I am an EB-5 immigrant. Earlier in 2009 I started to search for a way to get my daughter a chance to stay in the U. S. after college. I had no idea of the EB-5. I visited a couple of law offices but the results were disappointing. When I visited Mr. Vaughan de Kirby’s law office and talked to him I knew I had found a chance. I spent three days reading his book about EB-5 carefully. I trusted him because I got answers I wanted to all the possible questions I had on the investment and the law. I believed no one could have explained it more clearly than Mr. de Kirby. With confidence I made the decision for the three of us, my wife, my daughter and myself, to go on with the investment (with CMB). Ms Lily his assistant, and other members of his team, were so efficient in straightening out all my documents. In no more than three months my application was approved by the Immigration. Things went out so smoothly that in exactly two years the conditions to our green cards were removed. Last year, our investment funds were all returned to us! During the last few years, I recommended Vaughan de Kirby Law Office to a couple of friends who were also interested in EB-5. Sure enough, they have all been successful in getting their green cards and on the way to get their investment funds back. In looking back on my immigration experience, I can only say to my friends who want to come live in this great country: Trust the law and find a good attorney to help you.

Vaughan de Kirby and his Assistant Lily Shi worked closely with us and our families throughout the EB-5 application process. They did an excellent and efficient job and were always there for us when we needed questions answered. I now have my Green Card and a great job in the US. With the green card Vaughan helped me get, even people like me that did not graduate from ivy league still had a chance to work for one of the Fortune 500 companies and make six figures. I could never achieve this without Vaughan's help! Vaughan is the one I refer my friends to if they want a Green Card!

My case was very complicated one because my I-140 was denied 2 times and my 6 years H1-B was expired almost a year ago. Also I had very limited time because my H1-B was expired and I-485 status could be expired anytime soon. That means I had to leave the US in a month or so. I contacted more than 10 lawyers through my friends’ recommendations, but no lawyer wanted to take my case because my case was too complicated and no lawyer wanted to take a risk losing the case. And the time is too short for them to review my case and prepare for the filing. So I did some research on line and I found Arit. I emailed him first with all the information; my status, and my situation, and what I wanted to achieve, etc. Then Arit gave me a call about 30 minutes after I sent my email and he told me that he can take my case. That was the moment I felt a big relief from looking for a lawyer for almost one month. Arit respects his clients very much. He listened to me and understood my goal. Once I started to work with Arit, I could file my 2nd I-140 in 3 weeks and I could file my 7th-year H1-B application only one week after I filed my 2nd I-140. As a result, My H1-B was approved in 2 weeks. Now I have my immigration status back and I can stay in the US and work! Arit always answers all my questions and he explained everything in simple English very patiently. That was very helpful for me like non-native English speakers. Also he is extremely flexible in terms of meeting. I could meet him even on weekend when I really needed to meet him. He was always available to us via email, and very quick to respond. And Arit provided support throughout every step of the process to ensure a favorable outcome. I don’t know the result of my 2nd I-140 because it will take 4-5 months, so I need to wait a few more months. Regardless of the outcome, I would definitely recommend Arit for all your immigration needs! I I could have been deported by now without his help. Thank you very much Arit!

My case was a little complicate because I received an RFE. However, Arit has a lot of experience and solved my case. Also he understood that I was very concerned in loosing the case, so he always try to be very patient and answer all my questions. That gave me a lot of security during the path. I have used Arit's services for a recent change of status from h-1b to f-1. I was in a time crunch and had very little time to apply for the COS . Arit was quick in reaching out to me when I first contacted him and was able to file my COS on time. With regards to the same case I got a request for evidence. Arit was able to gather the evidence I provided and present it in a clear and understandable way to the USCIS as a result the COS got approved and I can continue my education. One of the really outstanding features of my interaction with Arit is his responsiveness. He immediately calls back within the very same day. Also his fee is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Arit to anyone who needs legal counsel/assistance with regards to their immigration matters.

