I had a criminal and civil cases for a car accident because I was charged with driving with a suspended license and I rear-ended the other car. I wanted to avoid jail time, and Attorney In-Chul Sohn negotiated a deal on the first court date (Class B) for just a small fine. I was very happy. He also took care of the threat of a lawsuit from the other driver. Actually, I received a traffic ticket, too, for that accident, and Attorney Sohn arranged for a small fine. So, he took care of 2 criminal charges and 1 civil case with very little I paid in fine. I was extremely happy with the way Attorney Sohn took care of all the problems.

I hired Tiffany and Kevin to represent me in a sexual assault case accusation in Austin, TX that put my life on hold, with the risk of destroying everything I had worked so hard for. Tiffany was the lead counsel for this case. During the pretrial phase, they kept me informed and worked with me to look at every angle of this case to try to get a positive outcome to my case. They were committed to my case and knew my case better than I would have expect them to. I was surprised during the trial, my lawyers knew the case, facts, inconsistencies, the witnesses better than anyone in that courtroom. One could tell Tiffany and Kevin had been studying this case and were prepared to win. They did not leave anything for chances. Unfortunately, even though as time went by and the DA learned more about the case and it became more clear the accuser was lying, he was not willing to drop the charges.
Kevin and Tiffany did everything they could with multiple trips to Austin, but no offer was acceptable to me. It was the most scary time of my life. I was facing up to 40 years, which meant I could lose everything in my life. I listened to their recommendations and put my life on their hands, taking my case to trial. While I was still in college in 2015, a handful of classmates and I went to a bar, and when the night was over one classmate and I went to my apartment. At the time we were both in other relationships and didn't want anyone to know about the situation. After the affair in my apartment, I took her to her boyfriend's apartment and went on to sleep. Everything seemed normal. A few days later I heard from others that she had been making up stories, but I didn't know exactly what and did not worry much since I had not done anything legally wrong. Fast-forward 2 years and I got arrested over whatever false accusation she had made. Her story had things that did not make sense, but that did not make the investigators stop and question her. Her statement strictly made me face these charges.
If I ever was to be asked about a great lawyer that is going to work hard to win a case and knows the law, I will undoubtedly recommend Tiffany and Kevin. They know what they are doing and I can say that they will work hard to win a case, not leaving room for a surprise. Even my family was amazed at the way they were prepared in the courtroom and how much knowledge they had to defend my case. They really went the extra mile to win and DID.

Theres a reason this dude has over a hundred 5-star reviews and not a *single* 4-star or lower or negative review. Taylor is awesome, the only lawyer I’ve ever met (and, sadly, I’ve met a few) that 1. answers his own phone, 2. does it on the first ring, 3. remembers who you are, and what’s going on with your case, and 4. tells you the truth, not just whatever BS he can to get you off the phone (like every other criminal lawyer). He is my daughter’s public defender but has treated us better than all the paid lawyers I’ve hired! Will be using him again if the need arises.

A few years back, I was fairly new to the US and I had received a legal notice. I didn't know what to do. So, I started searching online and I contacted some attorneys. I think Ellen was the first one to respond if not the only one. After I provided all the details, she took the time to explain me all the next steps, she answered all my questions and later when the litigation became bigger, she represented me all the way till the end of the case.

Faizon Told The Insurance Company That I needed to have surgery to get more money and I never received it. I Told This to Mr.Barton and He Said That I signed for the wrong Amount Anyway. A family member was facing serious charges, The detective recommended defense attorney Russ Hunt we're glad he did as Russ was always there for us & responded very quickly to questions & our concerns, many times after hours. If you want someone that won’t defend you properly or be prepared for your case go ahead and hire this guy. My brother is serving 60 years because of him. Didn’t prepare him for the case. Didn’t cross examine the witnesses well enough. Gave my brother a positive outlook on the case, as if things were going his way, but weren’t. Should have advised a plea deal after knowing how poorly he was defending him.
