When it came to applying for Naturalization my wife decided to hire Mr. Asheesh Sharma. He did process her Permanent Redidence Card/ adnustment of Status too i 2012.
She had a number of stays outside of US and one lasting more than 6 months. Aftering enquiring of the reasons of her travels, Mr. Asheesh's expert advice was to apply for Naturalization. After working with many law firms in multiple industries in the past, we’re very thrilled to say that working with Asheesh and Liliana at Sharma Law Offices has been one of the best - if not THE BEST - legal experience we’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving.
Asheesh has been the only immigration attorney (yes, we actually had to fire one years before) who has given us not just enough time to talk things through and understand our personal circumstances, but also gave all his attention and care while advising us as to how to proceed forward with the process. We went ahead and began the process with Sharma Law Offices to obtain my IR1 Visa.
In the summer of 2016, my husband and my father-in-law rendezvoused in the area with a goal in mind of seeking out the best immigration firm we could find. We decided that we would do “walk ins” to see how we were received by doing so without any appointment. After being turned away at some agencies, passed around at other office, finally we came upon Sharma Law Offices. We walked in during normal business hours, and were very pleased at how well we were received. We were asked to sit in the conference area while we awaited Asheesh, the attorney. He joined us, and we have a pleasant thirty minute or so conversation about our situation and some questions that we had that were intended to help us feel more comfortable with the process.
As expected, the process does take some time, and is inevitably quite complex. All of us involved knew well beforehand the level of stress that may occur throughout this process.
Just as many families going through similar immigrant applications, we constantly had a lot of questions and concerns; things we wanted cleared up in our own minds to better rest at night.
Whether we emailed or called, we were never left waiting or wondering as to what was going on and why it was going on. We always receive prompt and concise answers. I’d imagine based on our own experiences in this process, that this would be very important to people - as lack of communication can be a huge point of stress. This simply wasn’t a worry when working with Asheesh and Liliana.
Our process continued from beginning to end almost verbatim as Asheesh said it would. There were some unknown unknowns that popped up along the way, but were quickly dealt with and the process continued virtually seamlessly all the way to completion. We were within our projected completion time within a few weeks - exactly as we though from the onset.
All in all, we’d highly recommend this firm to anyone needing immigration services, as we’re first-hand proof of highly satisfied and thankful customers.

TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!

I showed up in court in a wheelchair back in early February of 2020. I had been going back and forth with the roofing company that put a lien on my home after they failed to uphold the commitments made in our contract. I suffered multiple strokes in those two years, and I could barely catch my breath long enough to argue my case effectively that day in court. While exiting the courtroom Attorney Gibson handed me her card and told me to give her a call. I hired this law firm to migrate to the United States throw marriage, in less than three months my conditional green card was approved.
Three years later I rehired this firm to remove the condition and get a 10 year green card which with Mr. New’s help the process went very smoothly and I got the green card with no condition. I am here to Thank Elizabeth Matherne for her exceptional knowledge and commitment she demonstrated in handling my case. To give a little background about the case, i was dealing with ICE who were proclaiming me as illegal resident even though i had a valid stay in US with extension which was in process, however, my i94 was still showing expiration as per my entry 5 years back. ICE was going by i94 records and I was under deportation charges but agree to wait to see response from USCIS on my extension. After i got my extension approval notice i reached out to Elizabeth to help me to drop my case ASAP and get back my bail amount. This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. I initially contacted this firm because they have offices in Atlanta and Sydney. The US office helped me prepare my immigrant visa petiton. While it was taking six months for US immigration to approve it, the Sydney office helped my husband prepare his application in advance. This saved us a lot of time. After first trying and failing at preparing an E-3 visa application on my own, I was referred to Levin Immigration Law as one of three firms to contact. I was immediately impressed by their experience and detailed knowledge about US immigration law. Although their fee quote was slightly higher than another firm, it was stll lower than a New York firm. After completing the whole process, i realized the extra money was well worth it to avoid any surprises. They did a great job of preparing me for the consular interview.

I hired Sydney to Appeal a criminal conviction . She worked diligently for nearly two years on my son's case until WE WON!!! She answered EVERY email, text, and phone call, and there were MANY. She explained the law in a way that my family and I understood and went out of her way to get to know my son. This included trips to the prison, which could have been handled thru a phone call or a letter, talking to me personally about his state of mind and thinking processes, and by keeping an open line of communication thru cards, letters and emails to him personally. Not just because she was working on his case, but because she cared and wanted to better understand his thoughts and how he would perceive the steps taken to win his appeal.
