Retained Mike to save my nephew and his career in Air Force. My Nephew had exceptional performance and commendations in Air Force for 15 years until he was injured overseas in line of duty. After his injury due to insurgents attacking his plane and explosion sending concrete hitting him in his chest fracturing his back. flight surgeon stated he likely just bruised his chest he was OK to proceed with mission. Upon his return to his base in WA he was having problems with his leg walking and pain. He went to medical they said he pulled a muscle gave him muscle relaxer. This went on for over a year until his leg gave out and he fell. He was taken by ambulance to hospital ER in excruciating pain in his spine where doctor advised his back was broken. It was determined his back was fractured in line if duty injury and over time in extreme pain and collapsing his back finally broke. A six hour surgery to repair and put a cage over the injured spine all this could have been avoided if he had had proper medical care at time of his injury. The ongoing pain from this injury my nephew was self medicating with alcohol his command told him to self report and he did and the campaign of harassment started. They immediately took away his responsibilities and his Stripe. Between the pain from his broken back and the harassment by his Command as well as humiliated at loss of his duties and stripe as he was pending going up for Master Sargent we were concerned at his drinking, depression , and he was placed on no less on 8 medications he should not of been on we feared he would take his life. I decided to get him an attorney to put a stop to this harassment that was unrelenting. By grace of God I was referred to Mike he took the case and immediately put a stop to the Command harassment. The battle was just beginning the command then wanted to Court marshal my nephew. Mike went before a Board and won case of the command harassment and improper procedures in treatment of my nephew. Then a new Commander took over took another stripe from my nephew and due to my nephews destroyed mental health and due to drinking was in liver failure locked him up in Brig for 6 months. Then proceeded with court Marshall. At this point my. Nephew was due to retire from military and was entitled to disability. Mike put up an excellent excellent defense at trial and my nephew was able to retire with general discharge snd collect his disability as he is not able to work due to his broken back. This was a long journey but Mike was there every step for my nephew and our family provided he always promptly answered our questions and concerns and checked on the well being of my nephew. His determination and knowledge of law is Extrodinary and his care as a human being for is clients and their families goes above and beyond. If you need an attorney you can't afford not to have Mike I am so thankful we had him. Cannot thank him enough for the great job he did and his integrity as a person as well as an attorney.

Michael Berens was hired for a legal matter against my employer, and he successfully managed the case, leading to a full medical retirement with an honorable discharge. His exceptional communication skills and responsiveness were key factors in achieving this positive outcome. In addition, he made himself available for any questions or concerns I had along the way, no matter the time. I highly recommend and endorse Michael Berens.

We needed a representative with extensive cannabis expertise because our business partners ended up being not so great partners. Since we couldnt use our previous business attorney, we asked everyone we respected in the industry and got several recommendations to go with Aaron. One recommendation came from a friend who, with Aaron's help, had just won a 2 year legal battle against his former partner for a large settlement. So it was pretty easy to trust Aaron's experience, and I had personally seen his success with my friend. Our situation was complex and layered. When we explained the circumstances, Aaron quickly and easily understood the complexities. He jumped in and took control of the communication with the other side. The previous partners legal representative was very combative and overly aggressive. They also had much deeper pockets than us, and were attempting to bully the situation to run up my legal bills. Aaron easily saw through this and was able to prevent them from dragging us into a deeper or ongoing situation. He was more clever and knowledgeable than their representation. His communications with them were firm, but not combative or retaliatory to their negativity. I think he had a great read of the circumstances and the people involved. And he maneuvered through the problems and communications excellently. He also helped give us better perspective of our situation as it dragged on. He helped us understand the need for our personal restraint, and made suggestions for how we could maneuver going forward for our personal and business success. In the end,we got out of the partnership, with minimal headaches, and are in a much better position now thanks to the advice and guidance that Aaron gave us. We would highly recommend to work with him if you are lucky enough to.

I’ve been working with Aaron since 2018. Each time we have worked together he is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with a huge fire to achieve the goal. He also has always been realistic of what is possible and what is not. I appreciate that so much as some attorneys will only tell you what you want to hear. I always feel supported in my needs while also put at ease due to his complete understanding of the business and people he represents. The team he surrounds himself with are also all stars. Ted and Chris are awesome to work with as well. Each member of the team offers their own unique skill. Where this asset only makes Aaron stronger in representation of his clients. No stone unturned, Aaron GETS THE JOB DONE. I trust him with my life and freedom. 10/10 would recommend.

