Gary handled the estate of my mother. He was very timely, thorough and pleasant to work with. I was brought into court for a criminal matter that I was 100% guilty of. I did not have an attorney when I arrived and Joseph was acting on behalf of the Public Defender's office. He was my first contact within the court and I was immediatly taken back with how friendly, professional, and calming he was. I was humiliated at what I had done, but Joseph took a moment and told me to breathe, said it would be OK, and really just made me feel better about the situation I put myself in.
He did not judge me or make me feel worthless and embarrassed. His attitude was all about how people screw up and he was there to help me achieve the best possible result from my own mistakes.
I knew I would not qualify for public defender so I reached out to his office at Feldman and Lee to see if I could hire them as my attorney. My only request was that Joseph Jordan represent me. They agreed and I retained him as my lawyer.
The entire process could have been awful and I could and should have been looking at serious punishment. Joseph negotiated on my behalf, worked with me on steps I could take, and in the end actually got the entire case deffered. I am amazed that this outcome actually happened based on my history and how guilty I was. He took the time to listen, to respond, and also to go to bat for me when no one else would.
He was careful to not over promise, but had a way of making me feel much better when things got scary.
I am very thankful for his service and for the way he treated me from start to finish.
Although I enjoyed him, I hope I never see him again.
If you need an attorney that will fight for you, and one who actually cares, then I have no problem communicating my excellent results while working with Joseph Jordan.

This attorney took on a mess of unbelievable proportions. He is a bankruptcy lawyer who took on two other attorney firms filing BS claims against me and my business. He beat them both hands down through motion summary, in fact he made them look like fools, which they were. He is a no nonsense, competent attorney with morals, determination and conviction. He never allowed his opposition to stray away from the case itself by creating bogus misdirection and needless expense. It is unfortunate I had to meet him in such a terrible circumstance, however if you must file for bankruptcy protection, he is the one to call hands down.

I received a ticket in Grant County and it was a challenge to locate a firm that would go there.
After reaching out to NW Liberty and speaking with Jorge late in the day on a Friday. I didn’t have to do anything, except provide him the necessary documentation. Peg Callaway is a caring and efficient attorney. She gets the job done in a timely manner and let's you know when there are things you can do yourself, to save money, rather than have her do them and pay the hourly legal fee. My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!

I hired Michele for two different civil cases.
The first civil case involved settling a lien against my property (co-owned) from a roofing company to avoid foreclosure. The general contractor that was hired had run off with the paid money, and the 4th party contractor who completed the work was not paid. The lien was resolved by a negotiated rate and cost split outside of court between their lawyer and Michele, who represented me.
The second civil case I hired Michele for was to resolve a Default Judgment against me involving the same property after a dissolution/separation of the shared owners could not be resolved outside of court. The default judgment was won in court, as I was not served correctly, which extended the lawsuit a year. This civil case I hired Michele for is still ongoing and is now in mediation; we reached an agreement to sell the house mutually, outside of a forced sale.
Michele’s attention to detail and thorough approach make her a standout choice for property litigation. I don't even know where to begin. It's now been a little over a year since my husband and I made the call to Hallaq Law. It was the BEST decision we made and a huge burden was lifted! In May of 2023, I received a call that no parent wants to receive. Two of my children(young adult and teen) had been in an altercation that resulted in both potentially needing medical care and facing assault charges. Which as both of their mother, was causing a lot of grief and stress.
Not only my minor had defied curfew and rules but my son had been involved.
My son was on his way to a military career and a life with his new family. My daughter was trying to heal and move into preparation for college. We received a summons for court 2 weeks after my son shipped off to basic training. We thought we had handled the horrible situation within the family, created a safety plan and set very harsh boundaries. Now, the state was pressing assault 4 charges.
I called my own father who is a federal attorney and asked what our next steps should be. He said hire an attorney. I scoured the internet and read through reviews. Skipping the ones that were unreal expectations not fulfilled. Mr. Priest was the only one that I could gather was going to handle the case as we needed.
We called Mr. Priest, he gave us a reality check. He did not sugar coat the situation. He explained what we were facing and all possible outcomes. He did not give false hope. He made no promises. He explained a few ways to handle the case. I told my son Mr. Priest was a good choice.
Mr. Priest got started and with my son being in another state, again did not give us hope that a virtual attendance was a possibility and thoroughly explained the law surrounding domestic violence cases. We never once had any unrealistic outcomes which is HUGE in these situations. We followed every thing Mr. Priest advised.
When the original plan fell through, Mr. Priest had another one. Again, keeping us grounded in reality.
Today, we had a trial readiness hearing scheduled and Mr. Priest had filed a motion letting the courts know we had done everything within our family to insure nothing would happen again. My son’s case was dismissed.
For my son and myself, we are survivors of domestic abuse and watched our attacker walk free. We know that the court system’s time and resources could be better utilized in situations where people are at risk for horrible outcomes.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Mr. Priest is the best choice to represent you or your loved ones.

