My wife’s immigration was stuck for years and doing my research I found the best way to fix this was to file a writ of mandamus. however, few lawyers were willing to take it up. I contacted one lawyer who I had to pay $150 for consultation but that went nowhere. He first said that he would do it and then he decided to back out. I then reached out to an attorney that my aunt recommended in Florida, but he said he couldn’t help me as I was a Georgia resident, but he would recommend me a few lawyers in Georgia. I contacted the people he recommended and one of them led me to Hiba and I am very glad that she did. Hiba‘s price was very reasonable. She was a very caring attorney checking in on me to see how I was doing and how my wife was doing. Finally she was a very competent lawyer and did what we asked. She filed the writ and even fought my case against the government government when they decided to be difficult. Thanks to her efforts my wife was finally able to join me after many painful years. My advice is do not look at any other lawyers, Choose Hiba right away you will not be sorry.

Ken is a lifesaver and he's the best attorney! I've had a very complicated immigration case that has carried on for many years. Prior to Ken, I had met with five highly recommended attorneys but they weren't capable of taking my case and didn't believe there was anything at all they could do. They encouraged me to give up and told me no one would be able to help me. Ken was completely different and had no qualms about my case, and assured me that it would work out. My petition to bring my wife over from ethiopia was not going anywhere until i hired Ken. in fact it was rejected multiple times. I highly recommend Weinstock Immigration Lawyers. They took on my complex case, gave me a clear plan and achieved what we set out and then some! We were poorly advised at the start and in dire need of a solution. Karen made the whole process simple, and we got the results we needed. Jean is an excellent lawyer. I have used her firm for my successful EB1A application and also for obtaining 2 H1s(with Audra) at my startup. In all my engagements I have received sound legal advice and best results. Most prominent firms do not take non-phd EB1A cases but Jean not only took my case but she helped win it in the field for business. Unlike other firms that I consulted, I found that Jean really believed in my eb1a case and she worked hard for months to make it a winnable case. After working with many law firms in multiple industries in the past, we’re very thrilled to say that working with Asheesh and Liliana at Sharma Law Offices has been one of the best - if not THE BEST - legal experience we’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving.
Asheesh has been the only immigration attorney (yes, we actually had to fire one years before) who has given us not just enough time to talk things through and understand our personal circumstances, but also gave all his attention and care while advising us as to how to proceed forward with the process. We went ahead and began the process with Sharma Law Offices to obtain my IR1 Visa.
In the summer of 2016, my husband and my father-in-law rendezvoused in the area with a goal in mind of seeking out the best immigration firm we could find. We decided that we would do “walk ins” to see how we were received by doing so without any appointment. After being turned away at some agencies, passed around at other office, finally we came upon Sharma Law Offices. We walked in during normal business hours, and were very pleased at how well we were received. We were asked to sit in the conference area while we awaited Asheesh, the attorney. He joined us, and we have a pleasant thirty minute or so conversation about our situation and some questions that we had that were intended to help us feel more comfortable with the process.
As expected, the process does take some time, and is inevitably quite complex. All of us involved knew well beforehand the level of stress that may occur throughout this process.
Just as many families going through similar immigrant applications, we constantly had a lot of questions and concerns; things we wanted cleared up in our own minds to better rest at night.
Whether we emailed or called, we were never left waiting or wondering as to what was going on and why it was going on. We always receive prompt and concise answers. I’d imagine based on our own experiences in this process, that this would be very important to people - as lack of communication can be a huge point of stress. This simply wasn’t a worry when working with Asheesh and Liliana.
Our process continued from beginning to end almost verbatim as Asheesh said it would. There were some unknown unknowns that popped up along the way, but were quickly dealt with and the process continued virtually seamlessly all the way to completion. We were within our projected completion time within a few weeks - exactly as we though from the onset.
All in all, we’d highly recommend this firm to anyone needing immigration services, as we’re first-hand proof of highly satisfied and thankful customers.

TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!

I showed up in court in a wheelchair back in early February of 2020. I had been going back and forth with the roofing company that put a lien on my home after they failed to uphold the commitments made in our contract. I suffered multiple strokes in those two years, and I could barely catch my breath long enough to argue my case effectively that day in court. I hired this law firm to migrate to the United States throw marriage, in less than three months my conditional green card was approved.
Three years later I rehired this firm to remove the condition and get a 10 year green card which with Mr. New’s help the process went very smoothly and I got the green card with no condition. We contacted Schwartz Posel Immigration for a J1, 2 year home return rule waiver. We were assigned to the attorney Rachel S. Binstock. She quickly identified the extreme hardship as our basis and we proceeded forward. In matter of weeks she has prepared a very strong case and sent it to USCIS. To summarize, the whole process was very difficult and long but it proved that we had the right attorney on our side and our case was approved. I am here to Thank Elizabeth Matherne for her exceptional knowledge and commitment she demonstrated in handling my case. To give a little background about the case, i was dealing with ICE who were proclaiming me as illegal resident even though i had a valid stay in US with extension which was in process, however, my i94 was still showing expiration as per my entry 5 years back. ICE was going by i94 records and I was under deportation charges but agree to wait to see response from USCIS on my extension.
