I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and negligent service I have received from Stern Law Firm. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Over the course of my case, Stern Law Firm has completely failed to fulfill its most basic duty: showing up for their client. They have missed the last five court hearings without any explanation or prior notice. This repeated absence has left me unrepresented in crucial moments, putting my case at serious risk and causing unnecessary delays. It is shocking that a law firm could be so careless with matters as important as someone’s legal rights.
I have attempted multiple times to get an explanation, but their communication is almost nonexistent. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and when I finally get a response, it’s vague and unhelpful. The lack of accountability from this firm is appalling.
I trusted Stern Law Firm with a serious legal matter, expecting professional and reliable representation. Instead, I’ve been left feeling abandoned, stressed, and taken advantage of. Their neglect has not only harmed my case but also caused significant emotional and financial strain.
I strongly advise anyone considering Stern Law Firm to look elsewhere for legal representation. No client deserves to be treated with such disregard. I am currently exploring options to file a formal complaint with the state bar for their gross negligence.

We had to hire counsel to pursue correction of numerous USERRA errors with husband’s federal retirement, but finding a lawyer who was willing to work hourly against the federal government was not easy! Pines was the only agency with the willingness and immediate availability to work with us. The attorney assigned (M. Kleinman) has been knowledgeable, accessible, and PATIENT. Mark Issa is lousy unprofessional attorney. He allowed my friend to go to prison for a car accident. He took days to return her calls. He didn't bother to even show up for her arraignment or any of her court appearances that I know of. He did nothing to improve her case and probably made it worse. Disgraceful!

I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person.
Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait. I had a disastrous experience with Alice Pak and Kate Lee on a PERM case. After 2 years, they claimed my case "disappeared" with no records. Emails show they provided false updates, blaming government delays, when in fact they never submitted my case.
Two colleagues experienced identical issues. No satisfactory explanations were provided, raising concerns of negligence or potential fraud.

As soon as the representative answered the phone, I asked if they handled cases like mine. He responded that I would need to speak with an attorney to get an answer, and then revealed that he was just the receptionist. He then proceeded to ask me for all my information and a detailed description of my case. After I provided that, he abruptly told me that it was outside their scope of practice. I was taken aback - why didn't he say that from the beginning? I felt like I'd wasted several minutes of my time on a useless call with no helpful guidance.

Cale Conley and his team are the best! He took on my personal injury case due to an accident in 2016 that resulted in myself suffering from a cervical spinal cord injury. Cale is very knowledgeable and kept great communication throughout the duration of my case. He explained things in ways that I could understand and was always available for questions and concerns.