First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I represented myself in a civil protection order case for almost two years. It was exhausting and took a huge toll on my mental and physical health. I turned to Robert and I wish I had done it sooner. He’s an amazing attorney, who is sharp, intuitive, comforting, and extremely calming. Every hearing I was shaky and nervous and since he’s represented me he has kept me calm. He is very good at being aware of the situation, he does his research, and he makes a point to prove he is there in support and defense of his clients. In the first court hearing, you’ll realize he has a large knowledge of law. I was able to leave a hearing he won, feeling at peace. Robert is worth every single dime. You pay for what you get, and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Robert, for keeping me safe from someone accused of attempting to murder me. To the people looking for representation, call him and explain your situation and even if it doesn’t work out, he will at the very least help shed light to your options, and give you advice as a good person and good attorney. Forever thankful for you Robert.

Alex represented our son in a civil and later criminal case. From the very moment we contacted him, he showed he cared for our son’s wellbeing & took charge of a very difficult case. We had no legal experience at all and he patiently & thoroughly explained things to us. He knew right away our son was suffering from an underlying medical condition & he knew we needed to get him home as quickly as possible. His expertise and professionalism were amazing. Alex represented our son at the preliminary hearing so well, the plaintiff didn’t show to the actual hearing. We were able to get our son home and the cases were later closed. I can’t say enough about Alex. He literally saved our son’s life! If you want the best of the best, you need Alex to represent you.

I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I was almost disappointed to win so quickly, as we had so much more to go over! I had total confidence in him every step of the way. If you ever get in a situation like this, I would highly recommend his services.

I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED. He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern. No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone. Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

Teller & Associates represented me in a civil case against a former employer in which I received a 6-figure settlement (even after paying Teller and taxes). These lawyers are "true believers" in civil rights and social justice. They have high integrity and truly care for their clients; I never noticed any hint of dishonesty, deception, or manipulation. They aren't in this just for the money; they want to help. Furthermore, Steve's facial structure was genetically engineered by extraterrestrial social justice warriors to persuade juries to believe just about anything, so your case would probably prevail in court. I recommend hiring Steve's firm.

Steve is a fantastic attorney. He is knowledgeable and will work long and hard for you. I was a little skeptical when he joined my complicated employment case in progress, but he was up to speed on the facts almost immediately, and he brought a fresh insight and new life to my case. He is enthusiastic, persistent, determined and will aggressively fight for you. Steve is also personable, caring, and compassionate and understands your emotional distress. He was easily accessible and kept me informed and up to date. After nearly two years, my case settled for almost 1 million dollars (which is rarely seen in Eastern Washington). If you have been wronged by your employer, I highly recommend you call Steve. It was a blessing having him in my corner.

Rory helped me recover over $10k of unemployment benefits which was previously denied to me by ESD WA. I’m a long-time remote worker who decided to briefly pause my job search to focus on taking care of my spouse, who had back surgery. I also traveled overseas while continuously looking for remote work. Before hiring Rory, I researched how I could appeal my case on my own. There weren’t a lot of good sources online, and since this was my first time claiming any unemployment benefits, I decided to hire a lawyer. From the first free initial interview until the hearing day, Rory has been professional, patient, and easy to talk to. He educated me on the appeal process and set realistic expectations without overpromising. I appreciate his responsiveness and graciousness in extending our meetings as needed, which reflects his commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction. During my hearing, he provided references to the judge of previous winning cases that were similar to my case. I believe those references greatly helped my cause. I found out about pro-bono or donation-based services like his after hiring him. That could be an option too. Knowing Rory used to work as an Administrative Law Judge on unemployment insurance appeals gave me confidence that paying for his services was worth it.

