Stephen Pfeiffer was very upfront with outcomes so we could figure out what options we were working with. We greatly appreciate what you did for us at the end. Although we didn’t get the results we were wishing for we are aware there are always consequences to not abiding to the law. I can say he did great in helping us out as much as possible when it came to my husband’s situation.

I just finished a lengthy divorce process with Livesay & Myers. Ms. Haight and Ms. Spurgeon are a phenomenal team! I used this firm in particular as I needed someone who understood military divorces/laws and they certainly have that experience!

I had a mistameanir in virginia on my way home to Illinois, was not aware of the sudden change of speed limit, when i was presented with a mistameanir and a court date, of course i was devastated. I reached out to Miss Kimberly Phillips, and Esha, and i have to admit Esha was caring and professional with all the information i needed, and Miss Kimberly phillips took care of case at court and bought the mistameanir to a ticket violation. The fine was bought down to 250.00 and i did not have to return to virginia. I really do not think i will ho back after the scare, but i highly recommend Miss Kimberly and Esha, they know what they are doing, and truely took my case in there hands.

Damon Colbert is top tier! You won’t regret hiring him. In my loved ones case, we learned just how unjust the justice system is. The first attorney we hired was recommended to us by a friend and he completely dropped the ball. Never visited the jail, didn’t answer phone calls, kept us completely out of the loop and failed to produce results.
We decided to hire Mr. Colbert just a couple of months before trial and immediately saw the difference. He stepped in and was very attentive, timely, and personable from the day we retained him. He was also affordable. Out of the dozens of attorneys we spoke with, Damon was the only one who didn’t seem motivated by money. He actually cared. He routinely visited the jail at least once a week. We (the family) never felt like we were burdening him with questions or as if we had to chase him down for updates. He always contacted us first as soon as he received updates.
He was truly a blessing throughout this whole process. Especially given the fact that he had to pick up the slack of another attorney on such short notice. He did great at trial and presented the evidence clearly and professionally. Even when the prosecutors were twisting facts, he made sure the jury understood the truth. & most importantly the jury found him not-guilty of a charge that he would’ve been facing up to a decade of jail time for. Got a ticket on 13 on the way to the beach. I received a letter in the mail from the Brian Harrison stating wanting my business. I was skeptical at first but after thinking about the cost of my insurance going up I decided to work with him to fit the ticket. The cost of working with him, court cost, and drivers class is more than the ticket cost but if you factor in insurance rates going up it was a no brainer. No promises were made by Mr. Harrison but he did state that most likely the ticket would be dropped and I would have to take a driver course. The outcome, he was right. I'm sure it helped that I had a clean driving record but I didn't have the time to drive to court myself. Thanks for getting this taken care of for me.

If you are in search of needing an attorney to defend you in court, look no further. Mr. Dawson has provided exceptional defense for me on multiple occasions. He has gone as far as traveling to northern Virginia to represent me. He is able to provide an insightful strategy, while adequately preparing you to have the best legal defense in court. He will fight for you to have the most the favorable outcome, given the circumstances of the case.
For example, he successfully defended a possession charge to which I was found not guilty and had the case dismissed. On another occasion, I was charged reckless 95+mph. Both charges were misdemeanor offenses with possible jail time. And through technicalities that would’ve easily been overlooked by an attorney that isn’t thorough, we won in court.
