Not what I expected. With the recent passing of my father, i sought out a local attorney to begin the probate process. On a recommendation, I contacted this office and was passed to Sanchez for handling the probate. We met and discussed Dad's estate to include owning two houses, one here in Florida and another one in a different state. I filled out an inventory sheet showing Dad didn't have many assets but those two homes. Sanchez presented two alternatives for probate that I should consider. I chose the "Summary" route since Dad's estate was small. Alvarez said okay and NEVER mentioned that I should go with the "Formal" route. Then when it came time to transfer the deed for the out-of-state house, they charged me another $560 for necessary documents that should have been included in the original probate which I had already paid. Alvarez stated if i had gone with the "Formal" i wouldn't have incurred these additional fees.......then why didn't he say so in the beginning? He responded to my question by telling me he recommended the 'Formal' which is not true---if so, why would I have not followed the "expert" recommendation? Needless to say, when it came time to transfer title for the house in Florida, I sought out another law firm which went very well! Another attorney suggests I notify the Florida Bar of this unprofessional service.....we'll see.....

Prior to hiring Victoria and her team at Centonzio Law, I was using one of those "popular" veteran companies from social media to handle my case for several claims. After all of my claims were denied, the said company began dragging it's feet on the appeal process. Jennifer Dietz help me and my family in a large contract dispute regarding my pets. She worked through the Christmas holidays to help us get our pets back from a kennel that tried to over-bill us for boarding our pets. It was a bait and switch tactic by this unscrupulous kennel/boarding company. Jennifer not only got our pets back but she got the kennel to honor the original contract. She worked very hard and charged half of what other attoneys wanted. We love her!

Without the legal representation of Jennifer Dietz as our counsel, two dogs would have remained languishing in boarding. Her months of dedication to our case and these dogs spoke to her character and integrity. I had a DUI a year ago but then got it reduced to reckless driving. Once it was reduced the board of nursing found out within 30 days of the conviction. Since I failed to report it in I received a letter from the the Board of Nursing wanting to mediate or legal action was going to be taken towards my license. I then hired Elizabeth about my issue and she spoke to the Board of Nursing and got the case to be dismissed by not having them file a complaint towards me and my license. She is very professional helpful and always available and compassion towards you and your needs. I definitely recommend her and the case was resolved very quick with a reasonable price.

Finding Kenneth to help settle my DBA claim was the best thing I ever did! I had hired two different attorneys prior to finding Kenneth. They were the reasons people make jokes about attorneys. I have used Lisa Coplan-Gardner on several occasions for child support issues. Every case has been ruled in my favor due to her hard-work, diligence and compassion. I always felt that my case was a priority for her and her entire staff. I have a special needs child and a complex case. At our initial consultation, before I even hired her, she began looking up information for me and guiding me. At no time did I ever feel that it was about money for her. I was surprised at her eagerness to help me, educate me and fight for me and my children. Her kindness, understanding and patience was a breath of fresh air after having spoken to 3 other attorneys who made me feel as if I were a number. They were cold and unconcerned. Lisa treated me like a friend. When it was obvious that my complex case was going to cost more than I could afford at the time, she was sympathetic. She allowed me to make payments to her and often discounted some of her rates. She also suggested ways that I could reduce the costs by handling some things myself instead of just sucking every penny out of me that she could get. By me being proactive in helping with my case, it helped me be more prepared and educated in the courtroom in front of the judge. It also helped me to prepare for what is proving to be a long-term battle against the father of my children. The advice and education that she gave me through the entire process is proving to be invaluable. She never kept me in the dark, she was always available to talk to me, and her staff was AMAZING AND HELPFUL!!!! The thing that most impressed me about Lisa was that she was always honest with me - a trait that is not commonly associated with her profession - even when it was something that I didn't want to hear. She seems to be well liked and respected by other attorneys and the judges seem to respond well to her. She is a sweet, tiny, little thing, but she might as well be 10 feet tall in the courtroom. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities and have referred her to others. They have had equally satisfying experiences with her firm. There is no question that I will utilize her services again in the future. Overall, I don't think that you could hire a better Family Law Attorney.

I hired the firm Hill and Ponton and was assigned Ms. Brewer. Herself and the firm did exactly as advertised. VA - 100% Unemployable and Disabled, SAA - Full Disability.
