the whole process. When push came to shove he did not represent the party as previously discussed. Very disappointed in his lack of representation, I would not recommend him due to lack of follow through with what was discussed before the court hearing, lack of communication and his temperament!

I would highly recommend Al Durante and his entire staff at Durante Bock & Tota. His paralegal, Josephine Clarke, was a pleasure to work with beginning with our first conversation. Both Al and Josephine made me feel completely comfortable at all times and were highly responsive each and every time I called or email them. My uncontested divorce was a smooth as ever! I could write the book on it now and have sent several friends to Al for the same services. The entire process took less than 3 mos. from start to final divorce and I never even set foot in Court. This is the way to do it!!!
I worked with Al to write the agreement that I felt the most comfortable with. He explained every question I had, and I never felt insecure or awkward for one moment.
Anyone going through this would be wise to see Al. The speed of the process and the very reasonable cost was unmatched. I even used their Real Estate attorney, to close on my house as we finalized the divorce.

Ordinarily I do not write reviews. However, there is sometimes a rule to the exception. I was highly impressed with Mr. Durante and his team. I had a personal injury case and he was very real and up front which I respect regarding what can and cannot be done. He kept me informed about my case and always requested my feedback on how I would like to proceed in my case. He was not cunning or superficial which I respected. I would highly recommend Mr. Durante and his team as they are extremely knowledgeable, effective, and efficient. Mr. Durante's law firm has integrity.

Mr. Melchoir was the first attorney we contacted who knew exactly how to handle an adoption from Nebraska. This was a relative, whose mother was unable to care for her son and whose birth father had never met him. He handled every step with integrity and respect, ensuring that both birth parents fully understood their individual decisions to relinquish their rights AND had their own separate legal representation so there could be no challenges against the adoption in the future. Handling an adoption across state lines is particularly cumbersome, and he made it seem easy (after multiple other attorneys seemed confused and muddled). Mr. Melchoir made it possible for a lost little boy to be adopted into our loving home.

I appreciated the fact that Steve had a plan from the beginning, he clearly knew how to win and did so with integrity. Tony is down to earth. He's a real person, who's seen it all. He's sensitive to the situation, but doesn't mess around or beat around the bush. He's honest, whether you like what he has to say or not. He's articulate and, if he has to be, forceful in court. He's sharp as a tack, and any lawyers going up against him better be on their toes, because he's quick and nothing gets past him. He's a little arrogant, but he's paid his dues and deserves to be.
As a judge he's tough, because he has the best interest of of all involved in mind at all times. We're lucky to have Tony in Laramie.

La secretaria le valio m*** citarnos lo mas pronto posible y mejor nos dijo que le buscaramos por otro lado. Entiendo que estan ocupados pero fue la manera en como me hablo. En fin, se cito una consulta con trefonas, me cobraba $10,000 para investigar el caso y para pedir un bond. Y que no era seguro nada. No querian darme nada de información ya que yo no era la del caso. Pero claro que ivan aceptar mi dinero. Aparte nos dijo que tendriamos que pagar las horas de la secretaria. El caso era de imigracion. No fue caso criminal pero se aferraron ellas que era caso criminal. Les dije claramente que queriamos estar listos ya que mi esposo iva terminar su sentencia con el estado. Termine llamando a Idaho Falls y solo me cobraron $3,500 por todo y fue un excito.