I was compensated by the other guys insurance the maximum amount as well as my own under insured coverage. At about 80% recovery, after a year of Physical Therapy, I was hit again, MVA. Compounded injuries, a tough fight, but Leah has that “fight” in Her, as do I, and we recovered well, in the 2nd MVA case as well. She also has consulted with Me over many various concerns I’ve had. Leah came highly recommended by another lifesaving attorney I had worked with prior and we began working together over a year ago. These are some of the highlights you can expect working with her: 1) She jumps right in. While many attorneys want all this pomp and circumstance before actually getting started, Leah provided immediate value prior to my check even clearing. 2) She's highly creative. In law, everything is about strategy and Leah is so creatively strategic, the other party will never see it coming. 3) She makes herself available. While many attorneys have office staff and paralegals doing much of the work, Leah is a highly experienced attorney willing to actually answer her phone and texts. 4) She's flexible. There were times where things would change on a dime or my funds would dry up, yet I never ever felt abandoned by her. Even when I had to take my case on myself for a while, she still operated as my secret weapon and willingly taught me the ropes so I could continue to win. 5) She's thorough. Leah doesn't just simply answer the questions...she provides background, context, additional considerations, knowledge on who I'm up against, etc. 6) She's real and has actual empathy. Never once did I feel like just a client or "job." Leah's been through the trenches and sees things from her client's POV with genuine care. It's very hard to find a "real" person these days...she's just that. 7) She's NOT a pushover. Leah doesn't just take the easy path to "get things over with." She's a fighter in the most strategic way and never once suggested I just settle on my demands. Other attorneys I've worked with cared more about making backdoor deals or compromises...not Leah! 8) She's highly respected in the courtroom. Leah runs the show and knows exactly what to say to maintain the upmost respect in front of the court. This is critical to have in an attorney!! 9) She's an incredible person. Even outside of the law, Leah lives an authentic, family-oriented, and down-to-earth life. Her gift seems to be having a work-life balance in a way I've never seen before. 10) She's helped me win! I mean...is there really anything more important than this? Not when safety, financial wellbeing, freedom, and our children are on the line! I literally feel that her work has truly saved my life with everything I had at stake. When you need a fierce, competent, hard-working attorney to make you their number 1 for a while, it's truly invaluable to find an attorney like Leah. I know I sound like a broken record with positivity...but that's only because I've had such bad experiences with other attorneys before. So when I find an excellent one, I want to shout it from the rooftops because I truly, wholeheartedly believe in justice...and that's exactly what Leah has helped me achieve. Thank you for the being the real deal, Leah. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Therese was able to represent my interests in a difficult situation that left me feeling more confident about my case and our ultimate outcome. She asked detailed questions about the situation and made sure that I understood what the process would be for trial. Therese was patient and understanding and gave me a good grasp on who we would be facing in trial and what to expect. She took her time to thoroughly examine my case so that I was prepared for cross examination by the judge and the opposing counsel. After the trial she checked back in with me to make sure that I understood the judgment and to ensure that I felt good about the outcome. Overall, I would highly recommend Therese Norton for her outstanding legal skills and also for her skills at setting clients at ease.

Sean did a great job for me and my marijuana retail store during some difficult litigation. I will always be thankful for his help. He always had great insight about navigating the ever-changing legal landscape throughout the roll-out of the legalization of marijuana. Sean has been here from the beginning, he is a pioneer in this industry, and his practice extends out into other areas such that he gave advice that was generally pretty helpful.

In April of this year I was arrested and charged with two felonies that I did not commit. I spent 40 long hours in jail and while I was there my wife received a referral for the Seattle law firm McKay-Chadwell and I'm so thankful she did. My legal fate was placed in the professional, capable hands of attorney Patrick "Pat" Preston. From our initial meeting I was very impressed with Pat's professionalism, attention to detail, and sincerity. He helped me to get through the worst 4 months of my life. Pat is gifted in his ability to look through Discovery that has been submitted by the prosecution, sift through the nonsense and laser focus on key points that help his clients, in this case, myself. Pat Preston has worked on the prosecution side so he has a keen insight into their motivations, tactics, and strategies. When I hired Mckay-Chadwell and Pat Preston, I was in desperate need of somebody to defend me and that's exactly what Pat did, he defended me when I needed it the most. Thanks to the tremendous criminal defense abilities of Mckay-Chadwell and Pat Preston, ALL charges against me were dismissed, which is the result I deserved and had hoped for. I would highly recommend Mckay-Chadwell and attorney Patrick Preston to anyone who finds themselves in a legal predicament.

Barry Abbott has been engaged by the companies and banks for which I have worked on several occasions to advise on legal and business matters. These were premier companies and banks, and required the best in advice and counsel. The matters were complex, and the areas of law were challenging. Barry delivered outstanding counsel and the performance of the team of attorneys he assembled and led met or exceeded requirements in each instance. Given the scope and complexity of certain of these matters, it was important to maintain constant control and communication regarding the issues and the fees. Barry communicated timely and effectively, both with good news and disappointments. The first of these engagements was in the mid-1980's and have continued through the present. His technical knowledge (and reputation) are second to none.