I honestly think this guy just didn't like me for some reason from the jump even though I paid him a considerable amount of money I couldn't afford in the first place he was unhelpful and sort of acted like I was dumb and burdening him at all times he didn't even get me a reasonable deal seeing as how I wasn't even driving at the time of my arrest as well as no real proof other than police lying in their reports I paid him thousands of dollars for him Literally to do nothing for me.

I have worked with David since April of 2014 on a erroneous creditor collection that was destroying my credit. David helped me fight this major credit card company that "over reacted" to the collection mistake on my credit. In the 30 days it took to dispute the collection error of $100, the major credit card dropped my credit line, charged me insane interest rates and just like a game of domino's red flagged all my other credit cards to panic and do the same. I of course hired David and step by step he gave me the tools I needed to not only fight it but counter sue. It took 2 years of playing their game but in the end it was all worth it! I can't thank David enough and would and have referred to everyone I know, including family members.
In my line of work I have worked with many attorneys and David is in a class of his own. Endless Integrity which is so much appreciated and very hard to find these days! Thank YOU AGAIN DAVID! :)

I do not recommend. At first everything was fine, the company gave me access to the CRM system to add documents and control the status. I added all the documents very quickly. The company was constantly in touch Katya and the team (Kimberly and Abel). But then they started disappearing and not answering questions, they promised one deadline, but did nothing within the specified time frame and do not give an answer on the actual status and when it will be ready. As a client, I am worried because I did not receive the service for which I made an advance payment and I am wasting time with filing a case.

Running a business is no easy thing. One has to take care of their customers and employees all the same. There are many challenges to being successful and one of them is navigating the legal system. Christian is that guy if you need some help in becoming familiar with the way courts (and other companies lawyers) handle the legalities in construction.
We were involved with multiple lawsuits that were unbeknownst to us until being served. The illegal actions were performed by someone in our company that we very much trusted. It was a very difficult situation to handle and we knew we needed legal help. The Linville firm had helped us in the past set up really good contracts for construction, so we decided to use them for our new legal matters. Christian was not only very understanding of the situation but he showed us that he was working hard on our case with continual updates of how the courts and lawyers were proceeding. Also, his advice for how we should act within our own company was very honest and orderly. In the end, he succeeded in getting us out of an ugly legal battle.

We are so happy to have accidentally discovered Jelsing Tri West & Andruss PLLC in Everett, where Mark Jelsing practices. We couldn't be happier with everyone. We went to the firm for a different matter, but when it came time to work on some estate planning, Mark was the best. As a recent graduate, when he didn't know an answer to something (we had a very complex situation involving multiple entities and states), he was able to get some advice from his dad, who is a founding member of the firm. He also did a brilliant job handling a very special and extremely urgent estate matter that popped up on us unexpectedly. Mark has been involved in this probate/estate case for nearly a year. I think I was one of his first clients. Boy did he get a good case to learn from! I became a widow after only 6 months of marriage and we had not taken care of wills, deeds, insurance, etc. So you can imagine the mess Mark had to try and get to the bottom of. I can say that through his diligence and my determination, I was able to save our home from foreclosure and after a year, was able to purchase our home from the bank. Oh, and by the way, the ex-wifes name was on the bank note, not the deed, but the bank didn't want to talk to me. Let me also include, to make matters worse, that the person named executor to our estate, nearly 12 years ago, was no longer fond of the deceased. It has been an uphill battle that is not finished, but, Mark has carried me with his determination, willingness to find the right path, forging ahead like a bulldog, and continues to move forward. This case is probably one of the most frustrating cases Mark will see in a long time, which could be the reason no other attorney I contacted was willing to take. Although the reason for needing an attorney is sad, Mark has worked hard to see the positive in everything he has done. He listened to my story with empathy and endured the many days of tears.
