I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. Prenups can be a difficult endeavor for the parties involved, but Paul made the process extremely doable. We ultimately achieved the perfect document for our needs, which I am very grateful for. I hired him to do my divorce, after the first payment, he asked me for more money to file a motion and never filed it. It has been 3 months since I paid him the additional payment and he still haven't filed it. I tried to call, send messages, e-mail, everything and he didn't return any of my contacts. He advertises on his website "We take pride in providing one on one attention to clients to properly educate them and guide them through the Divorce and Family Court process. " and here I am 3 months later waiting to have a feedback and he simply doesn't return any of my calls, messages or e-mails.

From the very first day I met with Lee and Joe I had a very good feeling that I was in the right hands. For five years, I was denied a modification twice and was told by other attorneys to not waste my time, start looking for rentals...I would never get approved. After I had my home go into auction for the first time, a friend introduced to Joe who told me to come and meet with him and Lee to see what they could do to help me and my family. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made meeting with them. From day one they did everything they could to help me and guide me through this very stressful situation. They were upfront and honest and said it is definitely going to be a battle but they assured me they would do everything they could to help me get approved for a mod. After a few months of going back and forth and needing to get another stay to delay my 2nd auction, I got the best phone call I've had in years, telling me to come into the office, you need to sign the paperwork you've been approved for a modification!! It was a very emotional time and such a great feeling to know I had people that truly did what they said they were going to do and they helped keep me and my family in my home!

I can’t say Thank You enough to this law firm and Eric Winnert! We live approximately 5 hours from the office and Eric came to our home to get the much needed paperwork signed by my very ill spouse for a mesothelioma law suit. Poor man had to drive through the snow belt in February just to make sure we got what was needed before anything happened. Whenever I have questions and need to contact him, he is always there to give me answers. He has walked me step by step through every part of the process as my spouse was terminal and passed. I already have a disability, born missing my left limb & no joint in my right thumb.