I was a little skeptical and lost hope with my case since it’s a little different and more complicated than some considering I came here as a child, but Cameron was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole entire journey. She had some many helpful resources and was on top of everything at timely manner. Even when I was under stress, she was able to organize and put all the documents needed together that helped my case get approved within of year after gathering all the details needed from my previous lawyer. I 10/10 definitely recommend her service!

Terri really knows her stuff! We are in California and Terri's in Washington. All of our communications have been by email or telephoincally. Terri answered all of our questions and worked with us on any ideas we had, relayed possible outcomes of the case depending on which way we went. Her responses to our inquiries were always received within a few days if not within hours. We always felt like she was truly "on our side" in everything. Her fees are very fair and manageable. Our case was a probate case mixed in with some malprctice by the oriignal estate attorney. She got us the results we were seeking. Terri is great!

We used Jeff to help finish a sub-division project and subsequently made him our Home Owner's Association Attorney. He was extremely instrumental in helping us with County reguations, creating Bylaws, Amending our Articles of Incorporation, other necessary governing documents, and deeds to convey inherited land at the time several years ago. Now as the Association attorney he is just as helpful and skilled in HOA matters, liens, forclosures if need be, and we trust him and could not do without him. Recently, I was in need of Admin Law help to deal with a State Agency. After reviewing several law firms I decided to go with Seattle Litigation, and I am glad I did. Jessica Creager was assigned my case. She had a very good handle on my issues and was very proactive. She balanced my needs with the system and provided an answer to the state that included no less than 4 issues that needed to be taken into account. She always listened to my message and I always felt she had my back. I followed her lead 100% of the time. It was definitely her pro-actions that got us to a very good solution. Also, when I reviewed my invoices I never felt that they were padding the charges. Bottom line I would have no hesitation to recommend Seattle Litgation/Jessica Creager for any of your litigation needs. --

What a Government Lawyer Can Do for You

A government lawyer specializes in legal issues related to government policies, regulations, and disputes involving public entities. Whether you are a private individual, business, or government agency, a government lawyer provides expert guidance on navigating the complexities of government law. These attorneys handle cases ranging from constitutional law, administrative law, regulatory compliance, and government contracts to defending or challenging government actions.

Government lawyers help individuals and organizations understand their rights and obligations under the law, represent them in disputes with government agencies, and assist in matters of government contracting, procurement, or public policy.

When Should I Hire a Government Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a government lawyer in several situations involving government regulations, compliance, or disputes. Common reasons to hire a government lawyer include:

  • Government contracts and procurement: If you are bidding for or negotiating a contract with a government agency, a lawyer can help ensure compliance with federal, state, or local contracting rules.
  • Regulatory compliance: Businesses operating in highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, environmental sectors) often need legal guidance to comply with government regulations and avoid penalties.
  • Government investigations: If you're being investigated by a government agency such as the IRS, SEC, or EPA, a government lawyer can help defend you against allegations or negotiate settlements.
  • Challenging government actions: If a government agency has denied a permit, license, or benefit, a lawyer can help you appeal or challenge the decision in court.
  • Constitutional and civil rights issues: If you believe your constitutional rights have been violated by a government entity, such as in cases involving free speech or discrimination, a government lawyer can help you seek justice.
  • Public policy or lobbying efforts: If you are involved in lobbying or advocating for policy changes at the local, state, or federal level, a government lawyer can provide legal advice on compliance with lobbying laws and strategies for effective advocacy.

Hiring a government lawyer early in the process can help you navigate complex legal frameworks and avoid costly mistakes when dealing with government-related legal issues.

What Does a Government Lawyer Do?

A government lawyer provides a wide range of services that cover interactions between individuals, businesses, and government entities. They can:

  • Assist with government contracts: Helping clients navigate procurement laws, drafting contracts, and resolving disputes related to government contracting.
  • Provide regulatory compliance advice: Offering guidance on meeting regulatory requirements for industries subject to federal, state, or local laws.
  • Handle administrative law matters: Representing clients before government agencies, such as appealing administrative decisions, applying for permits, or defending against regulatory enforcement actions.
  • Challenge or defend government actions: Representing clients in lawsuits involving government agencies, including constitutional challenges, civil rights violations, or disputes over government decisions.
  • Negotiate settlements with government entities: If a government agency is pursuing legal action against you or your business, a lawyer can negotiate settlements to avoid costly litigation.
  • Advocate for policy changes: Advising clients on legal strategies for influencing public policy, including lobbying and drafting legislation.
  • Litigate constitutional issues: Handling cases related to the Constitution, such as First Amendment rights, due process violations, or unlawful government actions.

