Sadly in the state of Illinois drivers can have as little as 25000 insurance.
With over 250000 in hospital, rehab, physical therapy and other various doctors charges that 25000 doesn't go very far.
The Whiting law firm made sure I got as much as possible. For that I'm extremely grateful.

If I could I would rate 10+ stars. Mr.Kenan Obaid is a great criminal defense attorney. We weren't sure at first because we didn't know what to do. When I first spoke with him he sounded very confident and promising which helped reduce and relieve the stress. Steven was great to work with. I had a crypto tax issue that Steven was able to review and resolve. I on my own would not have been able to navigate this issue with the IRS and State. Having a trained expert work on this was such a relieve. The case took longer than usual due to the pandemic. Steven made sure to keep me updated during the entire process with phone updates. I was sued by a debt collector. I must have called and inquired over a dozen law firms in the Chicagoland area. Many did not want to take my case and others wanted an hourly rate or a sum up front. What was different with Michael Goldstein's practice vs. any other firm I had contacted is his payment structure for his representation was based on percentage of savings making it affordable for me to hire him as my attorney. He was professional and understanding with my situation. Throughout the entire process he was diligent in preparing me for court.
