They have represented me in the 3M settlement. They told me the letter was sent to my bank on 5 September. They also said the were I constant contact with my bank. My bank has not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails and called 3 times. They have yet to call or respond to my inquiries. As of 24 Sept I still have not received money from them. If I could give a negative star it would represent my feelings toward these scam artist.

David has been instrumental in getting my case dismissed. We chose David as he was available on a weekend and he gave us confidence that he would bring the best outcome. He came up with a game plan right away. He was able to change the protection order within a very short time frame, so I can be home with my kids. David’s team is always a phone call away to answer my concerns. He’s always available for court dates and didn’t accept the reduced charge from prosecution and took the case to jury trial. My very close friend made the mistake of a third DWI. He faced felony charges and deportation back to his birth country (he was born in Vietnam, but raised here since he was a toddler). Due to the immense stress of this pending trial, he even suffered physically/medically.
Jack was very compassionate and even took the time to meet my friend/client, his brother, and even me in his office.
He answered all of my texts and calls very quickly throughout the entire process. He even answered a frantic weekend call from me (when he was probably with his family).
Jack made miracles happen and was able to receive a misdemeanor plea deal within a very short time (less than 5 months).

Being detained and taken into custody is an extremely traumatic experience. It's during those times that you need an experienced legal team to be by your side in court. For myself it came in the form of a 3 AM stop where I was soon sitting in a patrol car waiting to be transported to the magistrates; by the time I was allowed access to a phone there were only 2 numbers to call: my family to tell them I won't be home for supper and The Locke Law Group. Being tightly shackled in county lock up, surrounded by 80 other detainees is trying and exhausting; but even after a full 24-hour-no-sleep-detention, I knew the long day wouldn't be over until I spoke with Shannon on the phone. In the summer of 2023 I found myself in a situation that I never thought myself to be in. I was involved in an incident where there could have been some serious consequences, for others and also me.
