Best of the Best Where do i even begin. I had to take time writing this to make sure i got everything i should appreciate this lawfirm with. Jackson and Ojeda LLC was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to my so complicated case that can easily be that one off case. Monique and her paralegal Heather specifically were a beacon of hope for me at a time where my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed like a dream. She was calm, collected, empathetic and she offered emotional succor to me that i will never forget. Though it may seem trivial, her sense of humor was all i needed to bring light of a difficult situation. The so many times i wanted to throw in the towel, she became a pillar of strength and assurance that no matter how long it will take or the outcome she would be there till the end and she was. She steered me in the right direction and helped me determine what was in the best interest for me and my children and she was right. She will have your back even when you are low and down. At one point she paid for my hotel room for the night when i was low and never asked to be paid back. She made a volatile situation calm and brought an outstanding outcome after what seemed impossible and after the final courtdate all parties involved were happy and satisfied with her work which is very rare but we all felt like winners. She is tough when needed and even then she does so with grace. The respect she gets from both opposing counsel and the judiciary is all you need to know that you found the right attorney. I am a Mom who had false accusations against me regarding my parenting abilities. It was an extremely frightening experience and was due to an ex-husband’s wife making false claims. However, after retaining Monique and her team, I was extremely relieved by their competence and diligence. They were aggressive in court and compassionate toward myself and my situation. After they cleared my name, my son and I have an amazingly close relationship. I now have two beautiful granddaughters and I truly believe this wouldn’t have been possible had my awesome attorney not stood her ground and proved he should not have been in the environment he was at that time. Alex is by far the most amazing attorney I have ever met. She keeps you updated on everything and can smell a lie like a fart in a car. She helped my daughter with a very sticky complex custody case and even though it’s far from over for us, she most definitely out did herself, she responds quickly to emails, but even better is how she is in court. You want a great custody lawyer. Look no farther.

I've never felt like a number in my life. Worst representation money can buy. I got passed around and ended up with someone who was impatient, let his personal life get in the way of my case and reasonably fair outcomes I was hoping to achieve. La secretaria le valio m*** citarnos lo mas pronto posible y mejor nos dijo que le buscaramos por otro lado. Entiendo que estan ocupados pero fue la manera en como me hablo. En fin, se cito una consulta con trefonas, me cobraba $10,000 para investigar el caso y para pedir un bond. Y que no era seguro nada. No querian darme nada de información ya que yo no era la del caso. Pero claro que ivan aceptar mi dinero. Aparte nos dijo que tendriamos que pagar las horas de la secretaria. El caso era de imigracion. No fue caso criminal pero se aferraron ellas que era caso criminal. Les dije claramente que queriamos estar listos ya que mi esposo iva terminar su sentencia con el estado. Termine llamando a Idaho Falls y solo me cobraron $3,500 por todo y fue un excito.

As a long time practicing attorney, I know what it means to work hard for a client, to counsel a client, and to advocate for a client. And that is why I hired Devon to represent me. Devon does all of those as well if not better than any attorney I have ever known. She came highly recommended and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. She clearly communicated the strengths and weaknesses of my case, gave me an honest perspective based on her vast experience, and allowed me to make an informed decision, always immediately responsive to my questions and concerns. It was also very apparent to me during my litigation that Devon has the respect and admiration of her colleagues and the court where we appeared. She is reasonable too, and as such considers the costs of protracted litigation to her client from a financial perspective, but also from an emotional one. In my case, it was necessary to litigate, and I can say with confidence that Devon's skills in the courtroom, her command of the facts and law, were the reason we were successful in our suit. I recommended Devon to another professional, a friend of mine, and I know that his experience with her mirrored mine. There are other good civil litigators in this state, but I don't think there is a better one.

Devon did not get discovery completed, missed deadlines and did not turn over my evidence so I couldn’t present it. Great at talking a big game and then can’t produce. Hire someone else. She will make you lose everything.

I had them do my estate planning in 2022. I paid what they said I owed and received the rest of the retainer back from them. In 2024 I wanted to make some very minor changes to my estate plan. They asked for a $5,000 retainer. When I questioned why it would take so much to make a couple of changes, the reason I was given was that they undercharged me the first time.