Vivian helped me through entire process of EB2-NIW. She evaluated and consulted my case before any paper works. This is a day I could only have dreamt of just a short time ago. hiring ruby was the best decision me and my husband made to file for my green card application that had been previously denied by USCIS. We had hired another attorney who was too busy taking more cases than he could handle, and as a result my application was denied as we were not well informed by him. My sister found her online, read her profile, and recommended her to us. She may seem gentle and naïve, but she is a very good attorney who can be firm when needed. I like that every time we were in her office for an appointment, she would always give us the full attention, answer our every question and always made sure we understood the process. She corrected all the wrongs in our previous application, gave us right information, and helped us get my green card. I now have my temp green card, and we are waiting to file for the permanent. The company I work in was a client of Younassi law firm. I have been in touch with Helena for the last 2+ years now, on an intermittent basis. I was always amazed by how quickly Helena responded, how precise she was and how helpful she wanted to be! Bob French is an amazing attorney.. I had a very difficult situation with Tenants From Hell. Very professionally and totally following the law, he worked the situation so I was able to get the tenants out. It was a very stressful situation, but Bob knew how to instruct me and guide me. I found Cory online when I was looking for some legal advice and support with my Green Card paperwork back in 2014 and I'm glad I reached out to him. I don't usually write reviews, but I was urged to write something for my exceptional experience with this immigration attorney, Karen at Rose Carson LLP. Simply to say she is the best attorney I've ever worked with and I'm so sure it'd be very hard for me to find an attorney as good as her in the future! When I first apply my Employee based green card with a private lawyer in Dallas TX I had a horrible experience. He charged me $3000 and never applied my green card, blaming some changes of the immigration law and regulation. And, it was when I found out he's never even filed my documents one and a half year later. I asked him to stop the process and get all my documents back so that I can work with a new law firm. He released my documents, but in one condition that I must sign a contract not to sue against him. I had no choice, but sign it since my time was running out with my H1B visa. Hiring a wrong layer I wasted my one and a half year and lost $3000. Lesson learned: Choosing a wrong immigration lawyer comes with significant price and painful consequences. A recommendation by someone who I know is never enough. There are many tiny law firms which are cheap enough taking advantage of the foreign people's vulnerable position as they like, or greedy enough taking too many cases more than they can handle, which leads to mistakes and delays. And, there was Karen at Rose Carson LLP, who I met through my company, taking care of my messed up PERM process and got me my Green Card with zero hassle in no time. Basically, she knows the law and how to make best out of the client. Working with her she earned all my respect that she was professional, kind, honest and ,most of all, trustworthy. She always responded super fast with accurate information through email I never had to call her. Too bad she is a corporate lawyer so that I can't work with her for all my family's future immigration matters. I just want to thank her and her team sincerely again! 2011 I was convicted of a felony which I was put in deportation proceedings. My family hired Nanya to assist us in this difficult time with everyone She provided the best legal advise for me and was in constant communication with my criminal attorney so I can vacate my charge for "ineffective assistance of counsel" so that I could go back to criminal court and not be deported. She assisted me with declarations, motions and appeals for the immigration courts. She did an awesome job, she communicated with my family with everything that was going on, and she fought for me all the way through. Well everyone my criminal charge was vacated and I did not get deported. Thanks to Nanya and her 100% devotion to my case. I am reunited my family, my children and friends. I had a great experience with Mr.Piibe from the first consultation in person to the end of the case. My immigration case was very complicated to a point where not many attorneys were interested in taking it. Mr.Piibe was the 4th attorney for me and the last one. He was very attentive to all the issues in the case, took very personable approach, made me feel he cared for me and the case, and not just another "case in the box". He took a deeper dive into it and worked very hard. He made sure the case was well prepared. Every time I contacted him with questions about the case he would get back to me right away and always with a lot of attention to all the details in answering. Due to his knowledge and diligence it got approved at the end. Highly recommend him, especially if your case is a complicated one.

Joel was so helpful in my husbands case. We went to Joel not knowing anything about Residency, and when we came out of our first consultation with him, we felt so much better about what was to come. He answered all of our questions, and prepared us for either a good or a bad outcome. If we had any questions, he would respond within 24 hours, even on the weekend sometimes!! It was great and he is very personable, making jokes (at appropriate times). In the end, my husband was granted the Temporary Residency, and we have one more year before we can apply for permanent residence for him. We are still happily married, celebrating our 2 year anniversary this year (4 years total). I would highly recommend Joel to anyone looking for help in Immigration Law. As far as prices go, he was very reasonably priced.

If you are looking for an immigration lawyer please don't go anywhere else!!! Honestly. Stop looking, you found him. I don't know how long Joel has been in practice but it seems like maybe from the beginning of time? He knows everything. If Gandolf was an immigration lawyer.. Joel would be Gandolf. All jokes aside, I researched many lawyers and made many contact attempts, had a few consultations, and I was always left disappointed and not feeling confident in paying for their laughable services. From my first conversation with Joel I knew he was different, and was on top of things. He made what can be an extremely stressful experience seem easy. Honestly, EASY. I did two consultations with Hendrik, because I had issues with my EB2, and the company lawyer could not provide good answers. My consultations covered topics in EB2, H1B, F1, and B2.
