Ms. Mercer was called regarding changes to the Wills of my parents. My parents wills had not be amended since they were originally written when they were in their forties and they are now in there eighties. We discussed the various options and decided on a codicil for each one. She asked thorough questions about each one. The new codicils were drawn up and then we reviewed them together to make sure everything was covered to my parents specifications. Ms. Mercer is reliable, thorough, easy to work with and knowledgeable.

I hired Cheryl to represent me in a messy custody case. The legal representation that she provided went above and beyond what I was expecting. She was very thorough throughout the entire process and was amazing in the courtroom. She responded to every singly phone call and email within a day. Her diligence in collecting facts on my case was hands down the reason that I walked out of the courtroom that day confident that a decision would be made in my favor.... And it was.

Maybe the law firm as a whole is good. But I would not trust Micheal Bennet to be my attorney especially if you're in Carbon County as he is a municipal judge there. He told me to take a plea deal on a case where the warrant was expired it was served at night when it was written for day time only the Carbon County Sheriffs had lost 2 bodycam footage before the last one. I mean a free defense attorney could have fought this case with more vigor. But he talks a great game. $15,000 for my felony case. I was a great cop perfect track record. Come from Colorado perfect record never even a speeding ticket, case was handled by an inept deputy who couldn't even testify at my termination hearing without stuttering and flailing as he was lying. We had video and audio evidence to constrict everything. But good ol boy Micheal Bennet said take the plea deal and we will go on the offensive against them. I will tell the paper and radio on your behalf all the items they did wrong. You won't have this wrongful felony against you just a minor misdemeanor. Well $15,000 got me about 45 min of work for him. We signed the plea deal and he ghosted us. Since then we have had numerous deputies come to us saying how I was railroaded and our attorney from this law firm was along for the ride.

Where do i even begin. I had to take time writing this to make sure i got everything i should appreciate this lawfirm with. Jackson and Ojeda LLC was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to my so complicated case that can easily be that one off case. Monique and her paralegal Heather specifically were a beacon of hope for me at a time where my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed like a dream. She was calm, collected, empathetic and she offered emotional succor to me that i will never forget. Though it may seem trivial, her sense of humor was all i needed to bring light of a difficult situation. The so many times i wanted to throw in the towel, she became a pillar of strength and assurance that no matter how long it will take or the outcome she would be there till the end and she was. My life hit a major loss while going through 6 felonies, facing years in prison, 8 months of stress on me. He was hired to be an advocate, he was hard to reach, didn’t return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, I did not feel as though he had my back through the whole process. When push came to shove he did not represent the party as previously discussed. Very disappointed in his lack of representation, I would not recommend him due to lack of follow through with what was discussed before the court hearing, lack of communication and his temperament!

Day is too caught up in her own personal problems to help you with yours. She is constantly out of town in Cheyenne, on vacation and responds weeks later on her own convenience. I would highly recommend staying as far away from it as possible. Her busy selfish schedule delays every process and it is always late in submitting required documents. Her integrity is very poor and is known to lie to everyone. Judges are not fond of her so stay away.

Went through a divorce with a different lawyer and that was a disaster and really screwed up so I went to DaNece to try to see about fixing things. She looked through and she said it definitely could use some change because things were not correct both with filing some things more than once and also some things weren't filed at all. She has since fixed everything that needed done and continues to help when my ex continues to take me to court. It has been a stressful drawn out situation but she always does everything she can to make things as easy as possible and she always cares about my kids and myself. I've even had to contact her on holidays dealing with custody situations and she has taken the time to help me. I couldn't be happier with everything she has done for me!

Denace took care of everything I had negative things said about her and had doubts it is know three years later and everything she did and said was spot on it’s hard to understand why attorneys do things you don’t understand but that’s why you pay them is for what you don’t know.
