I needed legal counsel for each of my older teenage boys, both for separate issues within a two year period (2014 and 2016). My first phone call to Wade was a message of urgency I left on his voicemail at 2am one morning because my son had been arrested and was in jail. Wade returned my call by 8am and began working for us immediately, which included visiting my son in jail. He took the situations with each of my boys seriously; he was eager to help and was great with keeping us informed, we didn't feel like just another number. My son's crimes were wiped of their permanent adult record and their probation terms were reasonable as well. His expertise in the law, as well as his personal interest in helping others, gave us great peace of mind. I felt my boys were well represented and as a parent I felt supported.

When I first ended up in my legal problems, I was afraid, confused and frustrated, I found Wade from online and decided to contact him, it was the best decision I ever done in my life!
He is extremely confident and knows what he is doing, he told me he never lost a felony case in his long career, and to my expectations I walked away from my serious legal problems ( 11 felonies) .
I tried other lawyers before, but no one ever like Wade. He gave me his personal cell phone, always answers or texts back. He actually cares about his clients like family!
If it wasn't for Wades hard work and determination I wouldn't be writing this review right now online, I would of been writing letters to my wife from prison.

I called Attorney Nacht for direction with a complicated legal issue. He had no jurisdiction in the state in which I needed help. But he patiently listened, and then spent considerable time searching out and connecting me with an A1 attorney who specialized in the area of law needed and in the state needed. He took time to contact a a senior and knowledgeable attorney he knew in that state, and then got back with me with a recommendation of someone who 'hung the moon in the sky' as it related to my needs, legal grounds and representation. She accomplished in less than 7 weeks, what several (5) attorneys I spoke with said was unlikely to be achieved. My respect and appreciation of Attorney Nacht is matchless. He got me to the solution I needed.

An attorney friend ours referred us to Mark Gatesman because of his membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorney’s. We hired Mark to help us with our son, a minor, who foolishly got into trouble. Mark assured us he could resolve the matter without our son having a criminal record. In a time of anxiety and uncertainty, Mark was able to answer all our questions. In Court Mark was able to get the case completely dismissed. Now my son doesn’t have a criminal record due to a one-time lapse in judgment. Mark Gatesman’s representation demonstrated compassion knowledge and experience in Juvenile Law. My in-laws, who lived in Florida died, passed away suddenly. We were aware that Mark Gatesman was licensed to practice in the State of Florida, so we hired him to assist us with the Florida Probate. Mark answered all our questions about the Florida estate process and helped us fairly divide the estate within the family. It was comforting and wonderful having a knowledgeable local attorney who was able to handle our out of state Florida Probate issues efficiently and in a very timely manner.

Mark Gatesman represented me when I was sued in a professional capacity as a Realtor, a potential buyer was injured during a showing. Mark was able to explain the entire litigation process to me, which helped with the fear and anxitety that comes with being sued. Mark assured me that he would resolve the lawsuit to my satisfaction. Mark filed a motion requesting the Judge dismiss the lawsuit. In Court, Mark argued hard for me and was able to peruade the Judge to dismiss the lawsuit. We initially hired a larger firm who claimed they would do a great job for my boyfriend, but without even looking into his case they already were discussing a plea. Steve took his time with my boyfriends case and reviewed all the information involved. He treated us like people instead of just a file. We appreciate that. When I was 33 years old my life was quite different than it is today. I am so grateful that I hired Mr. Phelan for my defense Attorney. I had hit my rock bottom when I met him. 2 seperate drug cases in less than 2 month in 2 different counties. I was looking at a 2 year mandatory sentence for possession with intent & possession.
One county (Kent) he got my charges dropped so no time there. The other county (Ottawa) the charges reduced to possession. I was given 3 years probation and some fines. I helped him by first taking responsibility for my charges and being proactive. I completed IOP ( intensive out patient) therapy, I attended AA/NA meetings and had a paper signed proving my attendance, completed 120 hours of Community Service (of my choice not theirs) I wrote a proposal to the judge offering action towards improving my self as a citizen in lieu of incarceration.
Larry didn’t really know what to do with a client like myself but he worked it in my favor. Giving me a second chance to make things right and live as a responsible woman. That is exactly what I did. I haven’t spoken with Larry in many years I have kept track of him for I’m a far. He is a fantastic, compassionate, fourth right attorney. If he asks you to do something,… do it!
He will do his best to defend you!

I was arrested twice for DUI within a year and a half and he kept me from going to jail. He explained the process along the way, and in the end he negotiated a deal that kept me out of jail each time. He was kind, professional and I would call him again, but I hope I will not have to.

I do see that she has good reviews but I’m guessing she tries to bully/use attorney tactics to not list them. This attorney was hired over 7 months ago and has done zero offensive moves. She tried surprising me with a bill 7 months after service. We were gonna trade man hours of construction work for man hours of attorney work. When I tried to confront her of why she doesn’t answer emails/calls for sometimes weeks on end she immediately withdrew. My daughter is literally getting abused on her watch and she has not filed one single motion on my daughter’s behalf. For 7 months my daughter has continued to get abused physically and mentally without a single motion filed. I asked for simple counseling and some phone time to be able to communicate with my daughter since day one. Here we are 7 months later and apparently she’s ready to file a motion. She must have some sort of agenda because she commanded an immediate start date on a huge master bathroom full remodel top to bottom. She thinks her less than 20 hours she’s put into my case over a 7 month time period earns a $50,000 bathroom that takes months to complete. So after 7 months of making my daughter experience Child protective services, police contact and care house interview which all only put my daughter through even more abuse. Now after I complain that my daughter isn’t getting any help from her she runs away and drops my daughter in the middle of a high conflict case. She was only concerned with manipulating me into giving her some elaborate bathroom with months of work in exchange for less than 20 hours of her time. For everyone else I hope she returns your phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Make sure you ask how much she charges upfront and make sure she returns your calls or emails in a 24 hour period. She’s probably going to bully me or tell all attorneys not to help my daughter. Super sad and seems very bitter/manipulative.

I hired Paul Stabelin and he saved my life.
And I’m not saying this lightly - If it were not for this man, I would have lost everything, including my freedom and even ability to write this review.
