In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google. I called 12-15 law offices in the area but ultimately decided to put my trust in Mr Chris Turner at CRT Legal. His office staff was friendly, personable, and professional right from the start. Mr Turner then took the time to speak to me in depth about the case on our first phone call. I knew I needed a lawyer who is smart, organized, and can fight. Mr Turner is that. I felt like he's old enough in his career to know what he's doing extremely well, but young enough in his career to enjoy the fight. Exactly what a good lawyer should be. He hasn't disappointed. He's professional, incredibly smart, and great at what he does. Glad I made the choice to have him fight my battle for me. Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

The best laywer I’ve ever had accompany me:
I haven’t much cases but this one in Florida was 6 years in the making. I had a warrant for these past 6 years and many people said they couldn’t get the warrant off, or I had to surrender, well.. she got it off. With a reasonable plea deal. She is top notch and knows her stuff. O would recommend to anyone with a case in Florida, or if she’s willing, out of state. Great lawyer and a great lady and person in general, with reasonable prices. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney to turn their life around.

How many lawyers give you that? He walked me through my legal process step-by-step, and, was able to explain things to me in layman’s terms without issue. After months of trying to negotiate with my creditor- who refused to budge on their demands-they had added on $2,700 to the original debt for late fees. I could not pay what they were asking- if I could, I would have paid it to begin with. They finally filed to take me to court. I tried to mediate, but they refused and said they would seek judgement. I was in tears. I had just so happened to receive a letter from Bryan the day before offering his service. Something told me to contact Bryan. I am so thankful I did. Brian and his Mom were so helpful in explaining everything and listening to my problem. For a VERY reasonable fee Bryan got the collector to completely dismiss the debt. I owed nothing! And they agreed to remove it from my credit report too! God was watching out for me when he sent me to Bryan. Such a nice, honest man willing to listen and help. I would not recommend any other lawyer.

Attorney Dangler exceeded my expectations. After both consulting with another firm and failing to take care of my debt lawsuit on my own, Mr. Dangler was able to have the case dismissed and I didn't have to pay anything to the debt collector.
Attorney Dangler maintained constant contact with me during the duration of my case, even going so far as to give me a congratulatory phone call when my son was accepted into college. He was very knowledge, blunt in in terms of which solutions were realistic, and guided me through the steps he took during the case in an effort to further educate me on the issues.
Should I need any help or advice when it comes to anything relating to debt, whether or not I absolutely need an attorney, I will be sure to contact Mr. Dangler to at least gain his insight into my options.

I was feeling ashamed, overwhelmed & bewildered by my credit & debt situation. Especially since I had walked away from a large salary & very successful career just a few years ago to pursue more meaningful, personally fulfilling creative endeavors. With every month I had to pay out enormous minimum payments, the guilt and doubt racked up as well, making me feel like a failure.

I don't typically write reviews unless a product or service is indeed remarkably horrible or excellent. I can say with confidence that Mr. Nazareth is an A+ outstanding attorney. He and his staff handled my case expeditiously and removed a tremendous burden from my shoulders. After interviewing several lawyers to handle my foreclosure defense, I decided I would be better off answering the court summons myself. With only 3 days remaining until the answer was due, I met with Mr. Nazareth and felt that I could actually trust him to do the best job. He intentionally listened to my case and never made me feel pressured in any way to employ his services. His rate was extremely fair and he did not charge anything extra to rush the case. The answer he provided the court on my behalf was top notch. I believe he will continue to effectively defend my interests before the court. His staff is very personable and speaks very highly of him. His website is a wealth of knowledge and I found it to be very informative. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with his law firm and will definitely utilize his services in the future should I need them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Melanie Branch, who was my divorce attorney. My divorce after a 23-year marriage was very contentious and my ex-spouse wouldn't be reasonable at all, so after a process lasting more than 2 years (outside of our control due to the antics of my ex-husband), I had to have a full divorce trial. Melanie was utterly amazing at my trial. She had so much paperwork, many binders, all perfectly organized in detail and seemingly memorized. I’m writing this as a warning for special needs parents who are looking for legal help. We contacted Shay almost two years ago, needing help with a special needs trust and a birth certificate issue. She said she could handle both for us and we paid 3k up front. During the next 18 months, we had to consistently call her office for updates regarding the trust. It took over a year for her to finish writing it, and then when we finally received it, we found she had written the wrong name down for guardianship. A big error!
As for the birth certificate issue, it never got fixed. We would call her office every few weeks for an update. But finally, we just stopped calling and we haven’t heard from her in over 6 months. This entire experience was horrible for us! I’m shocked that her rating is as high as it is on here… We paid her 3k and baaarely got half of what was promised.