I have hired this lady two times several years ago and this year she doesn’t fight for you. When you talk to her legal team, they will tell you anything and everything to get you to hire them and then once it comes down to going to court and everything else for you. I’ll tell you find a new attorney they did absolutely nothing for me. I have to fight my own court case because of them. Oh last, but not least her attitude is horrible she don’t care about you she never will. She only cares about your money out of your pocket. Do not hire her

Excellent service for handling my uncle’s estate; Nolan was responsive, proactive, detail-oriented to ensure this estate wrapped in under a year. Do not hire! Caused me to lose money on divorce settlement and does not know the law! Allowed divorce settlement to be delayed which did NOT have to be. Confronted him about billing questions, had inflated charges, mistakes made on important documents including wrong client name AND SSN! Stopped responding to emails and did not call me back. Did NOT credit my account of multiple payments made on time. I am currently taking my case before the Wyoming Bar. Waste of money and time!

My daughter got herself into trouble 1000 miles from home and I was at a loss for who to hire to help her. I looked at many attorneys based in the Cheyenne area and decided to go with Beth, She has a great Resume and got many great reviews from colleagues. She also has broad knowledge of the law which is a plus. Well to be completely honest I am glad I hired her. Even though we live 1000 miles away she was genuinely caring and timely. By the time I had drove out there she had researched the specifics of the case and was able to help secure bond for my daughter even though the circumstances with the case were less than ideal. Lets just say I would highly recommend.......

My life hit a major loss while going through 6 felonies, facing years in prison, 8 months of stress on me. I like to say, I had this lawyer when I was in my teens and she’s been good to me there’s times and I should’ve been gone. She kept me out. She’s been on my side ever since and I don’t got nothing bad to say about her her if she don’t get with you right then she will get to you you have to be patient. She is a very good lawyer and that’s all I got to say is I wouldn’t ask for nobody else but her for myself.

Very slow and very underwhelming. There's no sense of urgency in completing any tasks at any point in time unless it's on her time. You have to constantly TRY to contact to find out if anything if moving in your case. To which you will find the answer is most likely no.

Do not use. She takes a non refundable deposit while other lawyers don't. She will not work for you until you start to push her. Herself and staff will miss your dead lines. Takes money and run. Just dont use her, many other options. I could go on and on, but take this for what it is worth.

I believe Danielle Schumacher was an amazing attorney for my case. I had a divorce with children that involved a lot of animosity between myself and my ex. Danielle did not just advocate for my case but she also helped counsel me through the process. Divorces are an emotional and trying time and Danielle couldn't have been more supportive, and fight hard for me to get what I wanted out of this case. I was scarred I was going to lose all relationships with my children and through Danielle's expertise and experience, we were able to settle our case to benefit not only myself and my ex but most importantly our kids. I also would never hire her. My case was a simple one, but did she complicate things. She did what she wanted, not what I wanted. Had to make appointment to have simple question answered. Called another attorney and had it answered that day, NO CHARGE. Never in the office, or so I was always told. All I can say is NOPE, call anyone else. Very disappointed. Can't even give one star.

First she never once met with me in person during the divorce. I picked her because she had a Sheridan office that never was. She didn’t fight for me the way I wanted or thought I deserved. After all said and done, I would say she is not the lawyer to advocate for you. And if you have question post divorce about the terms she wrote up in the decree, she won’t answer. Ignores you completely when a simple response to a email is all that is needed.

Becky is highly incompetent. She was easily dominated by the other attorney. She was unprepared and late on pretty much everything she was responsible for. I did most of the leg work on preparing information and research for my case. To the point she even complimented me only for it to be ignored. She was even late on her billing invoices. Eventually it became clear she wanted off my case. These violations are so offending that I am seriously considering filing a complaint to the Bar Association. She argued mute points and often appeared to forget she worked for me. I encourage all of you to find another attorney. This is your life, your children's lives. I would even go so far as to recommend my ex's attorney over Becky. Believe me or not but can you take the chance?

She uses delay tactics on behalf of her clients to stall cases, causing irreparable damage to l involved. She fails to respond in a timely manner to the other attorneys the the cases she represents and makes promises to the magistrates that she does not follow through on (such as filing paperwork when promised). She also for not come prepared to cases with all the information needs to thorough examine witnesses, which would easily be done with simple web searches.

He was hired to clear up paper work on my mother's house after she died. We hired him May 1st, 2017. By the end of July he had still not filed with probate and was purposely sitting on paperwork. When confronted he said we were free to get another lawyer and he might get it done by mid September. We need the settlement to pay for her services and to relieve her debts. He was not pleasant, refused to return phone calls and did not have our best interests in mind. I believe he drags his feet and does not do his job except to charge for time.

mr. drury was not only excessively late for two of my court dates, he completely fail to show up to my change of plea hearing. that led to a new court date and delay of this court proceeding. he had taken my case pro bono and then forgot and is now trying to bill me $4000.00 dollars for his services. allowed my case to drag out for two years and 9 court hearings.
