Finding Kenneth to help settle my DBA claim was the best thing I ever did! I had hired two different attorneys prior to finding Kenneth. They were the reasons people make jokes about attorneys. I could not have made a better decision than I did when I sot the help of Stephanie Modica and her firm to handle my divorce. I had been going through a messy divorce for two years and had an unfair alimony ruling against me, that's when I decided to get new counsel, it is very apparent now that I made the right decision. I got his number from this Avvo site and called him. He talked to me for over an hour and explained everything to me and told me what to do. I never met anyone who knows this much about boats and the law. I called him several more times just to make sure I was doing what he said. I was able to work out my problem based on what he told me. When I asked how much I owed him, I told him I was basically broke. He said it was probono and there was no charge.

I have used Lisa Coplan-Gardner on several occasions for child support issues. Every case has been ruled in my favor due to her hard-work, diligence and compassion. I always felt that my case was a priority for her and her entire staff. I have a special needs child and a complex case. At our initial consultation, before I even hired her, she began looking up information for me and guiding me. At no time did I ever feel that it was about money for her. I was surprised at her eagerness to help me, educate me and fight for me and my children. Her kindness, understanding and patience was a breath of fresh air after having spoken to 3 other attorneys who made me feel as if I were a number. They were cold and unconcerned. Lisa treated me like a friend. When it was obvious that my complex case was going to cost more than I could afford at the time, she was sympathetic. She allowed me to make payments to her and often discounted some of her rates. She also suggested ways that I could reduce the costs by handling some things myself instead of just sucking every penny out of me that she could get. By me being proactive in helping with my case, it helped me be more prepared and educated in the courtroom in front of the judge. It also helped me to prepare for what is proving to be a long-term battle against the father of my children. I hired the firm Hill and Ponton and was assigned Ms. Brewer. Herself and the firm did exactly as advertised. VA - 100% Unemployable and Disabled, SAA - Full Disability. It only took a few months, after 3 tries on my own I did not get the benefits entitled too me. I contacted her Firm and with her work as well as her staff they made things right! I had reviewed a few employment and labor attorneys/firms online and consulted a couple before being referred to his firm. His firm was recommended by another attorney and having that endorsement made it an easy choice for me. I hired Javier to handle a probate I was dealing with and he diligently worked with the banks and lawyers to make the process less stressful and was willing to wait for us to sale the property before we paid our fee. As we were working with him on the issue, my husband and I was in a car accident and I had Javier take over that case. He also worked diligently to settle the case and was done in less than 6 months. Javier was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. After my husband passed away suddenly from a massive heart attack at the age of 63, I was devastated. There I was with recently diagnosed with combat connected PTSD, looking at the diagnosis of Bladder Cancer and facing a series of back surgeries that will leave me a cripple for the next 3 years. I was so depressed I wanted to give up. I had filed with the VA, going from one overworked and sometimes ignorant VSO to another. Some were helpful, but now I was overwhelmed waiting on the VA to answer, only to be denied or told I did not have a form filed correctly. My VA doctors were very good to me but way overworked and restricted by so many rules. Frustration and depression do not heal PTSD. Pain and the drugs the doctors plied me with made me a zombie. Only my faith in my God and Savior keep me from ending my life. My prayers were answered by finding Hill & Ponton on the internet.
Connecting with Lawyer Leslie D. Gaines has been a great experience. Leslie’s experience, professional attitude and patience in dealing with a crusty old veteran renews my faith in humanity. I contacted The Health Law Firm after several attempts to contact my previous employer for assistance regarding a notification for Writ of Summons on a patient I had seen more than 2 years ago. I had moved out of the state from which I had previously practiced and had transitioned to being a stay at home mom. I hired Adam Werner when I was seriously injured at work. Before I found him I had almost given up trying to fight Workers Comp. I couldn't get medical care, couldn't work, was barely able to walk, and wasn't receiving anything from my job or Work Comp. Within a week or so if talking to him and hiring him to represent me I had doctors appointments, rides to and from when I needed, and started receiving indemnity benefits (pay checks). It was a nightmare before he helped me. Work Comp does everything they can to give you the least amount of care and spend the least amount of money helping injured workers. If you need somebody to fight for you that knows the system and how to use the law to force comp to take care of you talk with Adam. I was able to reach him 7 days a week when I needed to and he was always there. Adam and his long time Paralegal Linda are an awesom team.
