Took over a year for an Order of Protection case. Rotating attorneys never on same page. Asking for an update confuses them. They give you a team of attorneys that dont consult with each other. You have to talk with all of them and they bill you separate. It will take days sometimes weeks for a response. They do not want to review any information you have and very unorganized.

They don’t respond they are terrible it’s truly sad they are out here making your life harder and not easier. I’ve been calling and emailing nonstop since November no call back no email. NOTHING. They moved the office and didn’t even tell me I had to call the trustee to get an address on them. I’m literally sitting here crying because I’m tired of being on the bus with my 3 small children! They won’t return anything to help me get a car or anything! At this point I’m about to report them to EVERYONE I can until I’m done dealing with these low down lying unprofessional people! I hired this firm some time ago for a child visitation case and was thoroughly disappointed. The case went on for apx 18 months and all I got out of it was lighter pockets. I spent close to $10,000 including flights, appearances bogus fees, and three different attorneys the firm appointed and ended up with NOTHING!!!! I PERSONALLY do not recommend this attorney or his firm. Save your money and if forced to go with this firm, represent yourself!

I hired Mr. Pavlinski to file an application for a visa for me. I provided him with payment and the necessary documents months in advance, and then didn't hear from him for a while. Whenever I asked him on the status he told me to "relax". He ended up filing my application a day late, which required me to leave the country. That was after I called him 5 times a day and emailed him every day for three days. He then offered me to seek counsel elsewhere, and offered to refund me the money I had given him as a filing fee. The attorney who helped me afterwards told me that the initial step of my visa application (a Labor Condition Application) had been done incorrectly, which explained why after three months nothing had changed about my status and the Labor Condition Application was denied three times. I am still waiting to have the fees ($2,500) refunded. I absolutely do not recommend Mr. Pavlinksi - not only did he clearly not have the experience to file my application and was dishonest in portraying his skills to me, he also made no efforts to make himself available or to correct his mistakes. His conduct was not professional.

My experience with Attorney Curtis Ross was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, he displayed a level of rudeness and disrespect that was utterly appalling. When I sought clarification on certain legal matters, he dismissed my concerns with the utmost arrogance, labeling my questions as "idiotic." Instead of fulfilling his role as a legal advocate, he left me to fend for myself in court, all the while painting a false picture of me as argumentative. His complete lack of support and guidance was both shocking and deeply disappointing. Save yourself the headache and avoid hiring Curtis Ross at all costs. He is an utter disgrace to the legal profession and will leave you high and dry when you need support the most.

He's 76 years old and very forgetful. If you're lucky, Curtis Ross will remember to provide zoom information. If he has a bad day he may forget and you could miss court or be very late. He loves to celebrate every holiday and disappear days before court. Do you want him to prepare before court? Do you want to be prepped before court? If the answer is "no" pay his $5,000 retainer and $375.00 an hour.

Mr Harrison was hired with a substantial retainer to help with transferring some properties we own which involved clearing the title from liens and preparing them for sale. He was very keen on us working with his real estate broker for finding a buyer which seemed really strange especially as that person started giving legal advice. He was very enthusiastic to get to work before he got that retainer and then slowly over time he just stopped returning emails and phone calls. We never received any documentation for the research and work he was supposedly doing. Later, his website was removed and his email address became invalid, which is a really bad sign. Since we could not get any reply from him regarding the work that he has done or returning the balance of our retainer, we had no choice but to report him to the ARDC for client neglect and misrepresentation. I do not recommend this attorney