How Are Government Lawyers Paid?

Government lawyers typically charge for their services based on the complexity of the case and the nature of the legal work involved. Common payment structures include:

  • Hourly rate: For ongoing legal matters, such as regulatory compliance or government contract disputes, lawyers may charge by the hour. Hourly rates can vary depending on the lawyer’s experience and location.
  • Flat fee: For specific services, such as drafting a government contract or filing an administrative appeal, some lawyers charge a flat fee.
  • Retainer: For clients who need ongoing legal support, such as businesses frequently interacting with government agencies, a lawyer may charge a retainer fee. This is an upfront payment that covers future legal services.
  • Contingency fee: In some cases involving litigation, such as civil rights violations, a lawyer may work on a contingency basis, meaning they only get paid if they win or settle the case.

It’s important to discuss fee structures with your lawyer during the initial consultation to avoid surprises.

How Much Does a Government Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a government lawyer depends on the complexity of the legal issue, the lawyer's experience, and their fee structure. Here are some general cost estimates:

  • Hourly rates: Government lawyers typically charge between $150 and $500 per hour, depending on their experience and the complexity of the case.
  • Flat fees: For specific legal services, such as drafting a government contract, flat fees can range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the nature of the service.
  • Retainer fees: A retainer for ongoing legal work with government agencies can range from $5,000 to $20,000 or more, depending on the scope and frequency of the work.
  • Contingency fees: In cases where a lawyer works on contingency, their fee is usually a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of any settlement or damages awarded if the case is successful.

Be sure to get a clear estimate of costs during your consultation to ensure that you understand the fees associated with your case.

Top Questions to Ask a Government Lawyer

When hiring a government lawyer, it’s essential to ask the right questions to ensure they have the experience and skills needed for your specific situation. Key questions to ask include:

  1. What is your experience with government law cases?
Make sure the lawyer has substantial experience in handling cases or issues involving government agencies, regulatory compliance, or constitutional law.
  2. What is your fee structure?
Ask how the lawyer charges for their services - whether by the hour, flat fee, retainer, or contingency fee - and request an estimate of costs.
  3. What are the potential outcomes of my case?
Ask for an honest assessment of your legal options and the likelihood of success based on your specific situation.
  4. How do you handle interactions with government agencies?
Ask about their approach to dealing with government entities and their experience with specific agencies relevant to your case (e.g., IRS, EPA, SEC).
  5. Have you handled cases like mine before?
Ask about their experience with similar cases and whether they have achieved favorable outcomes in the past.
  6. Who will handle my case?
Clarify whether the lawyer you are meeting with will personally handle your case or whether junior attorneys or paralegals will do most of the work.

How to Check the Credibility of a Government Lawyer

To ensure you’re hiring a reputable government lawyer, follow these steps to verify their credentials and reputation:

  • Check state bar association records: Confirm that the lawyer is licensed to practice in your state and has no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Review their professional experience: Look for specific experience in government-related legal issues, such as regulatory compliance, government contracts, or administrative law, on their website or professional profile.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Check online reviews and ratings on platforms like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, or Google to get insight into the lawyer’s reputation and track record.
  • Ask for references: Request references from previous clients who have worked with the lawyer on government-related matters to understand their experience and effectiveness.
  • Check for membership in relevant organizations: Look for memberships in professional organizations such as the American Bar Association's Administrative Law Section or the National Institute of Government Procurement, which can indicate the lawyer’s focus on government law.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To get the most out of your first meeting with a government lawyer, it’s important to come prepared with relevant information and documents. Here’s what you should bring:

  • Detailed description of your legal issue: Be prepared to explain your situation, whether it’s a regulatory compliance question, a government contract issue, or a dispute with a government agency.
  • Relevant documents: Bring any paperwork related to your case, such as contracts, permits, letters from government agencies, or notices of investigation.
  • A list of questions: Write down any questions you have about your case, including the legal process, potential outcomes, and costs.
  • Timeline of events: Provide a clear timeline of any relevant events, such as the issuance of government orders or interactions with government agencies.
  • Goals for the outcome: Be ready to discuss what you hope to achieve, whether it’s a favorable settlement, regulatory compliance, or overturning a government decision.

By being organized and prepared, you can help your lawyer understand your situation more quickly and give you the best legal advice moving forward.
