My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!

Carney Badley Spellman has caused big-name landlords to lose money for 6 or 7 months at a time due to their negligent advice on inspections. Andrew Stokes (civil litigation attorney with Carney law) has been under investigation by Washington State for several months, due to criminal actions. There was a joint effort between Andrew Stokes from Carney Law and Randy Redford from Puckett and Redford LLC, which caused some of the biggest names in the rental industry from Seattle Washington to lose tens of thousands, simply because of negligent legal advice.
I would highly recommend finding different law firms to represent professional clients. I do not recommend. At first everything was fine, the company gave me access to the CRM system to add documents and control the status. I added all the documents very quickly. The company was constantly in touch Katya and the team (Kimberly and Abel). But then they started disappearing and not answering questions, they promised one deadline, but did nothing within the specified time frame and do not give an answer on the actual status and when it will be ready. As a client, I am worried because I did not receive the service for which I made an advance payment and I am wasting time with filing a case.

Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
