I consulted Majid Foroozandeh on a credit card Hack by Wells Fargo Bank. I was only one of the many Wells Fargo abuse customers who had unauthorized advances taken from their credit card cash advance, transferred to their checking account ... allowing a tax agency to snatch a disputed tax claim.
Majid was extremely helpful in giving me sage advise on how best to handle my case. With his good advise I was able to beat Wells Fargo on the initial suit ... WF appealed... then I again won the Wells Fargo's Appeal suit***

I was in a dilemma with some renters in the private property that I help to manage. It was a very tricky situation with so many different variables that made it unclear as to the liabilities that were at stake as well as the proper way to go about protecting myself and whether I would need an attorney.
After discussing the specifics of the situation, Majid very patiently explained what my situation meant as well as the best course of action to take. His response was very honest and above and beyond anything I could have expected. Majid even went as far as to help me draft the proper documentation to keep in line with all the laws and regulations and keep me protected.

If you have any Immigration issues, feel like your case isn't moving or going anywhere, or if you think it's too complicated, I highly recommend Atty Rosy Cho. I've acquired a service from a well-known Filipino Immigration Law Firm. I had great consultations with the Partner/Face/Front of the company, and my questions and queries were answered by what I wanted to hear. I decided to acquire their services. I paid the retention fee as agreed. Later found out that my case was assigned to an associate when I called for a follow-up question. I find that interesting since I paid a partner's retention fee. I shrugged it off since I was assured the partner is overseeing my case. That's not why I left their service. After a few months have passed since I acquired the services and filled up the forms, but I have not received any receipts or notifications from USCIS. I decided to pick up the phone request for an update. That's when the paralegal told me I was missing documents that's why it was not filed. That was the last straw. I went searching for another firm through Yelp/Google. That was when I saw Atty Cho's reviews. I was impressed I decided to contact her. Right off the bat, I connected with her and her paralegal. She reviewed my documents and situations and made me sign documents to withdraw my paperwork from the other firm. Not even months I started receiving notifications. I hired this guy to help me with my family case instead he made a mess, he doesn’t answer phone calls! And he NEVER calls you to follow up with you on your case like if you need to bring more evidence, or just anything to help you out because he’s literally in a huge rush to do absolutely nothing to help out your case. I hired James Cai (or Jingming Cai) as my attorney for a case. It was a disaster!
He has, at least, the following issues:
1. Concealed important information. He hid the information for earning your money;
2. Not professional at all. Delaying your case without notifying you;
3. You would get a HUGE bill, some of the items was not caused by you at all;
I have FILED a lawsuit against him and SAC Attorneys LLP.
NEVER use him!

I found Jonathan on the US Embassy Website (Sydney, Australia), and contacted him with instructions to start the process for my visa to move to the US with my American husband. The whole way through the process Jonathan kept me informed as to what was happening, what was required by the US government and estimated pretty much to the month how long the whole thing was going to take. He took detailed instructions from me, completed all the complex paperwork on my behalf which is in three stages, responded to emails promptly, provided very specific and easy to understand instructions.
The visa process did take a long time - 17 months in all but that is due I suspect to the US Government security and protocols they have to follow and not any neglect on Jonathan's part. Due to his continued hard work I now have my visa and am very soon to depart Australia for my new home in the US. I am excited to be starting a new chapter in my life and cannot thank Jonathan enough for all his hard work on my behalf. So thank you again, Jonathan

Yo estaba atravesando un proceso complicado de divorcio en el cuál había muchas implicaciones/agresiones por parte de mi ex esposa el cual se estaba alargando más de lo deseado. Yo comencé el proceso con un paralegal por "barato" sin saber que lo barato me saldría más caro.
En cuanto llegue con la abogada Navarro se notó su experiencia, profesionalidad y educación. Failed to adequately assist us in the case we hired her for, including falling to conduct adequate discovery mere days before our scheduled mediation. When called on it, she was aggressive and failed to take accountability even after acknowledging to my brother and I she was busy handling trial matters. Awful bedside manners and rude. We fired Patricia Boyse and had to immediately hire a new attorney, incurring substantial legal fees for the new attorney to come up to speed before the scheduled mediation. Horrible experience.
